Adobe Muse Login Issues

I installed the new version of adobe muse and when I launch the applicaiton the login screen pops up. I enter my info and then it appears to load but the returns to the login page. No matter how many times I try it returns to the login screen. I'm using the right log in and I have a subscription. I've tried reinstalling. Any suggestions?

Je n'ai pas testé ni approfondi ce qui est possible ou non car le widget est payant. Il faut cependant être prudent car j'ai aussi pu lire ce témoignage.

Adobe Viewer Login issues

I am havig problems loging into the adobe viewer app on my ipad. I am being given the message 'authentication failed'. I can however login to the general adobe app. Any ideas please guys?

Adobe Muse Footer Issues

Hello,
I'm having issues with the Footers in a site I created. You can see the site here: www.eriksonconsumer.businesscatalyst.com. I created a footer in the B-Master page and applied it to my other pages. But I noticed on the Home page it looks just find, but on the SUPPORT PAGE it looks different or incomplete. I have turned the Sticky feature in my Page Properties off but that did not solve the problem. Can anyone help? I would like the Footer on the Support page to look like it does on the Home page.

Adobe Muse - Hyperlink issue

Are you trying to test the link in Preview Mode ?
If yes then try to preview it from File > Preview Site in Browser.
If it still do not work please share some screenshots for better understanding.

Adobe Muse Previewing Issue

I have only designed a desktop version of my website.... and everything looks great, no flaws or white boxes,,,, but when I try to view the site on my tablet there is a verticle white box on the far right that spans the whole one page site. However when I reach the bottom,, the white box vanishes...I have done 2 sites before this one but this is my first full width site and need help solving this

Transferring member Login passwords from a Joomla website to an adobe muse password protected site

I am creating a new site for a parent side Preschool Website which is replaceing an existing Joomal site. The Joomla site was password protected so each parent could login with their own unique password to view the site. We have created a new site in Adobe Muse allowing the school administrators to manage certain content.
My problem is that I need help to make the interior site Password protected for the 200-300 parent members using the same login info the parents created when they where using the Joomla site. We have super administrator capabilities in the old Joomla site. The new Muse site also needs to allow New parents to register as well.
I do believe I need to use Business catalyst, but have no idea how to as well as transfer the existing login info from the old Joomla site into the new Muse site.
PLEASE HELP!

I am receiving the 'Could not sign you in [Access denied: 530]. Check your user name and password' problem on Adobe Muse CC 2014 and I cannot access the xml file that is supposed to fix this issue?

I am a PC user and I have Adobe Creative Cloud Muse 2014. I have received the 'Could not sign you in [Access denied: 530]. Check your user name and password' error when trying to upload my muse site to my ftp host, GoDaddy. I have successfully done this in the past and only recently it has stopped working. I looked online at the FAQ Adobe Muse Help | Uploading an Adobe Muse Site to a third-party hosting service and it said to download the ftpprefs.xml file but this file simply leads to a blank page that says /*Not found*//*Not found*/.
Can someone direct me to a working page with this file or provide a different solution? Thank you!

As you are getting error [Access denied: 530] it means issue is with access. Either the username and password you are entering is incorrect or you do not have proper permissions.
I would suggest you to contact Godaddy to either reset password or reset the permissions.

I am patiently waiting for some word on whether I can go ahead a install the new version of Muse CC (2014) software on my systems without running into the quagmire that so many are experiencing. I simply can't afford to run the risk that I will be stuck with a "trial version" for the next 30 days without some assurance from Adobe that they will be able to solve the problems in that time frame. It would be nice if adobe would send out an email that explains the situation to all of it's users so we know what's going on and when the issue is resolved. Collectively we all pay a lot money for these "updates", so I don't think it's to much to ask.

The Business Catalyst site should be on web Marketing plan.
You can create the secure zone in Business Catalyst and then place the secure zone login form code from Business Catalyst to the page in Muse.

Issue with Adobe Muse parallax jitters with mouse wheel scrolling vertically.

Hi all,
I'm learning Adobe Muse for the first time to put together a wedding website (http://mattandsangeeta.businesscatalyst.com/index.html), so bear with me as I'm a novice at the software - though I do have the most up version, Adobe Muse CC 2014.
So far, it's been an excellent platform, and for the most part the site functions incredibly well. However, one key flaw I've noticed in it is the parallax scrolling speed when using a mouse.
The parallax portion of the site jitters badly, and while we've found a few improvements for the issue (the best was making sure there was nothing that had scrolling set to "0"), I'm still at a loss for how to get smooth scrolling transition speeds. Every forum Adobe has seems to be showcasing the features, and not troubleshooting this particular issue. A lot of posts are similar, but none seem to be resolved. I've noticed that other parallax pages are smoother with the mouse wheel scrolling down, so I'm hoping it's just an issue with Muse that has a setting or snippet of code that can remedy the issue.
What makes me realize it's the mouse wheel scrolling, and not the site itself, is because whenever I access the site on my surface pro tablet, the parallax runs buttery smooth with touch control or even trackpad control. Same when you click the middle scroll button and pan down. Without any mouse wheel scrolling, it looks great! But with a mouse wheel, it hiccups constantly and ruins the effect.
So, is there any way to smooth out the steps that the mouse wheel scrolling seems to be causing?

Thanks for the link, however that specific thread was one of the ones I referenced in my original post.
In the beginning of the thread, it's clear that coding can fix the issue, though it's not recommended. More telling is that the response you referenced indicates that the issue is claimed to have been either fixed or mitigated In updated releases of Muse.
As you pointed out earlier, however, Firefox displays the parallax a little better than Chrome, and much better than Internet Explorer. I'm assuming that Adobe Muse Creative Cloud 2014 release attempted to this issue.
So my question kind of remains: am I missing a setting that would make the scrolling more smooth, or is it simply just a limitation of the browser / software / parallax combination?
