Adobe Muse - can't download

In Creative Cloud I can't download Adobe Muse. I'm on a Dell XPS One 27 Windows 8. I've tried downloading abobe air and uninstalling/reinstalling but it keeps coming up with an exit 7 error?

Genellezz9 are you installing through the Adobe Application Manager?

Adobe Muse: can it upload to an sftp site as well as an ftp site?

I work at a college and normally I would just upload my web content onto a server. However, from what I've read (and please correct me if I'm wrong) but everytime I'd make a change I'd have to export the whole site and upload it again. So... I'm trying to work with our tech guys to have them fix it so that I can ftp everything up to the site which is supposed to allow me to just upload whatever has changed. The question I'm getting from them is if Adobe Muse can upload to an sftp site. (I have no idea what that is and can't seem to find the answer in the documentation).

Adobe Muse currently does not support Upload to SFTP. It only supports FTP as of now.

Adobe Muse CC Never Downloads

Hi, I am using the latest AAM (I think). I am trying to install Adobe Muse CC, which I can see in the list of applications. I click "Install" and it says "Downloading..." but it just sits there and never downloads. Any help would be appreciated. I am on Windows 7. Thanks.

Open https://ccmdls.adobe.com and http://ccmdl.adobe.com in browser. You should get access denied page(that mean you are able to open the page but the access is denied) and If you are unable to open these url in browser then please check your network firewall or proxy server if present.
If you are able to access the urls then respond to the private message as we would like to get the logs present %temp%\AdobeDownload\DLM.log and DLM_Native.log to see what the actual problem is .

My mouse freezes in adobe muse can not move objects

the problem is that my mouse after a few minutes it freezes and will not let me move objects.
this happens with adobe muse 2014.2
and the worst is that my file can not be opened with earlier versions ( help)

I think this is a bug in the new update. I have made numerous sites since and all of them have gotten the horiztonal scroll. I mentioned it in the bug section and had a staff member help me with my first issue but have not heard anything else since.
This is a pretty serious bug, you can not launch a website with a horizontal scroll like this.
on another note, I really like the look of your site, very slick so far!

After deleting all my adobe products because of the adobe acrobate updater issue will i beable to download my potoshop and elements products from the internet?
I have the cd for the adobe acrobat 9 pro but not the elements and phot shop and the adobe regular reader.

Could you please try to logout from Adobe Muse (in Help menu), restart Muse and login again. then try to publish the site again.

Adobe Software Can't download to a Palm TX

Hi,
I have a Palm TX running v.4.5.2P. I cannot figure out how to download any of the Adobe software. I often get a message that I need the software when going online via WiFi.
I have an another Palm TX that will be going for repairs that may be running a different version of the software and I still get the same problem.
Could you please give me a link that would direct me to the correct software for a Palm PDA.

Need some clarification to help you. What "Adobe software" are you referring to? A PDF file? Did you install the ancient Adobe reader software on the device?
What exactly are you doing with the device when you get the error?
"4.5.2p" is not something I'm familiar with. That sounds like the version of the Launcher, not Palm OS.

There isn't an "ActionList" to download...

Adobe muse - can't see my Edge animation in design tab!?

I have a problem, when i have made mit edge animation, and placed it in muse, i can't see it in the design tab, but when i click the preview tab i shows, and i can also see the animation in browser!? Anyone who can help? :/

Yes I've had the disappearing animation problem. It shows in preview but not in design,
I deleted and re-inserted it. That cured it - but for how long.
This latest update has been a disaster for me.

Can't launch Adobe Muse "Application Manager is Needed" but i can't isntall it, just purchased a license for a year in adobe muse :(

Hello, always that i close and then try to open adobe muse, i got an error that says that i need the "Application Manager" to launch it, so i went to download it. After i entered in the page that it provides ( www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_es ) it says that if i'm an already member of creative cloud that i should follow a ling that it's there, wich redirects me to download the creative cloud app. . Ok so i download it and installed, and then it works at the first time, but when i close Adobe Muse the error happens again, so i went directly to download the application manager, but when i'm installing it another error pops up and says that it can't be installed, that i should download Adobe Support Advisor ... ... ok so i went to download it, but i just went to find out that the application has been discontinued ... i had this problem since i installed Adobe Muse, so, i just uninstalled Creative Cloud and then re-install it (took me around 30 mins. or so) ... but i don't want to do that everytime i need to use adobe muse, those errors shouldn't happen i was so excited because i got adobe muse ... here are some screens

The solution 1 never worked at the star
The solution 2 got a 0 when checking wth the command fsutil behavior query disable8dot3
I installed creative cloud again and it worked, but when i close muse everything starts to happen again ... the only solution for now is that i have to uninstall creative cloud and then re install it, or it wont let me use adobe muse. I downloaded an old version but, can't work with newest proyects so, it's not useful at all because i can't continue the projects in the updated one

Now after my trial has expired I can only "buy" it although it should be part of my Adobe CC subscription which includes Muse.
I tried to re-download, restart, and uninstall Muse but it only gives me the option to "buy".

How can I download a new install of Acrobat 7 to a new computer running Win7

I am running Acrobat 7 on my old desktop and now bought a new system. I do not have the original install disks, but this is a registered copy and shows up in My Adobe. Can I download a new install and then deactivate the old install and activate the new install on the new computer?

Acro 7 is not compatible with Win 7, anyway, so anything you do would be a waste of time. Upgrade to Acrobat X or for the time being use Reader and other PDF creation and editing tools.
