Adobe Light room missing from AAM

Have creative cloud for teams. Using Win7 32bit Directx 11 Have latest AAM on desktop. Lightroom does not appear. Trying to install light room. I download from website but it is a trial and asks for serial number.

Thanks for the response. I have now figured out the issue. Even though I am the team admin for our licenses I had not responded to my own CC team invite. Once I did that all of the tryouts became downloads and the missing apps from AAM showed up and allowed me to install.,,
This question has now been answered.

Random-non-apple-question ADOBE LIGHT ROOM?

...a random question for anyone that uses adobe light room... when i go to import cannon raw files it imports as colour and then after they 'render preview' they turn black and white...
i's so fustrating!
no presets are on and i reset the settings...
no other format of picture does this.
it dosent matter how i import the files, it still turns black and white.
if anyone could help that would be awsome

Adobe reader plugin missing from firefox plugins list on redhat 6.1

Hello,
I'm having a problem with putting adobe reader 9 plugin installed on firefox 3.6.17 on redhat 6.1 (64bit)
(Not recreatable on redhat 5.4 with same versions of reader and firefox)
Even though nppdf.so appears in the directory /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins directory with 755 permissions,
when I start firefox, it is missing from the plugins list.
How can I ensure it is properly installed or what steps can I take to debug the problem deeper?

I am not interested in using Light Room 5 Mobile version - How can I terminate the trial version that somehow I got when I installed my LR V5?

Unless you sign up for the creative cloud photography plan or other creative cloud plan, the Lightroom Mobile service will terminate after 30 days. You don't have to do anything. IF you are wondering how to disable it in Lightroom 5 desktop, hover the mouse in the identity plate area of Lightroom. There will be a little drop-down you can click on to sign out from Lightroom Mobile, and it will no longer be active on your computer.

Preparation - do you keep all your presets with the catalog or not? If not, you will need to copy them from the old computer to the new one
assuming you are using time machine to move everything from one to another, then use time machine and copy everything QED
assuming you are doing a new install.
copy your lightroom catalog to a separate hard drive / flash drive ensuring that you've made a backup 1st
install LR4.#fail on your new computer
copy your catalog from 1. to your new computer and
click click the catalog on your new computer.
That should do the trick

DW CC 2014 Window--- Extensions--- Adobe Exchange Option Missing from Menu Toolbar

I discovered that this option is not listed in the menu though from reading Adobe Dreamweaver * Extensions it should be.
Then, I did a search and came up with Adobe Extension Manager CC at Adobe - Exchange : Download the Adobe Extension Manager.
So. I thought maybe I had to install the Adobe Extension Manager CC and the option would then appear under the Window menu items listed.
I successfully performed the install of Adobe Extension Manager cc then started DW CC 2014..
The option did not appear.
Now, I suspect I can use Adobe Extension Manager CC just fine (assuming here) but I would prefer to manage extensions as advertised in Adobe Dreamweaver * Extensions.
Can anyone give me some guidance?

For anyone else with this problem it is a pain but, yes Arpit is correct. Uninstall Photoshop CC 2014.1, go to the Adobe site and sign in, go to Apps, download Photoshop CC 2014 again and install. It should open as 2014.2. Then you can see Windows>Libraries
I'm not sure why my system repeatedly would not see there was an update to Photoshop. That seems like a bug to me for a subscription based service. Wonder what else I might be missing out on?
Now I hope my Libraries content (which shows up in Photoshop) will now start showing up in the cloud online. It is missing. Ugh.

Adobe TrueType fonts missing from created PDF

When I create a PDF file everything comes through perfectly except the Adobe TrueType font text is missing (Adobe Garamond Pro). This used to work. File looks good on screen and prints fine.
If I switch to Garamond the PDF is created perfectly, now including all missing text.

