Please uninstall Adobe Muse and try the links below to install Adobe Muse :
Windows : http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_win
Mac : http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_mac
In case you are still getting error, please try uninstalling Adobe AIR and then install the latest version of Adobe AIR using the link : http://get.adobe.com/air/
And then again install Adobe Muse using the links above.

    I am an IT Professional working for a major University in Missouri. We have an Apple computer lab of 26 20" iMacs, all running Adobe Creative Cloud with an Enterprise license. This license includes Adobe Muse (with its own serial number). We use Active Directory to manage users/group policies on all computers, and manage users on our Apple computers.
    According to Adobe's support site, you can create a prov.xml file using APTEE and then apply it to serialize the Muse product installation for a computer lab environment.
    I can only get this to work for EXISTING users. When a NEW user logs in to his or her account, they run Muse, and it asks for a subscription, as though Muse is not serialized. According to Adobe, you click on Existing Subscription anyway, enter your Adobe ID, and then it should still open. It doesn't..........it says the "subscription does not have a license for Adobe Muse" and gives the option to BUY or QUIT.

    Question from Adobe Muse beginner - I can't figure out how images can be uploaded in a slideshow/photo gallery in the admin console? I can edit or delete images but not upload additional images?

    Has anybody encountered this error?
    Adobe Muse CC has encountered an error and will now exit. Please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team.
    String 'Home' does not appear to be correct format to translate. String should be of form 'module::keystring'
    This happens when I initially open Muse CC 2014. I do not even get to choose New File or open a recent file.

    Uninstall and reinstall.
    One or more of the Widget Library files that are part of your installation of Muse have been altered or were not successfully installed. These files are not intended for end user editing. The only way to revert them to their correct form is to uninstall and reinstall Muse. If you wish to have your own custom collection of widgets, use the "Library" panel within Muse. Don't directly open/edit the widget files within the "Library" folder structure.

  • Adobe Muse.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    Then launch Muse. It will go through the first launch experience of asking for UI language, AdobeID, etc.

  • Adobe Muse page capacity

    HI ,
    I am working on my page which is full of pictures and different kinds od stuff. The thing is that i can not create or delete any more pages or masters.Does Adobe Muse have a max use of space or something ? Because every time I try to make a new one or delete a page the program says "not responding".
    Since i started adding here lots of pictures , it started working really slow.And now it does not even work.I tried it on the 3 computers. Still the same thing.
    Coul you help me how to fix it ? Thank You !

    This can happen when Muse is not able to use required memory of system used, as in case where other applications are also running on same time thus using computers memory or system using memory allocation for different process threads etc,
    Please try to Open only Muse and then check.
    Also if you have a large site, try to optimize the contents so that it should not use maximum space and memory to run , try to split up pages so that a single page should not load up with maximum contents.

  • Adobe Muse Gallery Widgets

    Hi Everyone
    I am not able to figure out how to use the widgets which I downloaded from the Adobe Muse Website ( Widget Gallery). It seems that they cannot be dragged and dropped into the site I am creating. I finally doubled clicked on one of them and it opened in Muse, only to realize it opens as a new site. The widget does not appear on the page I am working on. Can anyone help me with this? Perhaps this has already been aswered, if so can you provide any links. Am I supposed to copy and paste the widget to the page I am working on, and then resize? I thought that the widgets should open on the page you are working on.

  • Adobe Muse keeps Freezing

    I have tried to uninstall then install Adobe Muse several times thinking that this would solve the problem but every time I open Muse, it starts fine. When I try to Open a file, even creating a new one, it begins to Load then ends up Not Responding. I have tried waiting for up to 10 minutes and when it doesn't respond I Force Quit.
    I'm running a Macbook Pro, Late 2013 model and every other program is working fine but Muse.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Folks, I over the weekend I had e-mailed my latest Muse file to Marc who is a Quality Engineer on the Muse Team.  He promptly replied to me with a work-around for this blinking/freezing issue.  He must've dug through the code in my file because the one I sent him would've still been blinking & flashing and would've froze up on him right after opening my Muse file.  Anyway, he managed to get in there and the work-around solution he came up with was to:
    TURN OFF THE "THUMBNAIL" CHECKBOX,
    he says this is what seems to be causing Muse to freeze up.  So hopefully this advice will help anyone out right now who is using Muse CC 2014 until Marc and his team can produce a fix for this in a future update to the Muse CC 2014 software.
    ADOBE: Keep up the great work and please keep our Muse community informed about any known issues and work-arounds, i'll be looking for these on the "Adobe Muse CC / Top Issues" site page (ehem, might be good to post THIS work-around there).

