Adobe Flash Version issues

Hi Adobe team,
We are using FlashCS4, CS5.0, CS5.5 and CS6 for our team. While working we have been experiencing some issues as noted below:
1. File Save As CS6 to 5.5>5.0>4
2. Audio files dont get imported (all versions)
3. When we save as to lower version audio directly removes from the Flash file (all versions)
4. Software directly close problem (all versions)
Look forward to your support at the earliest.

Here's a link to help with your audio problems.
http://www.theflashstudio.net/basics/_tuts/sounds.php#envelope
Some imported files just won't play. For these, you'll have to convert them.
I believe I did this using CS5.5 Adobe Media Encoder and it worked quite well. Just remember that, at times, the file doesn't appear to "synch" correctly at runtime because Flash bases playback on the Audio portion and not the Video part of an animation.
I hope this helps your situation (or at least the audio portion). Good luck!
Mike

  • I have Firefox 3.6 on laptop and if I install the latest version of Adobe flash (version 10...) then if I go to a website with any sort of animation, firefox crashes immediately

I am not at my computer right now but I have Firefox version 3.6 (not 4). When I install the latest Adobe flash (version 10.something), my computer crashes whenever I go to any website with any form of information or data that requires the Adobe flash. For the past 2 weeks, I have been sending in the crash reports to Mozilla.

As of Firefox 4.0 and newer the Firefox builds from Mozilla requires both Mac OSX 10.'''5'''+ and a Intel.
Either you can use 3.6.19 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
Though for you 3.6.18 will be safe also as 3.6.19 was to workaround a font crashing issue on 10.7 Lion that was not fixed in time on Lion before release. http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.6.18/mac/ and pick your language and download the Firefox 3.6.18.dmg

  • When will Apple put the Adobe Flash version on the iPads?

When will Apple put the MS Adobe Flash version on the iPads?  The iMac desktop has Quick Time, but there's nothing for the iPads that I know of.

Guess you haven't seen the analysts reports and sales numbers for Android tablets lately... Or heard that the tablet optimized version of IE in Windows 8 will be plug in free... Or heard that Adobe is now pushing a server product that will convert Flash video to HTML 5 for use on mobile devices.
A 1980 Chevy Chevette will do the same thing as a 2011 Mustang. I guess Ford is going to go out of business when everyone starts driving Chevettes.

  • Adobe flash player issue

hello, would u help me with my adobe issue? it happens that the adobe flash player doesn't work correctly on my computer with OS windows 8, i have got the most recen version installed and appears an issue in it, would you tell me what's going on please? [email protected] thanks

The Flash Player version that is compatible with a Windows 8 32-bit OS and a Google Chrome browser is Version 11.5.31.2. You might have a 64-bit OS, which may not work on a 32-bit OS (what a mess). I'm still not sure which version is compatible specifically for Google Chrome Windows 8, 64-bit OS.  With the Internet Explorer browser, you can use Version 11.3.376.12 for Windows 8. Hope that helps some at least.

  • Adobe flash mixer issue

im not sure what im doing here, im new and barely pc literate. everytime i install adobe flash i get something on my mixer that says name not available and it plays commercials at will, it goes away when i uninstall the flash so ...you tube insists i need a flash player to view stuff according to the pop ups and the non playing of the videos. however, i was watching you tube just fine and then suddenly it wont let me anymore due to the afore mentioned pop up recommendations. is there a patient kind soul out there who wants to help me out?

You're correct. Adobe Flash Player ISN'T causing the issue, but it occurs through Flash Player.
You can try TDSSKiller from Kaspersky. It won;t conflict with Norton and it's really easy to use.
I don't use IE for personal reasons (I'm a web designer and I see every day how terrible it is with everything from javascript to stylesheets that other browsers handle with no problems at all).
    Browsers you can try:
Mozilla Firefox (I use it as my preferred browser - fatser than IE, more secure, and much more customizable)
Google Chrome (From the search engine people who also run YouTube. Has its own version of Flash Player built in)
Opera (not widely know or used, but a very good browser nonetheless)
Safari (from Apple - Every Mac has it, and some PC users swear by it. I'm a Mac user but I prefer Firefox)

  • Adobe FLash Player issues video playback green screen

My laptop is a week old. I cannot get videos to properly play especially in Facebook. I also had trouble with you tube until I opened internet options... advanced.. and checked the first item that deals with software acceleration. Even after this Facebook videos continue to fail. This only cures the You Tube Videos, Facebook videos still do not play. Audio is there but total green screen.
I have seen discussions about right clicking the video that wont play then uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration".  When I am in Facebook on a video that fails I right click and that option is not available in the box that pops up.If the video that fails is from you tube. I can select you tube in the control bar for the video and it plays fine. Non you tube videos do not play at all in Facebook.
I decided to try Chrome. It had the same playback issues as IE except the video playback screen stayed black - but when I right clicked on the video the "enable Hardware acceleration"   choice was there, I unchecked this and videos now play on Facebook using Chrome.
I prefer IE and want to fix the issue. Seems to me its Adobe since I do not have the Enable Hardware acceleration choice using IE.
Anyone ever heard of this? At one point I went to Control panel to delete all history from Flash player and the icon is listed as 32 bit. my OS is 64 bit. Is this an issue?
This is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated. "Just use Chrome" is not the response I am looking for. I want Adobe to work in IE

Found a fix it appears. I found a page that said update adobe flash to windows 8.1. There was a link there.
Installed that update and all appears to be working now.
Funny thing is it appears this HP laptop came with a version of Windows that was 8.1 but the flash player version was still for Windows 8. All testing on adobe pages made it appear as if the flash player was installed correctly.
    Thank you for the response

  • I am unable to retain my Settings  Manager changes for Adobe Flash version 9.0.124.0

    Hi there:)
Every time I log out from the Adobe online Settings Manager
and then check the settings at a later stage the changes that I
made earlier have not been retained?
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and if so is
    there a solution?
My version of Adobe Flash is 9.0.124.0. Before installing
this version I uninstalled the old version using the latest version
of the Adobe uninstaller ( after 8/4/08 ).
Any help or advice will be much appreciated.....
    Howard:)

    Dear all!
May I ask you for some help here?
I do not have any problems with the player so far, but can
not change the settings online, because there is no picture of the
settings manager. Only a download button to download flash player
    once again.
What is wrong with my installation? I just don't know.
I am using Windows Vista basic and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or IE
    7.0.
My internet provider is T-Mobile with a wireless connection
called Web 'n' Walk box home.
Wherever I go online instead of my home's laptop I will find
    the setting manager alright!
    Help is very appreciated.

  • Adobe Flash Player Issues (install.....not working!!) PLease help!

A couple days ago Youtube stopped working for me saying
Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old
version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.
So i did.. First it didn't work, (saying it installed
successfully) but there was no movie showing it installed. I did
this installation at least 15 times. Then i started getting the
Failed report telling me to go to the troubleshoot site for Windows
    adobe flash players.
    i have Windows Vista (a 32bit i believe) and IE 7
I did what it said. when i got to the uninstall everything. i
did and then i couldn't get Adobe to install it back on! I tried
everything i could think of, i went to all sorts of sites to try to
find answers. I did the sublnACL and it didn't work. My internet
    settings are fine.
Somehow i got the flash on my computer by saving the
installation on my computer and then installing it. But still it
didn't work. I tried to repair it. or open the documents and
install the update but it didn't work. Usually the Adobe flash
would seem to delete itself when i did that. it seems i have
restarted my computer a million times for all of this....
I've deleted my temporary internet files and everything it
tells me to do on YouTube (i love youtube BTW) and it still wont
    work....
java seems to be working fine all updated and on and
    stuff.....
when i try to download Adobe Flash PLayer 9 again it tells me
it installed completely but i don't see the movie...and YouTube
    STILL doesn't WORK.... :(
i don't know if i have left anything out that i have
tried.... but PLEASE help!!! BTW this was after the Adobe Update i
    think

Try downloading the offline installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#Ins tall_in_a_firewall_proxy_server_environment

  • Flash Version Issue

Greetings All. I have Flash 10.0.45 installed on my system but the kuler website tells me I need Flash 10.0.12 or better. I've deleted my browser cache and even rebooted my system. My package manager even verifies that Flash 10.0.45 is in fact installed. Any ideas how to get this to work? I built several color schemes last week with no problems. Now I can't even get to them.

Right-clicking on a flash animation showed "About Flash 9x" and set me on the course to figure out what was going on.
Firefox Tools>Add-ons>Plugins showed Shockwave Flash version 9x even after installing 10x
in Adept (Kubuntu Hardy Package Manager)
         purged flash-plugin-nonfree
         purged adobe-flashplugin
         reinstalled adobe-flashplugin
Shockwave Flash version is now 10.0.45.x and the kuler site works again.

  • Adobe Flash Builder Issues

After downloading Adobe Flash Builder 4 from labs, I have installed it on my Macbook Pro running 10.4.11. When I open the application after the install has completed I get the following error after saying next in the Adobe Flash Builder Setup with the "I'd like to use this product on a trial-basis" selected:
    "Problem with Trial
A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe Flash Builder."
I have tried to shut down, uninstall and reinstall, but I still get the same error.
Any thoughts on resolving this issue.

When I installed Flash Builder, it caused a registry conflict with CS4, which required that I uinstall all my Adobe software and run registry fixes (call customer support for this part).  Once I reinstalled Flash Builder, I had the same problem you're describing now.  From there, I had to wait until this site page was launched:
    https://freeriatools.adobe.com/flashbuilder4beta/
    Now, everything works fine.

  • Adobe Flash Settings Issue

    Hello,
I am having the issue with the flash settings, where you cannot click on Allow.  I am running OSX Lion, the latest adobe flash (10.3.183.7)
I have added the website to the Local Storage Settings by Site options, with Allow.  When the space reaches 99kb, the issue comes up asking me to allow more space, but i am unable to click on it.  The only way around it is to go back into the storage settings, change to deny, then back to allow, which seems to clear all the storage.  then i can relaunch the browser and be able to get 1 page further in the book before i am prompted again.
Is there an actual resolution to this?  I've tried suggested resolutions of updating to the latest flash player, which supposedly addressed this bug.  Evidently not.  I also manually added the website to the Local Storage Settings by Site option, which was supposed to resolve this as well, but it didnt.
As of now I am stuck, and unable to read a book for class, which is obviously a critical issue.
    thanks.
    Ian

    Hi Ian,
Could you try the workaround steps that I've posted in this thread?

  • Latest Adobe Flash version causing lag when viewing another persons webcam?

Hello all.  I am currently using google chrome (my preference) and for the past day or two, I noticed that when I try viewing a persons webcam, it is really lagging.  In order to view the persons webcam, I need the latest version of Adobe Flash player - which I have.  I uninstalled flash player on my computer, and I tried older versions of flash, using explorer and firefox, but it is still the same.  I am not sure how to uninstall flash on chrome and install the older version (I know I have to disable it on chrome, which I did, but like I said, I am not sure how to install the older version on chrome).  Is it my internet?  Is it the latest version of adobe flash that is causing the lag?  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you for your time.

The Flash Player in Chrome is proprietary. Google modifies the API from a Netscape API (NPAPI) to a Pepper API (PPAPI) and it becomes "PepperFlash", which ONLY exists in the Chrome installation. There is no download for PepperFlash here or anywhere else, and the only way to remove it or update it is to uninstall of reinstall Chrome.
You CAN disable it and force Chrome to use the standard Plug-in (for other browsers), provided you have the Flash Player Plug-in (for all other browsers) installed.
But if you're seeing lag with Firefox, you'll see it with Chrome using the same plug-in.
    Things to try:
    Clear your Flash Player cache:
    Clear your browswer cache.
    Disable hardware acceleration: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/891337
    Update your Video drivers: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765