Note that Adobe's Garamond Pro fonts are not TrueType fonts. They are OpenType CFF fonts.
In fact, that may be the key to why they are not embedded in your PDF files.
First, contrary to the response of Bill@VT, although the Standard joboptions for Adobe's PDF creation tools do not embed all fonts, the fonts that are not embedded are in an exception list. Using those joboptions, members of the Adobe Garamond Pro font family should properly embed in PDF files created either by (a) printing to the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance under Windows, (b) using the native PDF export from Adobe graphic arts applications (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as long as you don't use the Smallest Size joboptions, or (c) when using Microsoft Office applications, you use the Adobe PDFMaker option for PDF creation, Save as Adobe PDF again as long as you don't use the Smallest Size joboptions.
That having been said, the fact that the Garamond fonts (I assume that you are referring to the TrueType Garamond font family that Microsoft bundles with Windows and Office) embeds and Adobe Garamond Pro font don't embed leads me to believe that your real problem is that you are creating PDF by using the fairly defective save as PDF which is native to Microsoft Office on Windows. One of a number of bugs or limitations in Microsoft's PDF creation is that although it embeds TrueType fonts and OpenType TrueType fonts, it fails to embed OpenType CFF fonts. Not only doesn't Microsoft embed those fonts in the PDF file, but it improperly references the fonts in the generated PDF file such that when you display and/or print such PDF files, even if you have Adobe Garamond Pro installed on your system, those fonts are not used for display or print. (We have informed Microsoft of this bug, but they are apparently not interested in fixing their bug!)
If you already have Acrobat installed on your system, use the Save as Adobe PDF (from the file screen) or Create Adobe PDF from the Acrobat tab on the Office ribbon. Set the preferences to at least Standard, but preferably Hiqh Quality Print joboptions and you will end up with a proper PDF with the Adobe Garamond Pro (or any OpenType fonts) properly embedded)!

Adobe style explorer (Missing from CS4)

I have just updated Illustrator from CS2 to CS4. The one thing I have noticed that is slowing me down is that the Adobe style file browser is missing!?
On CS2 I was able to click on Save as and the next window that comes up you could choose either a Operating system style or Adobe style. On the Adobe style I could save shortcuts to folders from which I could quickly save files to.
Any chance that I can get this back!?

How to uninstall Photoshop CS6 when the "Adobe Installers" is missing from the Application/Utilities/.......(missing Adobe Installers)"?

I recently had all of our information from an older iMac transferred to a new iMac (transfer done through the Mac store). Now when I try to open up Photoshop CS6 from the dock, get a response that says :Configuration Error and below that "Error: 16". It also says to uninstall Photoshop and then to re-install it. The problem is that somewhere in the past, the Adobe Installer was deleted, so am unable to continue with the process- so am unable to uninstall. Appreciate any help. Have not had any problems prior to this.

I do not own a Mac and never have so I have little to offer in the way of how get something uninstalled on one. If the Cleaner did not recognize that you have CS6 installed there are two things I could think of that I would consider - 1) just try reinstalling CS6 2) just delete anything you can find relative to CS6 and try reinstalling it. The second is option is the least recommended from my standpoint since I do not know what the impact might be, but I don't think trying the first would hurt much... it might just get the installer in place and then provide you with the ability to uninstall.

Airplay Problems using Adobe Light room

I have recently purchased Adobe Lightroom and have completed my first slide show. When I try to send this to view on my TV by way of Airplay the show plays for about 20 minutes and the times out requiring me to tap the mouse and hit play again. It does pick up where it left off but this is very annoying. I have gone into settings and changed energy saver to computer sleep and display sleep to never. Additionally removing check marks on the statements below these to graphs.........What am I missing and how should I rectify this problem.

I need to make certain things blur or defoucs in the photo. For Eg: in the below link apart from the face rest of the background should be defoucsed. Is there any filter or setting to make only background as defocused?

Local Sharpness = -1 will mask .5% of global sharpening
Local Sharpness = -50 will mask 100% of global sharpening (without blurring) - I still use this setting along with noise reduction to clean up sky etc.
Local Sharpness = -51 will blur a tiny bit.
Local Sharpness = -100 will blur as much as possible.
Summary:
========
local sharpness has 3 distinct ranges:
positive: add to global sharpening
negative (-1 to -50): mask global sharpening
more negative (-51 to -100): blur
In my opinion, it's worthwhile knowing where the cut-off is, exactly, since an inadvertent blur when you don't want blurring is a real bummer, and if you think you'll be blurring a little at -50, you won't be.
Beware: overlapping pins are additive, so if you have two pins at -50, overlapping strokes will blur, whereas non-overlapping strokes will not..
