Flash Player version 10.1.102.64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users. However, this Flash version won't work for many videos on Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Adobe's latest version, 10.2.x or later, is only for Intel Macs. Adobe will not provide a newer Flash version for PPC Macs.

Read this whole post before proceeding. You have to follow steps precisely and there is mention of an alternative version of Flashplayer at the end that some have decided to try.
To update you should download:

To install:
1) Run Disk Utility and verify your hard drive. If the hard drive reports errors then it will need repairing first (another topic). If it verifies, run Disk Utility's repair permissions.
2) Back up your hard drive, ideally to a bootable clone. A bootable clone will allow you to restore your hard drive to its original state should something go wrong.
3) Quit all applications to ensure nothing is actively using Flash. You can even do the next step while booted to Safe Mode to make sure.

i have got a problem with ( i suppose) adobe flash player ; when i enter in facebook (with internet explorer) and i play a video of youtube in the facebook's home the video start and i works correctly but when i click on the windows of the video or on the control of youtube the page stop to work and i obbliged to refresh the page .
i don't have the same problem with the other zone of facebook or other site ......

Not from Apple, no, and probably never will be. You can try one of the third-party app/service combinations for playing Flash such as Skyfire , Puffin, or iSwifter. One of those might work for you, though they all have limitations and do not work with all Flash-based sites and services. You may find other suggestions for apps in the many other threads on Flash in this forum.

Searching the forum before posting would be your best bet. This is discussed dozens of times a day... with various (partial) workarounds posted repeatedly.
Adobe Flash does not exist for iOS devices, so no matter how much you "need" it, you can't get it.

I have an iPhone 4S and I used it to stream FM radio through my AV system by locating the website of the station on the phone, clicking on Listen Live and using the Air Play built into the receiver to connect to the streaming audio. Recently, I "updated" to iOS 8.1.3 (as my phone kept insisting that I do) and now when I try to repeat the above process, I'm told by Adobe that my device is "incompatible" with Adobe Flash Player. Assuming you are trying to install it on a Mac and not a mobile device, you should be able to click the download link at get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and it should end up in your downloads folder as a DMG file. No password should have been required so far. Quit Safari then open that DMG file and run the installer. I believe part of the install process will require the username and password of an administrator account. I assume your account is an administrator account. That's about all there is to it.
If that's not what's going on for you, can you tell us when and what is asking for your password.
