Adobe Flash Player want work on all sites.
I have a Sony Google TV media player with integrated Adobe FlashPlayer 10.2.164.113. Some video and movie channels won't play on it. It gives a prompt stating I need latest upgrade, but the media player want allow me too. Can you help me solve this problem. Thanks.
You'll need to contact Sony or Google to see if they have an update for the player. Alternatively, you can try reaching out to the website that is blocking your version and ask them to remove the restriction.

That is the message I got even after trying to delete Flash Player & reinstalling it. Now you can see my frustration with all this. I have a Windows 8.1 Pro, I use Internet Explorer which has the latest version on it, which is Windows Explorer 11 Version: 11.0.9600.17498 & I was also under the understanding that I also had the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on this computer as well. Internet Explorer 11 introduces a number of changes both to how the browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript intended to target behaviors specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.
You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:

THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE IT.
SOME SITES WILL WORK FINE BUT OTHERS WILL TRY TO LOAD THEN
FAIL THATS WHEN I GET
THE MESSAGE TO INSTALL THE LATEST FLASH PLAYER.
WHEN TURN OFF THE PC THEN TURN IT ON LATER THE SITES THAT
WERE WORKING NOW GIVE MW THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE TO GET THE LATEST
FLASH PLAYER.
I'M RUNNING XPSP1 ANDHAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS IN THE PAST
FLASH PLAYER ALWAYS WORKED

Flash player not working on all sites
I originally posted this on the Flashplayer 10.1 Desktop forum. Didn't get any answers, thought I'd post here as well.
Windows XP Professional SP3
Intel Core2 Duo CPU E8200 @ 2.66GHz, 2GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS (2 cards)
10 Mbs cable internet connection and do not use a proxy server to connect to internet.
After updating to Flash 10.1, I'm having a problem on a handful of sites when the flash-enabled media player starts, I get a "Buffering" message for a few seconds, then the audio/video starts and runs for a few seconds, then stops and the "Buffering" message reappears For instance, I have this problem on the NPR music site (http://www.npr.org/music/) and Daily Show site (http://www.thedailyshow.com/), but most of the other Flash capable sites I've been to work fine (like YouTube, Yahoo).
I contacted the NPR site about this issue and they said "they were unable to replicate the problem."
I have this problem on IE8, Firefox 3.6.3, and Chrome 5,
BTW - I even tried reverting back to Flash 10.0.45 2 and the problem still occurs. I have since gone back to Flash 10.1.eidnolb:
I just discovered I didn't list all of the IE add-ons. I only listed ones that been "loaded". Here is the complete list.
I kept wondering why the list appeared to change. Sorry about that.

Adobe Flash Player not working. Installen latest version. Get the following: "This website would like to run the following addon: Adobe Flash Player from Adobe System Incorporated." Hi, Thanks. Your Flash Player files and the SWO(if it is vs 10.0.45.2) are correct. Are you having problems on other sites
or just that one? Are you getting a message that is different than "you need to update your Flash Player?"
Many times it is the websites or if you are getting this from a game, then that can be causing the problem. I haven't been
able to determine if the websites that have NOT updated to support the latest Flash Player are just putting out a generic
message or not. You might want to check with the site to see if they support FP vs 10.0.45.2.
You may have an add on that is conflicting also, it is hard to tell. Some anti-virus programs have add ons that may conflict.
Since several users are having problems with Facebook, Farmville, Zynga, etc. my opinion is that it is not your computer.
One that posted here is waiting on a reply.

1. System Preferences > Other/ Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
Press the "Delete All" button
Install Adobe Flash Player.

Follow the prompts.
Quit Safari.
Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Allow Plug-ins
Safari > Preferences > Security
Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"
Enable it.

I have no idea what happened! About 3 days ago my Adobe Flash 9 was working fineon all the websites such as Photobucket, Youtube, and more! But I started getting risks & threats on my computer so I didnt didnt use this laptop til the next day, when my brother came to clean up the virus and threats with Norton AntiVirus. After cleaning up everything, I went on the Internet onto youtube.com & they said I need to install the Adobe Flash Read 10, and I did. But when I went backon again it said I still need to install it (again), & I did (about 4 times), still not working.

I'm sorry if i did errors of spelling because I used google translation. I 'm french .I finally figured it out. Flash Player had not installed. I had to de-activate Active-X thru the safety tab on the menu bar and then download the Adobe Flash Player and now it's working. I re-activated Active X after I finished installing Flash,. Hope fully everything will keep working fine!

To change your password you will need to open System Preferences, then open Users & Groups, click on Change Password. Change your password to a temporary one, then when you have finished you do the same procedure to change it back, by typing in the temp password then leaving the new password blank. Adobe Flash Player not working in Internet Explorer 9
I installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (version 11.7.700.169) and Adobe Flash Player stopped working in Internet Explorer 9. ActiveX filtering is disabled and the Adobe Flash Player add-on is enabled in IE 9. When I try to load the Web page for www.youtube.com, I get a blank screen. Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox work fine - both can display the YouTube Web page. Is there a fix for this?