    i'm interested in buying Adobe Muse for my Mac. I was using a previous trial version but now i want to buy it and the only option is with Adobe CC.
    First of all the cloud service is something i don't need and it's 20€/m for unlimited time so basically i don't know how much will it cost.
    Is there a way to have just the Adobe Muse software without the subscription?

  • Adobe Muse page is shifting to the left

    Hello,
    I love Adobe Muse and have been using it for some time now. I HAVE had this problem before but it was due to elements being placed outside of the page area, so of course I investigated that first. Unfortunately, I'm still having that problem and I've triple checked my elements to make sure they werent hanging off but I'm still not getting the page to allign when opening the page in IOS. I read another feed that offered a code = <meta name = "viewport" content = "width = XXX" initial-scale = 1.0> to be put into the metadata but that isn't working either. I have included a link to the page below.
    Can anyone lend a hand? It would be greatly appreciated.

    I am having a similar problem when I preview my mobile in Muse. All of my content gets shifted to the left or the menu get's shifted to the left. I don't have any elements or objects on the page the are overlaping into the browser background area of the site either. Please check out the screen shots that I have included below. I would VERY much appreciate a solution to this problem.

  • Adobe Muse keeps crashing every time I publish any website all of a sudden

    Adobe Muse keeps crashing every time I publish any website all of a sudden. Not just for the website I was working on but now all my websites. It was working perfectly fine and when I hit publish it just crashes. I have multiple copies and different websites and they are all crashing when I try to publish. It seems like it is not an error for just the one website I was working on but the entire program is not functioning correctly. Here's a screen shot of the error.

    Mac or Windows? What's the error that appears? If it's an Apple Crash Report, please copy/paste the first few pages of it here.
    I strongly recommend against it (for multiple reasons below) but if you uninstall Muse, then go to the Creative Cloud Desktop App, and choose "Previous Version" in the Find New Apps section there will be a dropdown arrow next to the Install button. That dropdown will list all versions of Muse.
    If you've saved over top your existing file using the current version, reverting Muse won't work, since older versions cannot open files saved from newer versions. If you've don't significant work in the current version, that will be lost because you'll have to go back to the file as last saved using the prior version of Muse. Finally, there's a significant probability that error/crash is related to content in the file, network configuration, or other outside forces and if that's the case reverting won't avoid the error/crash.
    If you share more info about what error you're encountering, I expect we can determine a workaround/solution.

  • Adobe Muse: "Preview page in browser" and "preview site in browser" functions have stopped working.

    Working one day then not the next. Firefox just spins. The preview button works, as does the publish function.

    Something else to add: When Firefox finally timed out it displayed the full url. Copying and pasting that into Safari and everything works. So it seems in someway this is a Firefox issue or a Muse -Firefox connection issue.
    So the new question is: how can I change the browser Muse chooses to use when I select these two functions?

    Adobe Muse will use OS default browser for preview the page/site in browser. So you can change the default browser and preview the site again.
    Also, try to troubleshoot Firefox, using their official documentation

  • "Adobe Muse Stopped Working"

    I've been using Muse for about a month, with no problems. Today, I have repeatedly crashed with the error "Adobe Muse Stopped Working".
    This happens 10 minutes or so after I open Muse. It happens whether or not I have another app open. I tried closing and recreating the site from scratch. It still crashes.
    Suggestions?

