Adobe Muse Error #2038

Hi guys I'm trying to export my site as html and I'm getting error #2038. Does anyone know what this error is about and how to get around it?

I'm not sure what Adobe Muse is, but I think you need to post on a different sub-forum than the Digital Editions one.

Hi, I downloaded a 30-day trial of Adobe Muse. All was working well. I published the site but it seemed to merge my site with another in Business Catalyst, so I deleted the site in BC. Then when I tried to publish again form Muse, I get 'An unknown authentication error has occurred using your AdobeID'.
I searched online and was advised to uninstall Muse and reinstall. All done fine but when I try to open my muse site file, I get an error stating 'This Adobe Muse file requires a newer version of Adobe Muse. Please update to the latest version'.
Meanwhile my Creative Cloud profile states its the latest version.
Please help. I had considered just signing up and subscribing thinking this may solve problem but am a little wary to do so in case issues are not resolved even then and then I am paying fro an app I cannot use! Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Amen, same thing for me this is a big bug and leaves all the Muse users scatching their heads. Adobe is pretty arrogant about Muse users, they are targeted for abuse.

Adobe Muse Error # 3115 when attempting to open a Site

I created a Muse Site on my Desktop. When I attempt to open the site on my laptop I get the following message: "The adobe muse site file cannot be opened error #3115." I have Adobe CC installed on both machines and the file is on my dropbox folder. Other sites created under the same circumstances work fine. I cannot find any relevant documentation. I tried importing a Musegrid widget that the site employs before attempting to open the site but that didn't work. It's a rather simple site. It uses one 3rd party widget: MuseGrid Mega Menu One. Any ideas?

Adobe Muse Error

When opening Adobe Muse, a window pops up saying
"user id mismatch"
Adobe Muse then asks for me to exit. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Muse and Creative Cloud but the same error still appears. Please help!

please go the following steps and you will be all set.
1. Sign out from Muse By going to Help > Sign out.
2. Sign out from Creative Cloud Application. (Steps are mentioned in the link Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app), then Quit Creative Cloud Application.
3. Rename the "OOBE" folder to "OOBEold" (This folder can be found at Finder > Go > Go to Folder> Type ~/library/application support/Adobe > Hit return)
4. Relaunch Muse, Sign in with your Adobe ID.
Please let me know if the steps above do not work or if you have any confusion.

Adobe Muse error when logging in at startup?

This is the problem:
I first start adobe muse from my program folder.
Log in prompted.
I enter my password for my account (I've checked so I have the correct password)
then this happens "Unexpected error has occurred, please try again later". I've waited and tried to log in again, but still same problem.
What do I do now?

Updating to latest Adobe Muse error

I am having trouble in updating my Adobe Muse CC to latest version. Prompt: DOWNLOAD ERROR.

To install the latest version of muse you need to have Mac OS X v10.7 as the minimum requirement. (System requirements | Muse)
Please confirm what is the version of your MAC. You can Check it by following the steps in the link below

If its OS X v10.7 or higher then you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud application and you will be able to install it from Creative cloud.

So what is up with this error message in Muse?

This is a genuine security error generated by the browser when viewing a page with iFrame content locally.

WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING ME?? ADOBE MUSE ERROR CODE 3128

I have posted several times and no one answers me. I have lost my entire site. I had it stored on an external hard drive. I hear now that those files can get corrupted. Now it won't let me move the muse file to my desk top. Right now my entire site is LOST which I had been working on for 3 months. I thought I was safe storing everything on an external drive. Attached are all the error codes I get. Can someone please get back to me? I am a member for over a year and have never even used support. Now that I need it no one answers me back.

Could you please share your .muse file with us to investigate? Please email it to [email protected] If your file is greater than 30MB you can use something like Adobe SendNow or SendThisFile. Please do not forget to mention the link to this forum thread in your e-mail (along with the OS/Muse/Air version you're using) so that we can identify the file.
Also fetch the Muselog.txt file from:

Adobe Muse error: "MuseJSAssert: Error calling selector function:TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function"

Very frustrated here. I'm getting the following error on the home page on my Muse site. Looks like it could be the banner slider: "MuseJSAssert: Error calling selector function:TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'a.watch("height",function(){b.height($(this).outerHeight())})')"
When I click OK the error message goes away. Not a problem for me, but I can't have potential new customers seeing this when I show
I see this error on Safari 6.1.2. I don't see the error on IE.
I'm using the latest Muse CC 2014.

I need to continue my work with! What got happen? Last night I was still able to work with but today it does not work anymore.

Just checked the Error-List.. but why I-200? My account is build also paid and all other programs are working perfectly.. just muse is anoying me since morning and now its 5:30 pm..

Help! Adobe Muse error 109001

I've been using Muse with no problem for weeks now adding to my site. But today when trying to update new content I got an error. When I go to publish, halfway through it stops and gives me "Internal Error" 403: forbidden operation (109001). Can anyone help me?

This error is 'not enough privileges' and it usually happens if you(or someone else) logs in to your Business Catalyst website admin, and marks your user account as not an administrator, or else edits the administrator role to not have certain privileges - this makes it so you're not allowed to make certain changes to your website. If that's what's happened, log in to your BC website at yoursite.businesscatalyst.com/admin and restore the privileges that have been removed.

I keep recieving error message #2124 when attempting to place a jpg into my muse site. How do I resolve this?

Your jpg file is either damaged or in a format that Muse doesn't understand. Try resaving the jpg file with different options from your image editing software.
Also, if you could send your jpg file to [email protected] along with a link to this topic we'll investigate why Muse can't place it.

Adobe Muse ERROR I-200, Tried Everything...

Okay. Muse had worked great for me for about 2 months. I do have the Adobe Cloud subscription. About 3-4 weeks ago it stopped allowing me to log-in. I uninstalled, re-installed, tried literally EVERYTHING that I could find on this support site. I am getting very impatient as I am paying to use this program, but haven't been able to work on or edit my sites in about a month. Nothing on this support site has helped..

Here's the fix posted by an Adobe employee about 2 weeks ago. It appears that one of the files is corrupt and needs to be deleted. Here are the instructions to find that file and delete it.

Are you on Mac or Windows? Did you find the OOBE folder?
on Mac: <yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
on Windows XP: <youruser>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\OOBE
on Windows 7: <youruser>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Note the built-in file search features on Mac and Windows will not find hidden files or folders. If you're not familiar with how to navigate to hidden files/folders on your computer:
on Mac: Use the "Go to folder" item in the "Go" menu in the Finder and enter "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE" (without the quotes). Delete the opm.db file.
on Windows: Click on Start. Type run and press Enter. Type "%localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE\" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Delete the opm.db file.
