Adobe flash update will not install because unable to end firefox process
Adobe attempts to update flash for firefox 4 but says firefox is running and unable to install even when firefox is closed. attempted to end resident start-up firefox process which previously solved the problem but windows task manger says access is denied, Vista 64. I tried this several times
I found the problem. I use safe central browser that was running in firefox. when I closed the browser adobe flash updated

Just once or twiceThanks for your response. I have previously reviewed this. The only potential problem it seems to resolve is having 2 versions of Shockwave installed. I only have one. The only thing I can think of to do is just uninstall the one version and see if it will trigger an installation. When I go to the Flash install site, I agree to the terms and get the next screen that says download will start. I never get a message asking if it's ok to run or anything. No matter where I look for a download for Flash I wind up at the same place with the same problem. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Adobe Flash update will not load WHY!!!!!!!!
I can't play anything requiring an Adobe Flash upgrade. Because I can't load the Adobe Flash Upgrade it works fine on my Explorer web browser but it will not load on firefox and it tells me to turn off firefox. I just sent in $30 dollars as a supporter of FireFox. Not that that matters. But what is the problem I can't be the only one with this problem. Is there some sort of pissing match going on with Adobe and Mozilla?

I have a MacBook Pro 15" that needs the flash v15 update as I have certain websites that will not open without it. I have check my settings and have java enabled and even ticked the "accept cookies" thinking it might be that, but no joy. Any advice please would helpful.

I have been at a site for a few years and this morning. Suddenly, when I tried to get on, I got the message about Adobe Flash. I went through the instructions 3 times. The program states it has installed. I checked all forum articles and removed existing AF. I tried again, with same result. Even the shockwave flash in plugs is gone and does not show up when searched for. This has happened in the distant past.

Adobe Flasf update will not install/ password issues
I have been trying for a week to install the upgrade to adobe flash on my mac book pro OS,10.7.5. The major issue is Adobe will not accept my password. I have changed the password more times than I can count, but every time I get to the step that asks for the password and I type it in the box , it use shakes at me to tell me that the password is wrong. I triedthe Chat help line but the support person disconnected me and frankly I have bad arthritis and typing all the time just to get to someone who does understand the complexity of the problem is compounding the problem and certainly not resolving the issue . Is there some other product besides adobe that can be used. This is completely ridiculous and certainly not tech friendly.

I have my computer set to receive & install updates automatically for Adobe products. I have an Adobe Reader install program that will not complete it's install. The install program starts to install but
then it just gets stuck (the bottom picture is where it gets stuck) & will not complete the install. Adobe flash player will not install..

I have been going mad for over a week now trying everything to install the new adobe 10.1 and it just wont install. I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this problem.
I have removed every other adobe program like some forums say before installation.
To install I go to the website and click install latest version of flash player. It then opens the page where it tells me how to install and a bar along the top says ''this website wants to install the following add-on:ADOBE DLM from adobe systems incorporated, if you want to install click here..' .. so I do, then it installs activecontrolX and a box pops up, I click continue it installs the add on then adobe download manager opens where I see a download bar, it downloads and says and says!!...and says!!...'Error installation failed' .It doesnt tell me a reason or anything!
If anyone could please help me with this I would be so grateful and would save me so much more stress.

ITunes update will not install because of Bonjour
I am trying to update iTunes 9.2 but it tells me it cannot install because older version of Bonjour cannot be deleted, How do I fix this?
Doublechecking something before proceeding, annette. Are you also being told that the bonjour.msi file (or bonjour64.msi file) can't be found?

Adobe flash player will not install. When asked to install missing plug ins, nothing comes up.
I go to install adobe flash player and nothing comes up. Firefox says I need to install missing plug ins, but when I go to install the missing plug ins, nothing comes up. Says something about doing it manually. I don't know what that is.
