Adobe flash player needs to update but my country is blocked

i have an alert from mozilla firefox that some of my add -ones are not up to date and must be updated but my country is blocked from adobe company and other products.how can i update these add-ones?

I have heard of add-ons that can bypass that but don't know

When you have installed the latest version of Flash, relaunch Safari and test.
If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then in System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.

This is some standard guidance that addresses the most common issues with the Flash Player plugin. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:
(1) If you have any recorders/downloaders that interact with Flash media make sure they are as up-to-date as possible, or disable them temporarily.
(2) Disable hardware graphics acceleration in Firefox and in Flash
(A) In Firefox, un-check the box here and restart:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > General > "Use hardware acceleration when available"

I work for years with Firefox, now I have format my hard drive and install Adobe flash player and Firefox again, but Flash player do not work in Firefox, it work only in Inter Explorer, did try all forums and try all the guy`s say there , when I install flash it go to 50% and then stop, there is not a plug-in for Firefox, please help me to solve this problem, I did download the latest flash player from Adobe, please give me the address where i can download the plugin.

You haven't actually asked a question, but as stated you should only download Flash Player directy from Adobe.
Nor have you said what version of OS X and Safari you are running.

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

Ok, For the last two months or so, I have been plagued by the Adobe Flash Player and Reader updater that will not go away. That's not the worst thing though: Somehow, someway, the Adobe updater subverts my entire windows 7 machine and makes itself the most important program on my system, stopping all other necessary functions. After I just turn it on, the updater will suspend all Windows operations in favor of the updater getting its message out the Adobe "needs" updating. I have a Mac with OSX 10.9.5 I have an album on my FB page that I regularly add photos to from my iPhoto. Recently my Adobe Flash Player requested I update to latest version. I did....several times. It says It is installed on system preferences...I've installed NPAPI Plug 17.0 as well as PPAPI Plug17.0
And still I get the "Flash Player upgrade required" when I attempt to upload photos. What can do to fix this?

Cannot use Adobe Flash Player after latest update to v11.8.800.170

I just updated Adobe Flash Player to the latest version 11.8.800.170 on Chrome v30. I am using windows 7.
Most of the videos I try to watch on youtube have audio, but no video. Some of them freeze Chrome (use up a ton of memory on my PC).
I tried going to settings, can't see the dialogue, hence I cannot disable hardware acceleration.
What is going on here?

I have a MacBook, OSX 10.7.5. When I try to download a document, I am told that I need Adobe Flash Player and that I should download it.
When I look on the Adobe website, to check something, I see that the newest version of Flash Player is installed on my computer. As a second choice, I was given, I could download Adobe Air, but that didn't work either.
I have no idea what I need to do to be able to get this information downloaded.
I'm not sure if this is the correct community of whom to ask this question.
