Adobe is stealing my money and I cannot find a way to stop it

Please help!
For the longest time I have been paying $49 every month without being able to use my Adobe creative cloud subscription, and now I have finally had enough. Today when trying to figure out why my account was dormant I realised that somehow my account has been associated with the wrong country (UK), even though I have never even been to the United Kingdom. After hours of trying to find a solution or a call centre number on Adobe.com I have still not had any luck in resolving the issue. Finally I ordered a new Adobe CC subscription with my husband's Adobe ID and signed up for yet another $49 plan which means in essence now I'm paying double!
Please can someone get in touch to resolve this.
AND PLEASE CAN ADOBE STOP STEALING MY MONEY?
Ideally I would like a full refund, but at least I would like Adobe to stop pissing away my cash.

    Some downloaded apps are oriented sideways, because my iPad is sideways in my Zaggfolio keyboard case, and I cannot find any way to rotate the apps so they are vertical when my iPad is horizontal in my Zaggfolio case.  I sent a question to the app developers and one of them responded that I had asked a good question and they would consider it on their next update.  Does that mean that I have to remove my iPad from my keyoard case every time I want to use those apps.  This issue is only happening on some apps.  Also, my iPad is not in the locked position.

    You can lock the rotation with the little slider switch located under your volume toggle. however locking rotation is an 'all or nothing' proposition. you can't choose the portrait or landscape in a 'per app' basis.
    In addition there are some apps that don't rotate.
    When I use an app that wants to be in portrait with my zagg folio I just turn it and hold it that way. the lack of ease of rotation is the oen major downfall of that case.

    The problem is the three downloaded (.part) files are each part of a single video.
    I believe that the files are complete in themselves, but need to be joined together to make the complete video

    It's not clear to me what you're trying to accomplish. If you get rid of your digital ID you will still be prompted to create/add one when you need to sign a form, which you say you still need to do? Do you really just want to e-sign (hand-drawn signature, or stamp) instead of digitally sign? Do the forms you're using have digital signature fields?

    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try another cable
    - Try on another computer                            
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    Using Prelude CC to copy assets between Drives, I started an ingest job and closed the window. Later on, I decided to cancel it but couldn't find the page with progress bar!

    The progress indicator is in the app window's bottom status bar on the left hand side. It isn't part of the Ingest dialog.
    The progress bar should remain visible until the entire ingest operation completes.
    Unfortunately I'm away from my office for the holidays so am unable to send a screen shot which would make this more clear. But if you don't see the progress bar yet believe the ingest operation is still going on please let me know more details about why you think so. It's always possible there may be some odd bug you're running into.

    You are welcome.  Just finished a chat session with an Apple support rep and confirmed the matte option no longer available.  Seems lots has changed since I bought my 17” 19 months back:).  They did say that there were after market screen films available from places like amazon
    Have never used anything like that though.  My wife has a 2008 MBP 15” with gloss and I can say it is a nice screen finish, you just have to be careful of lighting from behind you.  All my iMacs were glossy and I did learn to compensate for the added brilliance the screen brought to the photos.  The new soft proofing feature of LR5 seems to better estimate the level of brightness of the printed work, compared to past versions of the s/ware.
    In any case, in my opinion you really can’t go wrong with the apple product.  I bought my first iMac in mid 1999 and have never looked back.  I donated that machine to a pre-school in 2008, it was running OSX version 2 or 3 I think.  I did run Photoshop 7.0 on an IBM laptop for a time (windows XP).  I think I had one of the very first versions of Adobe Camera Raw on that machine.  I digress, sorry.
    The chat representative did confirm that the 17” is out of production and I’m guessing Apple found the market for the big laptop just wasn’t there.  They did mention that 17” MBP’s show up as “certified refurbished” units from time to time.  Suggest you might explore that option with a local Apple store in the UK, assuming  Apple has store front operations off this continent of course.
