Adobe Home page

The Adobe home page will not load. I am on win 98se. I logged
on to www.adobe.com, clicked on "United States(Change)", selected
"United States" from the drop down list, said OK and everything
stopped. Now when I go to www.adobe.com it partly loads and
explorer (IE6) stops responding. I can't do stop or refresh or
tools etc. I can start another instance of explorer, surf the web,
and go to other Adobe sites, but not the home page. I have deleted
cookies, cleared cache, restarted the computer with no success. I
can get to www.adobe.com from another computer, but this one is
locked out. What happened? If you have any ideas please email me at

When i try to download latest flash player i am redirected to adobe home page.

I am in a circle. I got message to update flash, yet when I click "download" i am automaticlly redirected back to adobe home page. I removed flash player and tried to downoad again but still get into this merry-go-round of home page-download page (Adobe.ca)

Flash Player "Install Now" Button reverts to Adobe Home Page

Trying to install update to 11.9.900.152, but Flash Player "Install Now" Button sends me right back to Adobe Home Page.
Windows Vista 32-bit
Firefox 25.0 (cache cleared)

I have the exact same sort of stupid loop:

on 2 different versions of MacOS X: 10.6.8, 10.8.3.
It looks like the Adobe web server is using an URL redirect which is much too acrobatic.

Adobe home page crashing IE and Opera

Starting about last December, the Adobe site's home page presentation that starts with a city skyline has been crashing IE (v. 6) and Opera(latest 3 versions). Both Flash (9.0.124) and Shockwave (11.0r429) are installed for both browsers, and www.Adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ shows both plugins running for both browsers. BUT... when either of the browsers displays the Adobe home page, the skyline animation (with Donald Duck going by) ends with a crash about the time that the section "Acrobat customer stories" begins. This happens whether or not my Zone Alarm firewall is running.
The OS is Windows XP Pro, and Video Studio 2005 is installed. The error message is "Unhandled win32 exception occured in IEXPLORE.EXE (2188)".
Any ideas?

Internet Explorer and Adobe home page.

I'm having a problem with the flash player in Internet
Explorer. I've removed all older versions and installed version 9
(ActiveX).
If I open Adobe's Home Page all I see in the box where the
animations supposed to be is a black box.
If I directly goto this URL: "

the animation displays correctly.

more information on this problem. It seems to be affecting
several computers on our 2003 network. I think it's something to do
with the image that was used. I've tried removing everything that's
flash related from the registry and using the removal tool to
uninstall the flash player with no luck. It still shows a black box
where the animation should be. It works great in firefox. Does
anyone have any idea what I can do to find out where the problem
is?

How Can I cancel my subscription. I have been searching on Adobe Home Page for over 30 minutes and still can't find the so called 'Administration' page to cancel.

Try clearing the browser cache
* use Tools -> Clear Recent History-> Cache
* or, when you see the old version, try Reloading using keyboard keys [Ctrl]+[R] together

Adobe CQ5 - Home page - Users Tab is not opening

Hi,
we are facing an issue in Adobe CQ5. we are not able to open the Users Tab in the home page http://localhost:1111/libs/cq/core/content/welcome.html. when we are clicking the Users tab, it is showing a Empty page. We want to open the Users tab from there.
Could you please tell me how can we resolve this?

Please show us the logs of CQ5, that you'll find in the crx-quickstart/logs folder. I believe that the ones that store logs for this kind of error is the error.log, the request.log and the stderr.log.

I would like to learn how to make an alias for my "Home" page in Adobe Muse.

Currently, my homepage is titled "Home." This works great in the vertical menu at the top of the main pages. It does not, however, work well if someone wants to bookmark my site in which case their bookmark generates the generic "Home." Can I create an alias for the home page in Muse? If so, how?

The latest version of Firefox loads with the Ask page and doesn't retain the selected home page. How do I change this?

SuPM home page getting stuck and couldnt able to enter

we are not able to enter into SuPM home page and getting stuck while its loading.. due this cause, we have installed flashplayer_10_ax_debug (No flash player exist earlier).
Now while loading SuPM home page in Portal, its displaying..

The flex UI for SuPM is sturctured within the SUPM Portal packages OPMFNDUI and ANASUSTUI,so please re check whether you have installed the correct SuPM portal packages from service marketplace.
Since I see some webservice related message in the log please re check the following post installation step in the installation guide :
Configuring SAP UI Framework Web Service Proxies (look for the authorization details also).
If you still get problem during loading the SuPM UI through portal please go to NW administrator and view the error log.

When I try to open some web sites i am blocked by MOZILLA and redirected to a site I did not want and am unable to close or go back without going back to the home page. Help help help

I have removed the check from the pop up blocked in the MOZILLA options but still get this problem of not being able to open certain sites. The MOZILLA icon appears with the three options available, but before i can click on one I am automatically redirected to a site I did not want, and when I try to go back it will keep coming back to the site MOZILLA put on the computer. I have to close and go back to the home page and start all over again. I have installed a new virus protection system STOPZILLA and could this have any bearing on the problem. After awhile it becomes very frustrating trying to get on line information and being continually redirected. Any ideas?

Can I have more than one home page so that both would open upon connecting to the internet?

On my desktop I can have more than one home page so that they all load when I connect to the internet.
On my laptop, I cannot figure out if or how I can add a second home page. Is it possible to have more than one home page on my laptop?

Firefox can have more than one homepage. Multiple homepages are separated by the keyboard character "|".

How do I add a slideshow to my Home Page?

Hello, I want to add a slideshow (3 pictures) to my Home Page in iWeb 08. I don't know if I have to use a specific application or program to do so, or if I can even do that. I already made my slideshow using Adobe Flash CS4 but I have no idea if that works or not.
Any answer is appreciated.

I unknowingly downloaded MyWebSearch and cannot unable it so I no longer have FireFox as my home page. What can I do to restore FireFox, I already redownloaded it with out success.

MyWebSearch has dominated my home page and I can't delete it, I want FireFox back but don't know how to make it my default home page.

This type of pest is usually installed along with software you download from the internet; generally free programs, but not always. Carefully watch for "extra" items that will be installed and un-check or opt-out of them.
