Adobe Muse Phone When Preview Shrinks Shows Gray

This is Dennis I have been learing the Adobe Muse For like two Months Now every time I do a phone site and put pics or anything it shrinks and shows Gray.
Does anyone have any Ideas what this might be or can give me some advice on this thanks

I have it set up for the phone every time I try to load A picture it seams to do it shrinks it down and shows gray You can try it I have created like 7 more sites and they all do the same thing.
It shrinks to gray I am thinking maybe its to do with the rulers. There is no reason why it should going to the gray.
I keep trying to get it to stop half way through it does it again it really driving me in sain I might have to go see a therapist LOL !!!!!!!!

Try repairing your default PDF handler.
You can check your default PDF handler by opening Acrobat / Reader --> edit --> preferences --> General --> Select Default PDF Handler
You can repair the application by clicking on Help--> Repair

Choppy playback, when render line showing gray (niether green or red).

Hello,
Initially the render line shows red and gray in some parts. When I render the movie the red sections do turn green, but the gray portions remain gray. Playback is fine while in the green areas, but stalls and becomes extremely choppy when passing over the gray areas (I've posted a phicture to help make my explaination a little clearer). Does anyone know a fix for this?

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Without further information, there is nothing to fix. See explanation to follow.
The area of the Timeline over which the green line appears tells me that you
(a) edited original video which presented with no color line and the edit forced the red line which you "rendered" to green.
(b) Or, you had content that imported originally to present with the red line over the content and you rendered to green.
A video properties and project preset mismatch.
What are the properties of the Timeline over which your "gray" no colored line situation exists? At face value, they could be imported media that imported with no colored line over their contents, and you have not edited yet. Please detail the situation so we know the real situation.
Just in case recap....
no colored line over Timeline content (only seen on first drag before edit of content) when native format and project preset is set to match the properties of the source media. The program is telling you that you have the best possible preview. So, no rendering is needed or possible. If you edit this type, the indicator line turns red and rendering/edits/rendering thereafter involve only red green changes, no more no colored line.
green line over Timeline...you have the best possible preview, no rendering is needed or possible.
in versions earlier than 11, red line indicates need for Timeline rendering to get the best possible preview. After the Timeline rendering, the red line turns green with all the implications stated above.
In versions 11 and 12, the red Timeline render indicator is no longer and now is an orange line.
Please review and consider and please get back to us with more details as to what is in the tracks below the render indicator lines.

Adobe Muse Crashing when i'm saving

I created a site in the newest version of Adobe Muse CC 2014, but when i will save my project, the application crashes.
Here is the error message

Adobe Muse error when logging in at startup?

This is the problem:
I first start adobe muse from my program folder.
Log in prompted.
I enter my password for my account (I've checked so I have the correct password)
then this happens "Unexpected error has occurred, please try again later". I've waited and tried to log in again, but still same problem.
What do I do now?

Adobe Muse quits when letter Q typed

I'm using Muse 3.2 (latest build) on a Windows 7 64-bit system. Whenever I type the letter Q in a text box, the program quits. There is no warning, no error messages and no opportunity to save the file. The program just quits abruptly. This has happened four or five times in a row. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Anyone found a solution? I can create the text in Word and paste it in without a problem, so there is a workaround, but it would be good to be able to type text into Muse without worrying about words containing the letter Q.

Thanks for your quick reply! The problem may be more complex than you realize. The letter Q (both lower and upper case) works perfectly in Word. When I type just the letter Q, I get the letter Q. When I hold down the control key and type Q, I get nothing, which is what you'd expect since control-Q is not a keyboard shortcut in Word. If the control key was sticking, you'd think I'd get erratic behaviour in Word. I also went into device manager and searched for updated drivers for my keyboard but Windows reported I had the most recent ones. I also tried a different keyboard and got the same response. When I plugged in the new keyboard Windows reported that it was reinstalling the driver, so that should have taken care of any driver problems. I had initially reported that I had to be typing in a text box to get the problem, but it turns out simply typing Q when I'm in Muse causes the program to quit, regardless of what else I may be doing. Any other suggestions?

