Adobe FormsCenral + Acrobat XI Pro ( E-Mail Sende Button )
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir nutzen die oben genannte Software, zur Erstellung von Webformularen als PDF. Anwendungs soll sein, dass unterschiedliche Formalere von einem Handy aus ausgefüllt werden können und diese über einen E-Mail Sende Button an uns verschickt in die Firma gesendet werden. Sendeformat sollte das ausgefüllte PDF Formular sein.
Ich bitte um Tipps wie wir dies am besten lösen können.

Da hier leider keiner antwortet hab ich nach guten 5 Stunden suchen endlich die Lösung gefunden.
Die Lösung ist sehr sehr einfach.
Für die,die es interessiert und am selben Problem verzweifeln an dem ich verzweifelt habe,hier die Lösung:
Klick auf den "E-Mail Schaltbutton"-> Objekt -> Feld -> E-Mail-Adresse"
Nun einfach eine Email Adresse eingeben und mit einem " , " getrennt die zweite. WICHTIG: ohne Leerzeichen vor und hinter dem " , ". Das war das winzige Detail das mich 5 Stunden meiner Arbeit gekostet hat. Hier ein Beispiel:

[email protected], [email protected] <- FALSCH
[email protected] ,[email protected] <- FALSCH
[email protected] , [email protected] <- FALSCH
Ich hoffe die Erklärung war verständlich genug.

1. Wie füge ich einen E-Mail Sende Button ein, wo ich immer wieder eine andere E-Mail Adresse als Empfänger eingeben kann.
2. Kann ich einen eigenen Button z.B.: als Bild hinterlegen ?
3. Zum Schluss sollten wir noch eine Rückmeldung erhalten, dass die E-Mail versendet wurde bzw. angekommen ist.Alan
Though not an expert, I've created a few forms with the Submit by Email button. If you've already done this then sorry for asking, but did you go through the Acrobat Distribution (Forms>Distribute Forms)process after creating the form in LC8? As far as I can tell the email submit button doesn't work without this stage.
This confirms the email submission address, then sets up a dataset to be saved in a location of your choice.
filename_dataset_0001.pdf
then a file type that can be edited, saved and submitted by Reader users:
filename_pub_0001.pdf
You can save this to your intranet server or email direct to the recipient.
When the submit button is then used you receive a copy of the whole form which on opening will prompt you to add it to the dataset. Receiving and adding multiple forms to the data set is straightforward. You will see them all listed in the viewer above the form itself. From here you can also then select and export the data to Excel via xml or as a csv file.
Note that any changes you make to the form should be to the original document and the distribution process repeated, otherwise the functionality of the form will be affected.
That's about the limit of my knowledge I'm afraid, therefore if you have already tried this and are still having problems then hopefully someone else can help out.

Adobe Acrobat X Pro - Javascript for submit button
Hi,
I am new to Adobe Acrobat X Pro and I have just designed a fillable form and enabled user rights for reader, for them to send the form back as a PDF. I created the form with a submit button and have mailto:[email protected] but I want to know if it is possible to create a button that will run a javascript to bring up a persons Mircosoft Outlook contacts, so they can choose who they want to send the completed form too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IE8 crashes during print to Adobe PDF (Acrobat 9 Pro)
IE8 and MS Paint both crash during print to Adobe PDF. Neither an update to latest version of Acrobat 9 Pro (9.5.3) nor running repair installation will fix this issue. Operating system is Windows 7 SP1.
Installed third party PDF Printer so that these two apps can print to pdf.
Any ideas?The reinstall is typically the last ditch effort to do. The first step is Help>Repair and Help>Updates. As far as Office 2013, the PDF Maker of AA X is not compatible and you can only print. In your list of errors it showed a problem with AcroTray.exe. As a first step, go to the print and select print-to-file. The file will be a PS file (maybe with a PRN extension). Once the printer if finished, open the file in Distiller to complete the process. If that is successful, then the problem is with AcroTray. Check your running tasks to be sure AcroTray is indeed running. If not, that is likely the problem. If it is, then restart it (it is located in the Acrobat folder). AcroTray provides the interface between the PS creation and Distiller to automate the process of creating the PDF.

.mac mail send button won't work
I installed snow leopard, and now my mail won't work properly. I can compose and receive e-mails, but I cannot send them. There is no error message, the send button simply doesn't work when I click it. I tried using the manual command to send, no dice. Any ideas?
Please click on Window in the menubar of Mail, and choose Connection Doctor -- what does it report regarding the SMTP?

Mail "Send" button does not work
I have 3 apple mail accounts. All work find except for one that cannot send. The "Send" button is never active. I checked with the IP and all outgoing mail parameters are correct. I have rebuilt permissions, removed the “DefaultCounts”, “Envelope Index,” the “LSMMap” and the “MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded3″ files. Please advise.