    I am trying to install Adobe Muse from Cloud and receive this message : Error: Third Party payload installer install adobe muse.exe failed with exit code :7
    Everything else from Cloud has installed correctly.
    I am probably doing something wrong as I am very new to Adobe. Please Help.

    All sorted now!!!
    I just uninstalled all Adobe Applications and reinstalled and everything is working fine.

    Please try removing Adobe Extension manager and install it again. After re-install of Extension Manager try to update Light room.
    If it does not resolve the issue please do a complete clean using adobe cleaner tool and reinstall everything.

  • Adobe Muse (2014.3) "Add Web Font" Function Not Working As Expected - Newly Added Fonts Become Unavailable Though Shown

    Hello.
    This has also been posted in the Community: Adobe Muse Bugs forum.
    I've been having some odd/irregular issues though they have now become fairly predictable in nature. The issue is in regards to Adobe Muse (2014.3) and the availability of web fonts provided through the applications "Add Web Fonts" feature. Once added they perform as expected but then become "unavailable." Full details below. I have been a Creative Cloud Complete subscriber for a number of years so am fairly familiar with the way in which the system works minus a few issues that have popped up now and then, this one included.
    System Info:
    Adobe Creative Cloud (Full Subscription): Version 1.9.1.474
    Adobe Muse: Version 2014.3
    OS X Yosemite: 10.10.2
    Here is a recap of what has been taking place. I'll detail the bug as best I can.
    1. Created new Adobe Muse project. Everything normal.
    2. Chose to add a new font through the "Add Web Fonts" function within Muse. A note, my Creative Cloud App is running/open at all times (in file synch mode).
    3. Chose new fonts using above. All seemed fine (see screenshots below).
    4. Fonts also were indicated as being "Synched" within Creative Cloud (screenshot below).
    5. As expected the two fonts were added to the list of available Web Fonts within Muse (first screenshot below - left). I added them successfully to my site. Well after a number of hours I went back to this same font selection menu within Muse and the fonts were still visible yet the sub-menu that one would expect showing various forms (i.e. Bold, Italic, etc) was not available. In a sense the font could not be chosen from the list even though the name is clearly visible (second screenshot below - right).
    Have no idea what may have been wrong. Saved Muse project, closed and reopened - nothing changed. Created new project - fonts still "shown" in menu but can't be used. Did find a vague description using Google of similar problem (different application) which recommended closing Creative Cloud Desktop App and reopening as one possible solution. This DID WORK initially yet the problem, though corrected for a period of time (few hours at most), would reappear again where one would again see yet not be able to choose from the two Web Fonts. Went so far as to uninstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop application and reinstalling. Still have not solved the problem.
    Any thoughts as to what this may be would be welcome. Restarting the CC app each and every time the fonts become unavailable is quite time consuming to my workflow.

    Thank you for the reply. Wanted to comment on a few things.
    I reviewed the other post that you've referenced. Nothing unusual jumped out at me as something that I was not aware of. I'm running an older iMac that is in good working condition. 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 24" screen. I know this issue is fleeting, as I stated earlier typically can be corrected with a restart of the CC Desktop application (that I am always running at startup). I have not been able to determine that shutting down Muse corrects the issue. I would, at this time say it doesn't.
    I did open InDesign and see if the fonts in question, Open Sans and Open Sans Condensed, were present and usable. They were. The fonts are shown as being synched in my CC Desktop app window (even if they are not "installed" in Muse). That is expected but it may be a bug in how Muse brings in a font from those that are already synched to your CC account. I don't know enough about how that works to comment.
    And just to complicate matters, Muse seems to be working again, the fonts that is. I brought them back in and they are showing up in all locations (which there are actually three - see screen shots).
    First is primary text menu dropdown (to right of orange "Text").
    Second is if you click orange Text link. Another drop down menu appears.
    And lastly, the Text Panel to right of screen.
    I also wanted to add this extra bit of information, for what it is worth. When the issue arises and you do not get the sub-menu dropdown showing various styles of the font (italics, bold, etc.), one can use click on the missing font if you had used it previously and it is present in the "previously used font" list.
