Adobe Forms not working in Mini SAP

Hello,
I´ve installed Adobe Lifecycle Designer in my computer and later I´ve installed the certificate under https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/nw-downloads, so I´m supposed to be able to work with Adobe Forms in Mini SAP (trans. SFP) but nope.
It should work as stated in some posts in this forum, but negative. Reading the posts, seems like many of you are also unable to work with it. Curiosly I worked with it in 2 cases and don´t know what happened that it comes and goes.
Hopefully some one from SAP can tell us how to make it work.

Have downloaded credential file dont know how to import it ??
Any help would be gratefull.

Adobe form not working after MSS Patch Upgrade

Hi,
We have implemented ESS/MSS and in one of the MSS scenario to create a new personnel chnage request we have an Adobe interactive form (WD) which actually validates the users Social Security number by calling an RFC in the ECC 6.0 and updates the form's filed on the front end. There was an issue of "Expired SSO Ticket" and to resolve this SAP recommended to apply SAP_JTECHS (SAPJTECHS13P_14-10003467) and SAP_JTECHF (SAPJTECHF13P_15-10003468) patches to fix the problem. But after applying these patches Adobe form for PCR has stopped working and it just gets hanged, form appears on the front end and when user enters the values and hit enter to validate, it doesnt communicate with the Backend ECC system only the SAP status picture keeps rotating, i turned the trace ON and checked it, its not at all communicating with the ECC system. Where as in other systems where we have not appplied the pacthes, those are working fine. One of the error i noticed in the server log is as below:

Can someone please suggest what could be the possible reason for such a problem with Adobe form and whats the way out to resolve this. Appreciate a quick help in this regard.

Hi,
We had the same issue after the Patch update to SP17 in both Backend as well in Portal, to resolve my colleagues had a look at the standard forms which were working and found that because of the patch update the script used in the custom forms was changed and not the standard and
on event trigger which was processed in the container they replace the script to the standard one. and it started working.
But this is not the solution we are looking at solution on having the same version of script as in the standard even after the patch update.
So to your point to resolve compare the scripts in both standard and customized forms and do the same.
And also have a look at the SAP Note: 1109392
.... this is a temporary solution.....

MSS PCRs and ESS Adobe Forms not working

Scenario: Portal system on a seperate box / Adobe system on a seperate box /R/3 on a seperate box . ADS is configured properly, From R/3 the forms are working fine all test programs are working great. But when I try to see thru the Portal MSS and ESS links then it gives me the following error. Please suggest what needs to be done. Points will be awarded..

Adobe form not working Editable

I have adobe interactive ( editable form Including dropdown/ Text box/ Check box) form, which will send to user to fill the data & submit by to return email id. the form is editable but today onwards i couldnt able to change the values in form (not editable). Any idea.

HI Kishore,
Do one thing,first check type of the layout(ZCI or Standard).Use ZCI layout.
and By default the interactive forms when created have properties of Static PDF.
We need to change the properties for the UI elements to be editable.
In File-->Form Properties --> defaults tab set the PDf render format As dynamic XML.
Also in file>form properties>preview set the preview type to Interactive form & preview adobe xml form as: dynamic xml form.

Adobe Form not work in SP09

I'm developing an Abap Web Dynpro with Adobe Interactive Form inside.
I have correctly setting these parameters: InteractiveForm.enabled = true,
InteractiveForm.readonly = false; but when I execute the Form all fields are
in read only mode.
My system is ECC sp06, SAPKB70009 and SAPKA70009, but I can't patch the system.

I implement these note:
1- Note 981638 - Dynamic forms are not supported in Web Dynpro ABAP
2- Note 1018060 - Adobe: Locale has invalid country/language combination
3- Note 999997 - Setting usage rights unnecessary with Adobe integration

Adobe Forms not working in IDES ECC6.0

Hi All,
When i run the report FP_PDF_TEST_00 the report shows the Version number.
When i run the program FP_TEST_00 i am getting the following error:

Last few years in sap Consultant and i worked SAP Adobe forms this Adobe Forms Central it useful for sap Consultant

FormsCentral does not have any integration with SAP.

Adobe form not showing radio button etc

We had created an adobe interactive form which was working fine. Now I have upgraded my adobe to XI and the adobe is not working.
Before it opens , it gives following message
This document enabled extended features in adobe reader. the document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available ..
Can anyone help?

This issue is happening due to validity of Adobe reader rights. The server date and time and document creation date and time are conflicting. Read the blog below.

Make Adobe form not editable and Password protected

Hi All,
Want to add a button on adobe form , when user clicks the button then the form shouldn't allow to edit fields anymore.
I think this can be coded under script editor.
Please anybody specify the syntax to make adobe form not editable.
And my another issue is whether we can handle adobe forms password protected through SAP. kindly specify any approach.

Mini-Displayport to DVI adapter not working, but Mini-Displayport to VGA and Thunderbolt work fine.
This is a brand new MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2012) just received. I suspect that this is a hardware problem as:
The mini-displayport to DVI adapter and the external monitor that I am utilizing connect and operate just fine using my older MacBook Pro (mid-2010) with the same OS.
The new MacBook Pro powers the external monitor with a mini-displayport to VGA adapater without issue.
The new MacBook Pro powers an Apple Thunderbolt display without issue.
Both MacBook Pro's are running OSX Lion 10.7.4.
The only combination which does not work is the mini-displayport to DVI adapater used in conjunction with the brand new MacBook Pro (mid-2012).
All adapters and components (mini-displayport adapters) are Apple retail adapter.
I have tried several external monitors, including my Dell U2412m.
When I connect the mini-displayport to DVI adapater to the new MacBook Pro (mid-2012), nothing happens. The external monitor reports "no signal" and attempts to go into sleep mode. Using the "Detect displays" button has no effect, even when used multiple times. Rebooting does not help, nor does resetting the SMC or PRAM.
Any other suggestions before I take it to the Genius Bar?

I turns out that the logic board of my MacBook Pro was faulty (despite being brand new).
I took it to the Apple Store, presented the problem, and one of the Tech's came to the same conclusion that I had -- hardware failure. Phone support was no help in the matter (and even told me that what I was trying to do wasn't a supported option, which is rediculous). However, the Genius Bar did take care of the problem, and my MacBook Pro was back to me with a replaced logic board within a few days.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use. You need to install the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: 
[http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Adobe Flash - Plugin version]. 
Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed, 
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del, Vista: Shift+Ctrl+ESC = Processes tab}
3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

You need to be more specific about which software applications you're using, the versions and what happens when you try to open them.
It would also be nice if you could include which model MacBook Air you're using.

CS4 "Save as Adobe PDF" not working in Mountain Lion

CS4 Save as Adobe PDF not working in Mountain Lion
Just bought a new Mac with mountain lion, installed CS4 design premium twice trying to fix this. When you go to "print" then "Save as Adobe PDF" the process fails with a pop-up saying "An error occurred while saving the PDF file". I can still do the standard "Save as PDF" - but that usually results in a file size 10x larger than Save as Adobe PDF so it won't work for me; I need the small file sizes of Save as Adobe PDF.
When I go to Help > Repair Acrobat Installation it seems to be recognizing a repair needed with Adobe PDF Printer (see screenshot below); but when I go through the repair nothing changes it still won't work.
Any help is much appreciated!

"Save As Adobe PDF" works fine in Snow Leopard.
Thanks for the link, but this is no help - I already have "Save As Adobe PDF" on the menu - the problem is when I click that it errors out...
I just think its sad that Adobe charges people $2000 and provides zero support for future updates; when I buy an iMac for half that amount of money or an iPhone I get operating system support and bug fix downloads to deal with the latest internet advances for years to come - but Adobe apparently takes your money and says sayonara! Is it really that hard to provide updates on $2000 worth of software for say 24 months??
