Adobe master suite cs5 serial numnber not valid
I am re-installing CS5 and get the following error when trying to enter serial number. I installed as trial, and now have same problem trying to activate.

I Cant Install Adobe Master Suite CS5 (Exit Code: 7)
As I said in the title I am unable to install Adobe Master Suite CS5 on my PC. (Windows 7 64- bit, core two duo 3ghtz, nVidia graphics 8800 GTX, 8 GIG ram)
Previously I had Master Suite CS4 installed, and in anticipation to installing CS5 I tried to uninstall CS4. No luck so I had to do it manually. then I downloaded CS5 and proceeded to try to install and got error code 7. (yes I tried all the admin tricks, permissions, and disabling virus protection) Why wont the suite install, and how can I get it to instal

Can I use Adobe Master Suite CS5 that I purchased for use on a PC on my new iMac?
In May 2011, I purchased the education priced edition of Master Suite CS5 for use on the PC I had at the time. Last week my PC died and I'm getting an iMac to replace it. Can I use the Master Suite that I have on my new iMac or will I have to spend my life savings buying another Master Suite for Mac?

My Adobe Creative Suite CS5 download rejects my valid serial key. What must I do?

I have a legitimate serial key for Creative Suite CS5. Because I once lost my CD's Adobe sent me a download link to download the suite which worked then, but now I have a new laptop which doesn't have a CD-rom drive, so I tried to download these links again. Now I get the message that my serial key is invalid. I have had contact with customer support and they verified that my serial key is valid and then I was sent to the forum to ask how to continue.

Adobe 11 std, Installation, serial number not valid.

While finishing the installation of Adobe 11 standard, the serial number is requested.
I input the one provided in the License certificate issued by the SW provider in our company.(hiding some digits for security reason ) but the program says the serial is not correct. I also tried to redeem this code in the following site: https://creative.adobe.com/redeem and the error persists (attach screenshot)
Could you please confirm if it's our SW provider's fault. Are we doing anything incorrect. Please this is urgent.Hello.

While upgrading Adobe Creative Suite CS4 ME into Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 Design Premium, I get an error saying This serial number is not of a qualifying product, please try another. I used to be able to get a code from customer service but I can't get to the chat. Please advise!!!!
MoeGhazal I reviewed your account and it looks like you have have upgraded from a CS4 volume license for Design Premium to a retail upgrade of Design Premium 5.5.
I also show that you made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium but the second purchase was canceled. Please make sure you are utilizing the serial number which ends in 7886.
If you are using the correct serial number then it is likely the installer will not recognize your volume license CS4 serial number as being valid for an upgrade. If you can contact our support team then you can be walked through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation. You can contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care. You may want to try installing a web browser you have not previously utilized. It is likely a toolbar or some other software application is affecting your ability to access chat support successfully.

Adobe Master Suite CS 5.5, where can I find Acrobat's serial number?
I'm in the process of downloading a purchased copy of the Master Suite CS5.5, but cannot find Acrobat on the list of downloads nor the serial number to activate the trial version.

MichaelFor anyone here that's interested and possibly has CS 5.5 creative suite, I contacted Adobe Customer Service and received a response as follows:
CS5.5 does not include a separate serial key for acrobat X.
As it turn out Acrobat X is embedded in the main suite for CS5.5, if applicable, and uses the same key as applies to Adobe's Creative Suite.

Existing Adobe master Collection CS5 will not upgrade to CS6
I have an existing installation of Adobe Master Collection CS5. When I try to upgrade to CS6 it does not recognize the CS5 serial number it says it is not a qualifying product. What can I do about it?
The 3rd option in the buying guide table includes Master Collection CS5 as an upgrade path.
@tgms: if Master Collection CS5 is already installed on the computer where you're trying to install MC CS6, the CS6 installer should find CS5 automatically and not require you to enter your CS5 serial number.
Call Adobe Customer Service in your country. User to user forums cannot help you with serial number issues. Only Adobe themselves can do that. -

I'm trying to download CS5.5 Design Standard Student and Teacher on my Windows 8.1 machine and receive a "Serial Number Not Valid" notification. I have already downloaded the product on my Macbook Pro a few years ago, but was under the impression I was allowed to download it on 2 computers. Anything I can do???
the serial number for a mac installation is not the same as for a windows installation. and, in fact, cs5.5 is not a dual platform product so you cannot install it on a windows machine unless you have a windows license/serial number.
you could upgrade to creative cloud. the subscription apps (cs6, cc and cc 2014) are all dual platform. -
