Adobe is still charging me for a cancelled subscription

I cancelled this single app (InDesign) subscription when I moved the whole office to a team subscription over a year ago. I have called several times (very painful dealing with Adobe customer service). Every time I have been assured it has been taken care of. I am still getting billed on my credit card! Can anyone help me?

    Renewed by 30 day subscription to the Sun newspaper online. Just got the invoice from the iTunes store and have been charged twice for the same subscription.
    Go into iTunes and click on 'Report a problem' and get a very confusing page full of FAQ's but I can't find anyway of contacting iTunes to ask for a refund. When I go into the Sun Newspaper App on my iPad 2 it says I have 25 days subscription left.
    Help someone before I lose all my hair!

  • I've been charged twice for my CC subscription

    Checked my bank account yesterday and noticed that I was charged twice in the same day for my Creative Cloud subscription. Two charges, different transaction numbers. First the account information compromise, now a double charge? What's going on Adobe?

    As of now you have two CC on the same adobe ID, co incidentally you were charged for the old order purchased in December 2013 & on 17TH December 2014 on the same day.
    Please contact Adobe Support Contact Customer Carewithout delay to cancel order & get the duplicate charge refunded for order # AD003567010EDU purchased on December 17th.

  • Why it still charge me for each download after subscribing

    I have subscribed magazine (national geographic traveller) last year and I just realized It had been automatically renewed when I received receipt from ITunes.
    I accept the fact even if I really do not want to renew it because I have no idea how I can get my money back. (Why Itunes donnot send us a reminder regarding this renewal?)
    But after restoring my subscription, All my subscription were gone, I failed to retrieve the previous magazine. I downloaded the current issue (April), I thought it would be alright as I had paid them until April 2014. However, I still have been charged $4.5 for that.
    Could anyone tell me what is going on here? I didn't change my ipad or anything.
    Q1, I am wondering whether it is possibility I can cancel my yearly subcription and refund, it will expire until April 2014.
    Q2, If I cannot cancel my subscription, can I get back my $4.5 back?
    Q3, Does it mean I cannot get my money and my subscription back? which guys I can talk to regarding this issue. Email or phone?

  • Have credit but itunes still charging me for purchases

    I have over $90 in credit and made a small $4 purchase and itunes charged my credit card instead of taking it from my credit. When I try to get Apple support to get that fixed I'm just getting bounced around from screen to screen! Any suggestions on why that happened and how to get aht back? Thank you!!

    Hi this my 4 or 5th post regarding my purchasing an unlimited australia subscription On the 19/10 /2012 and skype one time cdedit of $8.00 I received my $8.00 credit and Two same subscriptipns I cancelled one sub' this was acknoledged But I have been charged still for 2 subscriptions. Both for australia and both running concurrently How is this possible? Why would I want 2 same subs,for the same country running at the same time? I have not heard from skype regarding this overcharge I I have lodged an official complaint with my credid card bank I have been buying this subscription for a few years now without any Problems before Kwakaracer

    it would appear that Adobe thinks deaf or hard of hearing people do not use their products, or else why would they insist on calling their help line.
    Is this in contravention of Disability Discrimination Act (UK) or the equivalent in US.

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