I want to send a mail to recipients( one employee ) and multiple employee ( more than 20 employees ) in CC.
I am using Classes to send a mail.
lr_receiver = cl_cam_address_bcs=>create_internet_address( receipient ).

Acrobat 9 pro Extended - IE Select Button
Using windows xp sp3 and Internet Explorer 7 with all latest updates...
When Verion 9 is installed, it adds a toolbar to IE. The toolbar has a button called select. I am not sure what you do after you select something on a web page. Can you copy it? That did not seem to work.
Please advise.

Mail 'send' button or meneu won't send e-mail.
Out of the blue, after each word typed, Mail started noting that 'Spell Catcher' couldn't be found ! (Haven't used it in months, since upgrading to 10.4.4)
Changing Mail prefs to 'check spelling when sent' or 'check spelling- never' allowed more typing but still wouldn't send. I receive ok but can't send from ANY of the mail boxes.Try resetting Launch Services. The system has licensed 'Adobe Acrobat X Pro' installed successfully. When SharePoint 2010 site collection has NTLM authentication, pdf document can be edited sucessfully using 'Adobe Acrobat X Pro'.
Issue arises when the sharepoint 2010 site collection has claim based authentication.
User logs in and navigate through links as-
Workspace->Document Library.
Selects PDF document->select "Edit Document" link.
This action opens Adobe Acrobat X Pro, but do not open pdf and displays error "There was error opening this document. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

When site is with NTLM authentication, adobe acrobat x pro opens and allow to edit successfully. But when it there is Claim Based authentication, it cannot. It seems Adobe Acrobat X Pro does not have capability to send appropriate headers to handle claim based authentication. Also it is not able handle the sequence of request-response for claim based authentication. When searched on web, there is one product of Acrobat called LiveCycle, which has capability to handle SAML. Does that mean Adobe Acrobat X Pro does not have the capability to handle Claim based authentication so it is depend on LiveCycle for it?

Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro - Creating PDF from explorer (Right-Click) problem

I am new here. I've searched the forums here and maybe I've missed finding the solution. We recently updated from Acrobat 6 Pro to Acrobat 9 Pro, and I can no longer get a PDF to be created in the same folder the Word, Excel or other file is located.
In otherwords, when I use (under Windows Explorer) the right-click option and Convert to Adobe PDF, Acrobat 9 Pro keeps asking me where to save this file! Under Acrobat 6 Pro, it would just create the file under the same folder unless I specified otherwise.
I have tried to look under the Word 2003 Adobe PDF "Change Conversion Settings" and I do not have the box next to Prompt for Adobe PDF file name checked.
Am I missing something? I would have assumed this simple process would have carried over from Acrobat 6 Pro. I really do not want to go through a bunch of processes just to save the PDF in the same folder. Under Acrobat 6 Pro, this was a simple task. I am not doing anything major, just converting various Word (.doc) files to PDF.

Explorer > Right-Click > Convert to Adobe PDF
brings up the Save As dialog and if you'll notice the path in the address bar at the top, it defaults to the last folder in which you created a PDF.
In the Save As dialog, browse to the folder in which you want to save the PDF then click the Save button. This folder will stay in effect until you change it by browsing to a different one in the Save As dialog.
Using Acrobat X, I tried everything I could think of to get a fast, efficient way of converting multiple files to PDF (with the same name and in the same folder as the source files) and, unfortunately, the method described above seems to be the fastest. I tried drag and drop to an Adobe PDF printer shortcut and that didn't work at all--it did nothing! In Acrobat X, File > Create > Batch Create Multiple Files will present a dialog with options for saving to the same folder and keeping the same name as the source file, although it seems like the files process slower in addition to having to click 8 times (not counting selecting the files) before the process begins.
I fervently hope that Adobe will change Explorer > Right-Click > Convert to Adobe PDF back to automatically saving to the same folder as the source document. -
When I choose File->Print->"Adobe PDF Printer" from any application (i.E. "Ai") I get following two windows. The first Window will disappear with 100%, but the second don´t and no file will be created?!!??!??!?

Acrobat XI Pro: Licensed / activated version in trial mode and expire after 30 days
First, when viewing a PDF file, my licensed Acrobat XI Pro (v11.0.10) closes the PDF and shows accept license agreement window.
I accepted the license-agreement.
Then a window showed up telling me to log-in into my Adobe-account, clicked on log-in.
Log-in window did not appear though.
I re-launched Acrobat and it is now telling me that it is a trial version for 30 days.

"Help->Deactivate" is greyed out.
I may go into my Adobe account, Acrobat XI Pro is listed there, together with the key.

\Adobe PCD
\SLCache
were located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
so:
1) Delete the Adobe PCD-folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD
2) Delete the SL Cache-folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
3) Delete the Sl Store-folder under C:\ProgramData\Adobe
4) Launch Acrobat again and activate
Now things are fine again.
