Adobe Illustrator CS 6 but did I really buy Creative Cloud?
I am confused all my license info says i bought Illustrator CS6. But when I go to download it I must agree to terms before i get to the download page, in these terms it mentions the Creative Cloud Team offer, and how this expires in 12 mo and is a subscription. This has me worried that I might have actually purchased the CC which i did not want, i wanted CS6 so i could download it and buy it straight out without a membership. I proceed to download it and before installing i have to agree to another set of terms, this agreement also mentions Creative Cloud. I am concerned i somehow bought the CC or CS6 is not sperate anymore. How do i know if this is the subscrition that might end in one year? When i open the program it does say Illustrator CS6.

Ihave downloaded/paid for a plug in from adobe site (cracked backgrounds) it told me ti install Creative Cloud which i have done it shows the plug in on there as downloaded but i cannot install it into lightroom 5 to use? i have tried the plug in manger but it says cannot install plug in..also downloaded the Adobe extension manager cc but that does not add either....Please help first time i ave tried to install a plug in !!!!!! Please remember to unzip the file from your Downloads folder in order to load them into Lightroom.
What is the error in Lightroom?

I'm sorry but nothing from this you just sent me works...The linke form adobe support to chancel takes me over and over to the same page, and the only thing they do is tell me to write my problem down in a chat for questions...the link with the phone was pretty good but nobody picks up....I really don't know what to do anymore....i've tried everything and nothing happens..im just paying more and more....

I have the creative cloud that I use for my schooling and I downloaded both Adobe Bridge CC and Flash Professional CC on the Creative Cloud and I cannot find or access them on the computer - where did they go?

I have a very long email and after 4 days of using I am already irritated to hell!
Please add an option to auto login or something please!!!!!!If it did, I wouldn't be asking the question...... But I have since discovered what I think is at the heart of the problem:
I have my default browser as Chrome. I noticed I did not have a reply button on your post when using Chrome, I swithched to IE and their was a reply button. Hence how I am now managing to reply!
So it twigged that maybe that also had something to do with the sign of the Creative Cloud App from my notification area icon, seems werid to me but - Sure enough, now it does keep me logged in between sessions.
So are you going to fix so I do not have to set IE as my default browser? -

What do i do know am i allowed a new redemption code I used a PCWhat product did you purchase and where did you purchase it from? I am not sure that Creative Cloud is involved with redemption codes, so you might have some other version. A redemption code is normally used to acquire a serial number, and the serial number is what activates the application(s) to full use. But serial numbers are involved with licensed software, not Cloud subscriptions.

Adobe Extension Manager does not recognize me as a Creative Cloud Member.
I'm unable to activate several new extensions, particularly 2 of the paper textures. Adobe Extension Manager says I have to be a Creative Cloud member. I am. And I"m logged in.

Did you acquire your extensions from Adobe Exchange? If yes, when the extension is to be installed, Extension Manager will check if the current user has purchased this extension( for paid extensions ). Then Adobe Application Manager might pop up to let the user input his accout --- adobe id, which is what you got.

Business catalyst says I need to buy Creative Cloud to publish my site, but I already have Creative Cloud and am logged in properly.
I have checked the site and it does shows up web hosting plan. But the email on which site is published is not using CC subscription as a result BC is asking you to upgrade the site.

Upgraded to paid CC but IOS apps still say "Creative Cloud Free"
I had the Creative Cloud app (amongst other Adode apps that are linked to my CC account) installed on my iPad before I paid the CC subscription. I then downloaded Lightroom after I paid, but the app says Trial Version. The Creative Cloud app says I have "Creative Cloud Free" only under Settings. I have tried logging out, logging back in, shutting the iPad down, reopening, uninstalling the app, reinstalling, turning around, touching the ground, burying the iPad under a full moon, but still I'm listed as Free. I have no issues downloading desktop apps, and when I log in on desktop my account says I have a paid subscription. Any ideas? Thanks

I have verified everything and it seems everything is clear from our side.
Can you please try the steps below:
Delete the OPM.db File:
Close the Creative Cloud application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud.
if the issue still occurs please try the second solution below:
