Adobe Muse images showing on Google Chrome

Hi
Is anyone else having problems with images showing in Google Chjrome when publishing a website from Adobe Muse? I understand there maybe a bug and that Adobe are working on a fix, if this is the case is there any news on when a fix maybe available?
I am due to launch my website shortly and this is of real concern, everything seems to work fine in Safari, Explorer and Firefox

There is no Linx(Ubuntu) Add-in for Connect 9 or any 9.x release.
the one you have mentioned adobe_connect_addin_lin64_r81.deb is for Connect 8.x.
But to you can attend the Meeting?semianr in Ubuntu in chrome, as you ave already checked that you are using FP 11.8 ( the one Coming bundled with chrome)
As i am able to attend the meeting on chrome with Fp 11.8 and on Ubuntu 12.04.
Yes as Jorma mentione dyou can't used the Features that require Add-in like screen share, pptx sahre.etc.
if you are not able to attend the meeting with appending ?launcher=false in chrome.
could you please share the error you are getting.

Adobe Reader Plug-in for Google Chrome

I use the Adobe REader Plug-in for Google Chrome. My question is: Is there a way to change the default zoom?

The default zoom for the plugin should be the same as for the standalone Reader. Is it not?

Images and graphics are not showing in certain emails when using Firefox. They show in Google Chrome.

Certain emails from f.chtah.com(image info) are not showing graphic or image content. This happens in both gmail and hotmail. If opened in Google Chrome, they show up.
I had my computer wiped clean last week and everything was showing up ok again until this morning. The same emails are having the problem that was going on for the previous month.
I make sure that all updates are installed.

I figured it out. Clear your cookies. The company that hosts the images and the stylesheets updated their domain name- i figured this out in Chrome, it was showing a different URL for the css- http://ebm.cheetahmail.com
After all the cookies (Privacy Tab in preferences) and reloading the pages the images and stylesheets started working again.
I hope this helps other folks.

Can not "see" Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in Google Chrome Plugins? Find in IE.

Downloaded new version of Reader twice and still can not see it in Google Chrome plugsin. Windows 7 with latest version of Google Chrome?

Going forward, the Adobe Reader plugin will not be supported in Chrome. The Chromium team has decided to remove support for NPAPI plugins like Adobe Reader. Here's a blog post that describes their decision - http://blog.chromium.org/2014/11/the-final-countdown-for-npapi.html
On Windows, it is still possible to change the Chrome default PDF viewing behavior by configuring plugins (chrome://plugins). When doing that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is showing as an out of date version. Enabling that configuration in current versions of Chrome will allow PDF files to open in the Adobe plugin, but that is not a supported configuration.
On Mac, that configuration is not supported. When doing that a message is shown that the EULA needs to be accepted before viewing, even if that is no longer required.
To view PDF files in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, we recommend that you download the file in Chrome and open it from your desktop.

Adobe Story not compatible with Google Chrome. Why?

Google Chrome is my preferred web browser, but, alas, I realized that Adobe Story won't open in Chrome. So I'm now having to use two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome), one for general surfing the web and another just to use Story.
Is there a specific reason Story doesn't support Chrome, or has support for it just not been added yet?
Granted, this is hardly going to cause me to stop using Story, it's a great product after all, but it would be nice to be able to only use one browser.

Ignoring the warning and using it anyway works just fine. I've been doing it for a few months with no problems.

It's also the fastest growing browser so I think you should not look for reasons to do it 'eventually', but ask yourself what prevents you from doing it now. Given that Story is an experimental product, you can guess that a lot of Story users run other new or experimental software, such as Chrome.
Getting a new visitor to stay on your page for more than 30 seconds is job #1 for web-centric apps, not job #100...do you think rejecting 7% of first-time page visitors is a good idea?

Help: Using Adobe Muse & Business Catalyst with Google Domains: URL not mapping

Hi,
I've had some issues publishing my site to the internet using Adobe Muse (version CC 2014) and publishing to Adobe Business Catalyst.
I am currently using Google Domains to host my domain name (www.mattandsangeeta.com) and have tried on multiple occasions to get the domain name to correctly map using Adobe's Business Catalyst nameservers.
I've verified with Google Domains that their process is setup correctly to map to my site, so it indicates the issue is on how I've configured my Adobe Muse/Business Catalyst side of things.
So far, every attempt at publishing the site via Adobe Muse has worked with its extension at http://mattandsangeeta.businesscatalyst.com/index.html, and I'm able to login into my Admin page from Adobe Muse immediately following publishing. However, when I try to login directly to the Adobe Business Catalyst page, it takes me to an admin link for www.mattandsangeeta.com that is broken.
To summarize: My published domain isn't being mapped correctly and I hit a dead end every time I try to login into the Business Catalyst website.

As I checked the site loads fine with domain Matt And Sangeeta . I tried to get to site manage area using Administration Login and I see it works fine as well. I would suggest you to please try clearing browser cache and cookies and check if that helps.

Adobe XI Print problem using Google Chrome

I have recently updated to Adobe XI and downloaded a PDF print at home rail ticket. I currently use Google Chrome which I find quicker than Internet Explorer but when I download the PDF and try to print when using Chrome I get the message 'Prop Res DLL not loaded' . I decided to try printing when in Internet Explorer and the document printed without problem. So is there an incompatibility with Chrome and Adobe XI and can it be fixed? I did try Adobe Help and Repair but the same problem arose.

Chrome uses its own PDF viewer, not Adobe Reader. Download the document to your local disk, then open and print it from there.

CSS Slideshow does not show in Google Chrome

Sorry if this has been asked before.
I have created a css slide show using dreamweaver cc 2014 and I can see it previewed in Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome. Do you see any issues in the code or can you offer some advice?

Adobe Muse Images

I am trying to get images in adobe MUSE not to be blurry. I have tried saving for web in Illustrator and Photoshop and have tried JPEG, GIF and PNG. I have also tried saving it to the same size as the image needs to be. How can I make them not blurry?

The soft edges are coming from the authoring app of the .gif files. Muse does not resample .gif files, it just passes the original file through unchanged. Thus if a .gif is blurry, it was either resized larger than it's original size (and thus the browser is having to scale it up) or the original was blurry, which appears to be the case here.
If the original art is in AI, then I would look for options related to anti-aliasing during output from AI and perhaps post a question in the AI forum if how to control the anti-aliasing is not apparent.

Use the Blank Composition with autoplay unchecked and from thumbnails removed the image and select custom image of your color. In the hover property you can provide back side.

Adobe Muse images are darker than originals

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone had experienced this..
In Adobe Muse 2014.3, imported images (Using the 'add images' inside the slideshow properties panel) are darkened on import.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Favicon does not show in google chrome tabs or bookmarks?

i cannot get favicon to display in google chrome tabs/bookmarks.
I might have the code screwy...?

Export your HTML and then just edit index.html with any text editor look for sentence <link rel="...................................>
Then delete all this sentence and copy this one
<link href="//PATH/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon">
PATH = Where you have your favicon.ico
I usually copy the favicon.ico in the folder images so the sentence will be like this
<link href="//mydomain.com/images/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon">

Why won't my photo galleries show in google chrome?

I have built a webpage with the Album template, which looks great in Safari, but when I try to view it in Google Chrome, the photos do not display. All I see is "Play Slideshow" which does nothing when I click on it.
Any thoughts?

Don't test your website with Google Chrome if you publish it into a local folder.
Publish to a server. You need an URL with http:// and ( not file://) to view an iWeb site in Chrome.
You can also
activate the web sharing on your computer (Preferences system > Sharing > Check web sharing)
publish to Sites folder (MacIntosh HD > Users > Home folder >Sites)
and use the URL (with http) given by the web sharing tab in preferences system http://computer_name.home/~user_name/site_name/
