Adobe Muse ERROR I-200, Tried Everything...

Okay. Muse had worked great for me for about 2 months. I do have the Adobe Cloud subscription. About 3-4 weeks ago it stopped allowing me to log-in. I uninstalled, re-installed, tried literally EVERYTHING that I could find on this support site. I am getting very impatient as I am paying to use this program, but haven't been able to work on or edit my sites in about a month. Nothing on this support site has helped..

Here's the fix posted by an Adobe employee about 2 weeks ago. It appears that one of the files is corrupt and needs to be deleted. Here are the instructions to find that file and delete it.

Are you on Mac or Windows? Did you find the OOBE folder?
on Mac: <yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
on Windows XP: <youruser>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\OOBE
on Windows 7: <youruser>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Note the built-in file search features on Mac and Windows will not find hidden files or folders. If you're not familiar with how to navigate to hidden files/folders on your computer:
on Mac: Use the "Go to folder" item in the "Go" menu in the Finder and enter "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE" (without the quotes). Delete the opm.db file.
on Windows: Click on Start. Type run and press Enter. Type "%localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE\" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Delete the opm.db file.

    Error message 228, tried everything mentioned, checked google in everypage related to the error message, fresh install, changing cache, you name it.... I can STILL not install ANY add-on and ive tried to download it via the .xml file and it wont let me save it... Turned off firewall, everything. Still no joy. Completely out of ideas.   • Problem with opening my files in Adobe Muse - error stating it isn't latest version but Adobe CC says it is...

    Hi, I downloaded a 30-day trial of Adobe Muse. All was working well. I published the site but it seemed to merge my site with another in Business Catalyst, so I deleted the site in BC. Then when I tried to publish again form Muse, I get 'An unknown authentication error has occurred using your AdobeID'.
    I searched online and was advised to uninstall Muse and reinstall. All done fine but when I try to open my muse site file, I get an error stating 'This Adobe Muse file requires a newer version of Adobe Muse. Please update to the latest version'.
    Meanwhile my Creative Cloud profile states its the latest version.
    Please help. I had considered just signing up and subscribing thinking this may solve problem but am a little wary to do so in case issues are not resolved even then and then I am paying fro an app I cannot use! Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Amen, same thing for me this is a big bug and leaves all the Muse users scatching their heads. Adobe is pretty arrogant about Muse users, they are targeted for abuse.

  • Adobe Muse Error # 3115 when attempting to open a Site

    I created a Muse Site on my Desktop. When I attempt to open the site on my laptop I get the following message: "The adobe muse site file cannot be opened error #3115." I have Adobe CC installed on both machines and the file is on my dropbox folder. Other sites created under the same circumstances work fine. I cannot find any relevant documentation. I tried importing a Musegrid widget that the site employs before attempting to open the site but that didn't work. It's a rather simple site. It uses one 3rd party widget: MuseGrid Mega Menu One. Any ideas?

    When opening Adobe Muse, a window pops up saying
    "user id mismatch"
    Adobe Muse then asks for me to exit. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Muse and Creative Cloud but the same error still appears. Please help!

    please go the following steps and you will be all set.
    1. Sign out from Muse By going to Help > Sign out.
    2. Sign out from Creative Cloud Application. (Steps are mentioned in the link Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app), then Quit Creative Cloud Application.
    3. Rename the "OOBE" folder to "OOBEold" (This folder can be found at Finder > Go > Go to Folder> Type ~/library/application support/Adobe > Hit return)
    4. Relaunch Muse, Sign in with your Adobe ID.
    Please let me know if the steps above do not work or if you have any confusion.

    I first start adobe muse from my program folder.
    Log in prompted.
    I enter my password for my account (I've checked so I have the correct password)
    then this happens "Unexpected error has occurred, please try again later". I've waited and tried to log in again, but still same problem.

    Try runing iTunes in admin mode. That fixed the issue for me. You can either right click on the shortcut on your desktop and choose to run as an admin each time you launch it or go to the advanced tab under security on the program itself and click the run as admin every time.

    issue it is an AIR issue. I didn't know there was an AIR forum. I will post
    the answer here instead of duplicating posts. If you are a developer and
    have a virtual server on your computer you most likely will run into the AIR
    error 2032 when trying to download the MAX companion for the conference
    starting tommorow-Wednesday (Monday-Wednesday). You need to either add in a
    chunk of code to your server that allows AIR to run or use a different
    computer. I used a different computer but I read that someone found the
    solution to this error is to add the code to their virtual server. I use
    XAMPP, which is a rather popular Virtual Server. Okay well I hope this helps
    anyone in the future.

    no they are already in mp3 format I just tried that home sharing today because I couldnt find any other reason why they werent syncing. here is an example of a sync I just tried. I made an mp4 concert into an mp3 it came out perfect on my computer.. then I tried to sync it to my ipad with no luck, other than it going on my computer, it did not show up anywhere on my ipad in any area of the music sections etc playlists, songs, albums etc. Its just not there but remains on my computer. thats why I tried the home share today to see if that would help. Either I am really missing something or there is something wrong with this ipad. Did you ever have any trouble like this, does anyone? and what is something good to try? thank you again for answering! I appreciate it.

    To install the latest version of muse you need to have Mac OS X v10.7 as the minimum requirement. (System requirements | Muse)
    Please confirm what is the version of your MAC. You can Check it by following the steps in the link below

    If its OS X v10.7 or higher then you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud application and you will be able to install it from Creative cloud.

  • WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING ME?? ADOBE MUSE ERROR CODE 3128

    I have posted several times and no one answers me. I have lost my entire site. I had it stored on an external hard drive. I hear now that those files can get corrupted. Now it won't let me move the muse file to my desk top. Right now my entire site is LOST which I had been working on for 3 months. I thought I was safe storing everything on an external drive. Attached are all the error codes I get. Can someone please get back to me? I am a member for over a year and have never even used support. Now that I need it no one answers me back.