Hello Im making and phone site and i export it the size of the page is way off but the desktop site is perfectly as designed
I don't see any problems with the design anyone think they can help me out.

yep it looks like it because of items that are extending past the page. See screen shots. Note Image frame of logo- crop images so it fits on page, Also saw some areas of text boxes extending past the edges. Don't treat the grey area of Muse like a pasteboard as in Illustrator or Indesign, assume all content is live.
on Phone layout I'd recommend either utilizing the margins or zeroing them out (photo below brings page content within your margins - also had some text boxes extending past the page. You had scroll effect on phone as well - Personal choice but I prefer not to use at this time on phone layouts it can be a bit jumpy.
Oh one more thing check your header on you tablet page template you have your menu content floating between the header and body.

IDVD 08 crashes when previewing slide show imported from iPhoto

I've created a slideshow in iPhoto 08 and transferred it to iDVD 08 using the share menu. It appears in iDVD as a movie and I can add it to an iDVD project in the normal way. Everything appears fine but when I try to preview the slideshow in iDVD, iDVD crashes. The slideshow is stored as a Quicktime movie and I can play it using Quicktime.

I'm having the exact same problem. From iPhoto under Share I select Send to iDVD. In iDVD the slideshow appears, but when I click on it iDVD crashes.
I've also tried exporting from iPhoto which creates a Quicktime .mov file. That file then appears as a movie in iDVD under the media tab. But again, when I drag it into my movie and try to play it iDVD crashes.
Other movies imported into this same project from iMovie play just fine, so I was also looking for a way to import the slideshow's Quicktime file into iMovie in hopes of exporting it from iMovie to iDVD in a different format, but the file is not selectable in iMovie, which I also found puzzling.
I did this all the time in the old iDVD and really hope to get this working again.....

After effects CS6 and premiere pro and adobe encoder crash when previewing profess 422 files, after upgrading to Mavericks

I have tried all of the fixes and updates that adobe have to offer. They say that this is because of the change in QuickTIme that are causing the problem. Still looking for a fix. Please any help would be greatfully appreciated.

I experienced this at one point. Searching the WEB I saw suggestions that there was a problem with a recent version of Quicktime. (I have no idea why the quicktime player would have an impact.) However, reverting to an earlier version of Quicktime fixed the problem. Search this board using quicktime as a search phase. The quicktime web site allows you to download the earlier versions. I'm not at my editing machine, but I believe that I am at version 7.5.2.

IDVD 6 quits when previewing slide show

As soon as I add music to the slide show portion, the program suddenly quits! Help... what do I do?

Make sure you don't have any songs purchase from iTunes store with the .mp4 tag on them, they will not export to iDVD (at least they did not in v. 5,) you can always burn them to a disk and re-import them as .mp3 files. This helped me in iDVD5 and may help you as well. Good Luck

Adobe MUSE. Logo not showing when full screen slide show is above header...

In Adobe Muse.
When I set the homepage slide show to 100% width and bring it full bleed to the top of the page, the logo gets covered up. Everything else shows, the tabs and fly outs, but the logo disappears. The only difference is the logo is a GIF file. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
The GIF is set to be the top object and is pinned to the top left corner.
Any help is appreciated.

Kindly add a new layer (via the layers panel), move the logo to this new layer; and ensure that this layer is on top of the rest.

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse but not displaying when the pages are Exporting to HTML

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse and when I published the remote site on business catalyst the (Add This widget) HTML code shows up but when I exported the site to HTML pages and view the index page in the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) the (Add this widget) HTML code wouldn't display on any of the pages. I've used this code before on other Muse sites not sure what could have happened. Thnx!!!

Adobe muse not working!

i have paid for the month to month with adobe muse but when click the download button NOTHING happens!!! this has been for 2 days now and NO ONE can help over the phone. ALSO, how is there NOT an option to make an image larger on your website? when you start building a site on adobe muse, which i did on the free trail, there are slideshow options but NO lightbox picture options! and even with the slide show the images don't get large enough to read! any help at all would be GREAT!

I tried to use a debugger and it gave me this problem:
