Please file a bug here: http://bugbase.adobe.com Attach the Crash Dumps from Firefox to the bug.   You can find them under C:\Users\ Folder and Search OptionsClick ViewClick Show Hidden files, folders and driveUncheck Hide extensions for known file typesUncheck Hide protected operating system files and acknowledge the prompt. What version of Firefox are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?

We also extended support to a larger number of graphics cards. You may be running into issues from that. Disabling Hardware Acceleration is a really quick way to eliminate that as a possible problem.

If you're still running into problems, please give me the output of about:support and about:plugins from Firefox.
To do this, simply type about:support into the address bar and hit Enter.
Click Copy All to Clipboard and paste it into this thread.

This will help us reproduce the problem, which in turn allows us to debug and fix it.

Is anyone else experiencing Adobe Flash Player crashing while playing Facebook games?

Since updating Flash Player, it crashes often while I'm playing Zynga poker. My operating system is Windows 7, 64 -bit, Firefox my browser. Would like to know if there is something I can do to fix the problem.

Run the appropriate installer for your operating system and browser.
If installing for Internet Explorer, run the installer with "winax" in the file name.
For Windows, running the executable that ends with .exe is recommended.
For me both options above are the same, cause IE only works on windows...? So I seriously still don't know now what installer or .exe to use for Vista 32 bits in combination with Firefox when I look at this list....

When I updated the adobe flash player and went to facebook I'm not able to play any of the apps, one says I need to update my version of adobe and it has been updated, now I'm not able to open any of the games on facebook!

After I downloaded Firefox, I attempted to update the top four plugins, I already have adobe flash player, but I went on ahead and downloaded it again with the other three, java and two others. I then restarted my computer, and when I logged back on to face book Farmville would not load a message said if it don't load in ten seconds I would need to update the adobe flasher which is in my add and delete box. The same with Cafe world, it will not load as well! My google search is missing as well! I have no problems logging on to Face book, but I can't go to any of the applications that I normally play with now! I did updated the top four plugins as was suggested and now I'm having problems!

Just updated Adobe Flash Player as I was prompted to do in Facebook and cannot access any games now. It keeps telling me to download and/or "You can only access this program once" or something like that, anyway WHAT TO DO NOW?

Adobe Flash Player not working on Facebook

I recently installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, 11.9.900.117. Adobe's website confirms that it is installed. Yet when I try to play videos on on Facebook, I get a message that "Flash Playerf upgrade required. You must download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view the content." I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10.

Adobe Flash Player 10 Errors (Safari and Games)

Hello,
Sometimes, when watching Flash videos on YouTube or other sites that have flash videos embedded, Adobe Flash Player 10 errors come up with the option to either 'Dismiss All' or 'Continue' is provided. Sometimes, Safari crashes and I have to relaunch when I choose either option, but sometimes the video keeps playing when I press either button and nothing happens.
Usually, this problem hasn't been affecting me but I recently got the Sims 3 and when I'm at the Game Launcher window, before I can click the play button, this Flash Error pops up. When I click Dismiss All/Continue, the game says I am running an unauthorized version and there will be limited features. Then the game quits. This only happens sometimes but is quite annoying.
The error that occurred was:
+Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2036: Load Never Completed.+
Can someone help me out here?
Do I need to reinstall the Flash plugin or Flash CS4?

Yes, a reinstall of Flash would be a good start. First, uninstall Flash. You can get the uninstaller here.
Next, install the latest version of Flash.
Once the installation is complete, via the Finder: Applications>Utilities folder. Open Disk Utility, select your HD on the left, then "repair permissions".
When complete, restart the computer, then try Flash in Safari.

i installed adobe flash player debug and now i cant go full screen in farmville 2 on facebook. i cant go to an older version cause my hp solution center requires the lastest version of flash. any ideas on how i can fix this problem?

If you can give us a few recent entries in on the page "about:crashes" that might also be helpful.

Why am I having problems with my Adobe Flash Player crashing continuously on certain games on Facebook?

I play alot of games on Facebook. I have started encountering a problem with my "flash player crashing"... I have uninstalled all Adobe products and reinstalled them to no avail. It seems to happen more when I am using the games put out by Zynga. I cannot understand why it's happening, and certainly don't know what to do to fix it. I sure would appreciate any help you can give me!

Flash player not working for facebook game "resort world"

I'm having trouble with the specific game on facebook called "resort world", everytime i try to access it, the page just keeps refreshing itself non-stop.
I ran the uninstaller, restarted my computer and installed a fresh copy of the flash player again and I still have the same problem. I've also checked http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and the flash works fine. Also to mention, other games on facebook do work, I have tried this game on internet explorer 32bit as well as 64bit, google chrome and mozilla firefox and they all do the same thing. I have friends with 32bit windows 7 and 64bit windows 7 and the game works just fine. Anyone can help me find a solution to this problem? Thanks

I was playing YouTube videos for an hour last night then YT says JavaScript/Flash Player Error. So I installed the new version w/o uninstalling the old one & I'm still getting the same error (in Firefox 3). Then I went to Control Panel in Win XP Pro and uninstalled 2 items of Adobe Flash so there were none left. Rebooted. Reinstalled the new version of Flash Player & I get no improvement. I've griped at YT Help, now I'm griping here. I can see YT videos embedded in MySpace Forums. I can watch the 2 videos in my YT Video Log at full screen even but the HQ/Normal button is missing for some reason). But if I try to play any other YT video, I get the JavaScript/Flash Player error message and no video box. I can hardly navigate around my YT channel at all now. I can't do much of anything but log in, log out and look at two video log videos.

Download the following files by right clicking the links and selecting "Save target as" (IE) or "Save Link as"(Firefox).
Flash Player Uninstaller
Shockwave Player Uninstaller
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Shockwave Player 12 FULL Installer
Save the files to your Downloads folder - DO NOT run anything yet.
Reboot your system.
BEFORE opening anything, go to the Downloads folder and run the UNINSTALLERS to remove all instances of Flash Player and Shockwave.
Run the Shockwave Installer first, then visit http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFull&P2_Plat form=Win32&P3_Browser_Version=MSIE with Internet Explorer, (there isn't a direct download link - sorry) and install the Shockwave FULL installer for IE.
Next, run the Flash Player ActiveX installer, and then the Flash Player (other browsers) Installer.
Lastly, see:Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer and: ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer to make 100% sure that Flash Player is enabled and NOT being blocked by ActiveX controls.

Just to check, in the directory /Library/Internet Plug-Ins do you see the file Flash Player.plugin?
And after reading your last post I have to ask, did you install the plugin after you downloaded it? Of course anwering my first question will answer this question.

Is there any timeline soon that apple users will be able to open things that need adobe flash player? I can not even play any games on Facebook, I can't open certain files, pictures sent to me or things like forms I news to see when I am not home

I am so frustrated about Adobe Flash player. I can not play any Facebook games, open certain files and pictures and documents that I need to access because not only does this phone not do it but my old Palm Pre couldn't do it either. I have had so many times where I needed to access things either online or via email, or message that I can not even look at because of this. I have to wait until I for home or ask someone else to do it for me which is embarrassing. I rave about my iPhone 4S all the time because it is truly great except for this. When it use to happen with my Pal Pre I figures once I got my iPhone that it wouldn't happen anymore but I guess I was completely wrong. I have had this problem for years and always get a message saying that it's being worked on. Well a couple of years is a long time to work on it. I understand about contracts and stuff but why is it taking a company such as Apple to be able to get it for their products? I get a lot and always want to play the games on Facebook but I can't do it on most of them at least the ones I have tried. So I can not play against anyone at that time I have to wait until I get home or use someone else's computer or something. Please tell me that in the extremely near future that this will not be a problem anymore. PLEASE!! I am sure I am not the only one out there who is having issues and if you do get it available please let there be an upload/upgrade for current phones and not just for future versions of Apple phones. That just wouldnt be very fair to all of your loyal customers and tell everyone to get your products because they are great and end up leaving this little problem out until they by your phone. Especially if they just got the phone they have. You guys are awesome with technology I have faith that you can make this available to all Apple products old and new by uploads or upgrades.
