Adobe Form- Error while clicking on the print preview option

Hi,
An exception is being raised as shown below-
ADS: SOAP Runtime Exception:
CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101)
when i am trying to view the print preview of the invoice form (adobe form) in VF03 transaction.Please let me know the reason why this is occurring. I thought may be the form is inactive, but the form is in active state only.

Please restore the Print Preview option; no one wants to waste ink and paper if something isn't set right. Generating a pdf is not an acceptable substitute.

Normally, when you choose Print in a Mac application, you get a Print Dialog Box which has "Preview" as an option. ID uses its own dialog box, but if you click "Printer" you can get to the standard Mac one. But if you then click the Preview button, you get an error message, "Preview not supported". What normally happens is that Preview launches and you see a version of what will print, which is very useful if you don't know where the page breaks will be in the doc you want to print and don't want to print unnecessary pages. I use it all the time for things like pdf's of airline reservations made by saving the airline web page to pdf. Not sure I'd use it much in ID but I agree that the "not supported" message is a bit weird. One of the good things about Macs is consistency across applications. Why violate it?

When I try to print from Firefox it grabs all my info (file folders, etc.) from the left side of the page. I need just the email information, not the entire screen information. Thank you!

I agree; I should, but I can't :) I have an orange Firefox drop down that I go to to print, and it allows me to select "print", "print preview" and "print setup", where I can change the margins. It always defaults to a full screen shot (I use Yahoo) and does not show just the email. I don't need to print what is on the left side of the screen or anything other than the email (I can achieve these things by using file-print from IE, so I know it is doable, and I am still going into Yahoo and using their email when I do it).
Hope this helps. I'm not a fan of IE, but I really don't like the print properties I'm getting here (I'm a long time Mozilla user, but I'm losing too much info with this option and can't afford that anymore).

pls check if you are using any checks or conditions under which a node gets executed only for service PO's. problem may be like some colums or rows may be missing in the table node etc.

Why wont my audio play when I click on the ram preview option?

Whenever I try and play an audio file and clicked on the ram preview, the audio doesn't work and wont play. All of the audio settings are correctly set and when i go to the preview menu under Comp, the audio plays. How do I get the audio to play on the preview or ram preview??

YOu have not provided any exact system info or exact project, comp and footage details, so nobody can say anything. We don't even know your AE version.

Adobe Forms Error while using Webservice

Hi All,
I have created a interactive adobe form in abap . The adobe form has a button , on click of this button a webservice has to triggered. I have written the script to call the webservice(data connection) in FORMCALC but the webservice does not get called when I open the adobe form in my desktop and click on the button in the pdf.
I get a error saying the "Error attempting to read from file" displays the webservice URL below.
could someone help me resolve this issue . Is there any settings that I am missing for the interactive form to work?

this is a abap web service. I agree with you it is related to authentication.
When I created the web service from Function module I used security profile as PRF_DT_IF_SEC_NO which would mean there will be no security.
I also noticed that I work in my office network, the web service works fine but when I am working in my home network I get this error.
Do you think of any config i might have missed?

Adobe form error while calling through SE80

We have done the ADS configuration in our server and it is running fine but when calling the adobe form through SE80 (Web Dynpro) its giving the following error-:
An exception occurred which is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_WD_GENERAL', was not caught and
therefore caused a runtime error.
The reason for the exception is:
WebDynpro Exception: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Could not retrieve a
password for credential: ReaderRights(200.101).
When I searched I came to know that we need to install a PKCS #12 file.
Correct me if I m wrong.
In Directory path I:\usr\sap\XIT\SYS\global\AdobeDocumentServices\TrustManagerService\trust
Certificates,Credentials and CRls directories are empty.

I searched on SDN & come to know few points that may be it is bcoz of SP Level difference between WAS & ADS..But not getting any way for how to check this.??
My senior told me that they are at same SP Level..if this is the case what is the other possible reason for getting this error...??

The password for the ADSUser is probably not correctly configured. Check the following:
1. Login to the visual admin
2. Go to <server node> -> Services -> Web Services Security
3. At the runtime tab select Web Service Clients -> sap.com - > tcwdpdfobject
4. Select com.sap.tc.webdynpro.adsprox.AdsProxy*ConfigPort_Document
5. At the Transport Security tab check the basic authentication, user should be ADSUSER and you can reenter the password with the correct password. Save the configuration.
6. Navigate to Services -> Deploy
7. At the bottom select the application radiobutton
8. Select sap.com/tcwdpdfobject and stop the application (right hand side of the screen)
9. when it is stopped, start it again
10. test the web service again as described above

SharePoint 2013 - getting an error while clicking on the ellipsis of a document in a Document Library

I have a standard out-of-the-box Document Library. versioning/checkin/out is enabled. There are a few extra columns added to the library. There is this a weird random behavior when clicking on the ellipsis (...) button on a document. Sometimes it will display
the context menu and sometimes it will give me this error:
TypeError: Unable to get property 'FileLeafRef' of undefined or null referenceTypeError: Unable to get property 'ItemType' of undefined or null referenceTypeError: Unable to get property 'ID' of undefined or null reference
Sometimes a refresh will fix it. Sometimes it won't. It's all pretty random.
Anyone have this issue or have any ideas on how to solve it?

please try to test the site using IE Compatibility View, compare the result.

Main-class not found error while clicking on the jar

I have a created a jar �FinARM.jar� for my swing application using eclipse.
Clicking on this jar, it is giving the problem main-class not found.
It contains the MANIFEST.MF file, with entry Main-Class: FinAlignTest for the main class.
FinAlignTest is my main class.
I have a similar jar created with a small swing application (Single file) clicking on it can open the swing application.
It is also attached above.

My Apllication runs with out any warnings or errors. But when i create a jar file using eclipse it is giving this problem.
When i double click on the jar file i am getting this problem. MANIFEST.MF entry contains the main method entry.
I have created another jar (Which contains a simple java file, swing application) from eclipse export option.
It works fine on click.
But jar FinARM.jar contains 5 files (Swing app), which even fetch some data from the database.
My jar is placein the same machine where it can fetch data from DB
Can u plese tell me whats the problem.

If you leave configuration is done.
There was an incorrect data in your system. To do these please follow following process.
delete this request using
PTARQ> Delete documents (RPTARQDBDEl)
Please read the report documentation before
deleting the request but it should be safe as it is
a development system.
Please delete this with the above information or delete all
the records for the approver.
After this,, there will be some incorrect workitem in approver inbox.
You need to clear ( Delete ) that also by Tcode - SWWL.
This should solve your issue .............

Adobe form: error while executing the form

I am working on SAP interactive (editable) form (ECC 6.0).When I am executing my driver program, I am getting the following error:
"com.adobe.ProcessingException: Could not retrieve"
My driver program code is as below:

Your code doesnt seem to have a problem, For interactive reports you need to set attrivute fillable to 'X'.
I guess they is a problem with something else.
l_outputparams-pdfchangesrestricted = 'X' , this is not a field of this structure "SFPOUTPUTPARAMS" right??

Error while click on the accounts created in AD

Recently we have installed IDM 8.0 and mYsql as a idm repository.Started creating users in domain controller with default attributes after succesfull configuration of Active directory resource .It all works fine for creating the user.After created the user in Active directory when i clicking the user account in IDM console to see the assignment or to update anything I am getting the following error.I enabled from trace workflow and gateway logs.However this not happend in IDM 7.1...Please help me out where should I go to debug and resolve the issue.Thanks in advance for all

We have installed IDM80 gateway software on domain controller.Its a brand new server.We didnt install any pacthes for IDM80..We just installed gateway software that come along with IDM 80 bundle.Do I need install the patch for gateway?

There is an internal Adobe Reader error while copying to the Clipboard.

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bits
Adobe Reader Vesion: XI
That error is very easy to reproduce: select two or more lines of a pdf document and press "cntl + C" several times in repetition. Frequently 4 ou 5 followed repetitions trigger that issue. A curious thing happens when "cntl + C" starts to fail: the copying process through "Edit > Copy" menu still works. But if you try repeated times to copying through "Edit > Copy" menu, then this method also starts to fail too, but at the same time of this failure, "cntrl + c" starts to work again (it is like a seesaw).
My computer has no skype plugin installed, so the skype plugin + Internet Explorer is not the root cause of that issue.
This problem occurs even if I am running only Adobe Reader XI application, i. e., without start Internet Explorer, or any office application, or windows live messenger, or skype, etc.

in windows 7
start-control panel-uninstall programs
uninstall the "Skype Click to Call", this will uninstall addins from ie, firefox, you dont have to uninstall skype.
in ie and firefox you can disable addons but can not uninstall them using ie or firefox interface, when you uninstall Skype Click to Call, it will remove it from all added browsers.
This works me now.

Unfortunately skype trick does not work.
I recently switched to windows 8 and reliazed that there is no copy error any more.

This error maybe caused by Babylon dictionary which has an Adobe Acrobat or Reader addon which captures the text from pdf documnet when ctrl+right mouse click. This feature is enabled when it is copied to" C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat\plug_ins " or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\plug_ins " directory, so if it is copied such copying error appeared, if not copied it does not appear. Baylon dictionary addin is installed when you install babylon dictionary software, and it is here " C:\Program Files (x86)\Babylon\Babylon-Pro\Utils ", its name is " BabylonRPI.api "

My experience is that Babylon Dictionary was causing this error. With babylon version 10 acrobat does not give that kind of error anymore, on windows 7 x64, but previous version leftover files may cause this error again even if you remove previous versions and install version 10. With a clean install of windows 7 x64 with babylon dictionary version 10 there is no error anymore.

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus Where is the print preview???

I just purchased HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus all in one printer. Where is the print preview option. It's no longer on "preference" or anywhere else.

Since HP isn't answering me on the 'Print Preview' being available soon or which HP printers software actally HAVE the 'print preview' function enabled... I did some searching and I found a partial answer to the 'print preview' delema. The web site http://www.obviousidea.com/windows-software/greencloud-printer/
has a free program called GreenCloudPrinter which, in a nut shell, will install a printer called GreenCloud which set itself up as the default printer and any file that is sent to the printer gets directed to the GreenCloud device which will then bring up a 'print preview' screen with options to remove blank pages and or print or not print the preview! And a lot of other functions too. Works great and it's free. You do have to register it and a registration code is emailed to you to unlock the program. I hope that helps you out... worked for me.
