You do not really provide any information how Flash Player does "not support properly" your game.
Does it work better if you disable Hardware Acceleration?  If so, updating your graphics drivers may help: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765

Just to update: Before posting, I tried everything I could find on Flash Player Help | Installation problems | Windows and nothing worked. The flash player stopped working in early November. I know it is some setting somewhere that I need to fix, but I just can't find it. I get a message that "adobe flash player 10 required" but, oddly, I still get sound.

  • I get the message that Adobe Flash Player is required

Some website are requesting that I download Adobe Flash Player in order to display then contente.  Unfortunately, I always get the message that it is "not supported by your device".
Is there any special specification to allow me to download it or is there any other program/software that exists to replace it?
    Thanks!

Iphone does not support flash so you will not be able to see the content which requires flash player. Try downloading Puffin web browser an try and open that same website with it. It helped me when I was encountering similar problems like yours. Hope i helped . Cheers

  • Adobe Flash Player Update Required error

I have updated Adobe Flash Player and Reader but cannot launch a video or pdf - getting the Update Required error.  I have validated the versions to ensure they were in fact installed.  I have a Windows 7 Operating System.  Do you have any suggestions for a fix.  I have never had this issue in the past.  My daughter is also having the same issue with her computer.

I don't know what this means; can you post the full error message, or even better a screenshot.  See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1070933
Also what is your Adobe Reader version and Flash Player version?

  • Adobe flash player help needed urgently!

cannot locate adobe flash player (AFP) after installing in windows 7, ie11.. wanted to open an animation and it suggested installing AFP... can anyone help urgently?

Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html
If you see an animation playing, then Flash Player is enabled.
If you don’t see an animation playing, then Flash Player is not enabled. In that case, click on the Tools icon in the top right corner of Internet Explorer. (The icon looks like a cogwheel.)
In the drop-down menu which appears, click Manage Add-Ons.
In the dialog which appears, select Toolbars and Extensions.
In the list of Add-ons, look for “Shockwave Flash Object” – which is another name for Flash Player.
In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight it.
In the bottom right corner of the Manage Add-ons dialog, click the Enable button.
    Close the Manage Add-ons dialog.
Click Refresh to reload the webpage. If you see the animation playing this time, then Flash Player has been successfully enabled.

Did you make sure that you enabled add-on and check ActiveX filtering in your IE?

  • How can I view a website that requires adobe flash player on my ipad

I wish to view a website but a message is displayed the adobe flash player is required but is not supported by my iPad. Any suggestions, I am new to iPad.

Adobe Flash is not available for mobile devices, and has never been available for iOS devices. Adobe ceased development of it a year ago and removed it from availability for Android devices in August.
So, in short, Flash is dead on mobile.
If the site you are trying to visit wants visitors from the ever increasing number of mobile devices, they may have a dedicated app available in the AppStore. Otherwise you'll have to view it on your computer.
There are a few alternative browsers that offer limited compatibility with some Flash-based sites, but whether they'll help in your case, I don't know. Look for Skyfire, Puffin, Photon etc.

  • Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.77 not playing in Mozilla Firefox 27.0.1

I am using Windows XP.  I downloaded Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.7 and installed it on my computer.  I opened Mozilla Firefox 27.0.1 and went to youtube to watch videos.  I clicked on a video to watch and received the following information:
The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback.
    Get the latest Flash Player.
I opened Control Panel on my computer and saw that Adobe Flash Player is indeed installed.  So why is Firefox not recognizing it?

I opened Firefox, clicked on "Tools", clicked "Add-ons", and noticed there is a "Shockwave Flash 12.0.0.77" listed.  Is that the adobe flash player?
    Yes, it is.
It is set on "never activate" - because when I have it on, I get a computer page stall from time to time, and a little window pops up saying, "Warning:  Unresponsive script, A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding.  You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete."
See: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/warning-unresponsive-script for a few suggested solutions.
BTW, "script" errors are not the same as Unresponsive plug-in errors.
The former are caused by javascript, ASP script or PHP scripts (in the page code) malfunctioning or "locking up".
The latter are caused by a defective plug-in (like Flash Player).

  • Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.77 will not install on mozilla firefox 27.0.1

I am using Windows XP.  I downloaded Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.77 and installed it on my computer.  I opened Mozilla Firefox 27.0.1 and went to Youtube.  I clicked on a video to watch and received the following:

    Get the latest Flash Player.
I opened Control Panel of my computer and saw that Adobe Flash Player is indeed installed.  So why is Firefox not using it?

It seems to work in my system. However, to get a reasonable answer you should ask in the Flash forum and not this one.

  • Adobe Flash Player 11 NOT working after several attempts to download, uninstall, & reinstall

I have problems with Adobe Flash Player 11 NOT working after several attempts to download, then uninstall, & re-install.
I uninstalled the previous versions of Adobe Flash Player from my computer PRIOR to attempting to install the new 11 version, so now I'm unable to view videos, etc.,
I'm using Windows Vista 32 bit, Internet Explorer 9.0 (which I closed when I got error messages during Adobe Flash Player 11 Installation.  I've  disabled my AVG -Virus also during the installation of Flash Player 11.
FYI, I'm not computer savvy so the YouTube video by Adobe Tech was too complicated to follow AND I'm unable to view  (DUH!) it since I have no Flash Player program installed (doesn't make sense!) .
Thanks for keeping it simple (KISS for me).

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling some 30 times now ..rebooting, you name it.
I haven't been able to use flash since Adobe kindly shoved that latest update down my computer's throat.
Right after getting the 'successful' installation message I restart IE9 ..go to my channel on youtube and immediately get the message:
The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback.
    Get the latest Flash Player
I tried Chrome and on two or three it worked but then even after closing out of them ..Chrome slowed down to a crawl and finally informed me that Flash had stopped working.
This has entirely wasted 3 nights of my time. It is 2:30 am and I should have had at least 2hours sleep already to rise at 6:30 but no, thanks this I'm still up and no doubt millions of other computer users are having just as much fun.. Everyone I know that allowed the updates to install ..is having the same problem ..Chrome/IE9/Firefox ...you can truly call it Adobe's Universal Cluster ...
I live with Adobe. At work we have 6 fully Adobied LR4/CS5 & 6/InDesign workstations. I'm a photographer using nothing but Adobe products and quite frankly I feel this is the worst treatment you have ever given your customers.
Please stop the CYA and just fix the damm thing! I realize you didn't write it Chris but surely you can get Adobe management to address this instead of just trying to get their users to try and debug it for the airheads that released it. Has anyone stopped to consider the financial damage being done due to videos not playing the ads that support the sites and no doubt stream revenue to Adobe? These guys have rolled the online experience back 5 years minimum and Adobe will probably pay the price for it. Re-issue a working version and go back to the drawing board!

  • I am trying to use sites on the internet which require Adobe Flash Player, but when I click on the free download, it says that Apple does not support this application, so I cannot use it.  This stops me viewing quite a few interesting things.  Any ideas?

I am trying to use sites on the internet which require Adobe Flash Player, and when I click for a free download it says that "it is not available for your device because of restrictions that Apple has put in place".  Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

Flash is not, and probably never will be, supported on the iPad : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . Plus it would be up to Adobe to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, something which they have never managed to do and which they have now given up on trying to do.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, so your could try checking there for your sites (and there is the built-in YouTube app).

  • How can i upload pictures to a site that requires adobe flash player

I am trying to make a photo jewelry piece.  The site requires adobe flash player.  Is there a substitute for that I can use on my imac desktop?

Adobe Flash Player will not run on iPads or iPhones, BUT it will run on iMacs, so go ahead and download and install it from the Adobe website.
    Hope this helps
