Adobe Muse - Problème mon site a disparu !!

Bonjour
Je rencontre un ENORME problème !!
Après la dernière mise à jour d'Adobe Muse, j'ai voulu me remettre a travailler sur mon site, et là !! SURPRISE !! dans la partie "site récent" j'ai le nom de mon site, et quand je veux l'ouvrir, j'ai une fenêtre d'avertissement me disant que le nom du site reste introuvable - celui ci a été déplacé ou supprimé ....site internet de mon ordinateur
Je ne suis pas assez bête pour avoir déplacé ou encore moins supprimé mon site...
Le pire c'est que lorsque je lance une recherche sous Spotlight (Mac) il ne trouve pas mon travail !!!!
Des heures et des heures de travail vous imaginez !!!
Dites moi qu'il y a une solution pour retrouver le dossier "égaré"

Étrange, vous n'avez aucune trace du répertoire qui le contenait, des éléments intégrés, etc ?

Adobe Muse - Problème Widget : 'Barre' - Disparue ?

Bonjour, je suis occupé à tester Adobe Muse, mais la bibliothèque de Widgets ma menu 'Barre' à disparu, il ne reste que 'Horizontal' et 'Vertical'.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à retrouver ce widget "barre" bien utile.
Ou est-elle disparue ?

Nous n'avons plus la barre de menu comme une option de widget. Au lieu de cela, vous aurez besoin d'un style dans le menu horizontal pour ressembler le widget bar. Désolé pour les désagréments!

When Adobe Muse will add multilingual sites tools?

Hi everyone!
I´m bulding a website with Adobe Muse and I need it to be multilingual (english, spanish and czech, at least). I know there are some ways to make such a thing using other tools (Business Catalyst, copying the content in the server folder, etc...) but I think it would be more efficient in terms of time and web architecture to have a tool that would let me translate the site without duplicating the pictures and videos, which is redundant and increases the time for the page to load.

Yes, thank you. However I was more specifically referring to this:

You can find that on this Official Google Webmaster Central Blog.
I would think that Adobe might want to open their ears to Google's recommended configuration. No? Isn't it about time that Adobe starts listening to their customer base (and Google)? We've been tirelessly asking for responsive design for years.
Regarding: "Adobe Muse works perfectly when it comes to Separate URLs". True ONLY if you can get it to (re)direct correctly. Since they introduced multi device layouts I (and others) have never been able to get the correct version to display on any of my tablets (Archos & Samung Tab 2, 3, 4). The phone site would always show up on the tablet even though the hierarchy for the tablet is: Tablet/Desktop/Phone. Adobe has acknowledged this issue exists and has done nothing to solve it. How again does that help me?

My Adobe Muse website- Suspected Malware Site.

My Adobe Muse website has a warning - Suspected Malware Site. Any ideas on how to resolve this...

The site is hosted through business catalyst: northstarconservancy.org. I've had no issues with this website in three years and have been able to edit and publish with no problems. It shows a server error and says to check my network connection. I noticed that adobe was working on their server the night before I had this issue, so I will probably have to call the tech support and see whats up with it, since it seems related. Thanks, Amanda

Adobe Muse building a large site

I have built a large 200+ page in Dreamweaver. Its very simple as I only know basic code, Im a designer really. So Muse is much to my delight! Do you think I would ever be able to import a Dreamweaver site into Muse to be edited?
Can Muse cope with 200+ (and growing) pages? The Plan tab seems that its not really geared up for lots of pages.
Also is there a way to ask Muse to create a widget menu but only include some of the pages?

I doubt we will ever see that. The two programs work nothing alike and target different types of users.

Yes, it can. In the plan tab you can open and close different paths with in the design so that you really only have the part of the plan you are working on expanded.

Yes, absolutely. You can select any page you like to not include it in the menus.

Adobe Muse - Publish a trial site

I have been trying to publish my new site in Adobe Catalyst ( Free 30 days trial), but the only thing that shows up is a "Coming Soon" page?
Any suggestions for what I've might have done wrong, would be appreciated

Try logging to the site admin console and under Site Manager -> Pages , you may find 2 index pages, open each of them and set the required one as a start page under Actions -> Set as a Start page.

Adobe Muse keeps Freezing

I have tried to uninstall then install Adobe Muse several times thinking that this would solve the problem but every time I open Muse, it starts fine. When I try to Open a file, even creating a new one, it begins to Load then ends up Not Responding. I have tried waiting for up to 10 minutes and when it doesn't respond I Force Quit.
I'm running a Macbook Pro, Late 2013 model and every other program is working fine but Muse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Folks, I over the weekend I had e-mailed my latest Muse file to Marc who is a Quality Engineer on the Muse Team. He promptly replied to me with a work-around for this blinking/freezing issue. He must've dug through the code in my file because the one I sent him would've still been blinking & flashing and would've froze up on him right after opening my Muse file. Anyway, he managed to get in there and the work-around solution he came up with was to:
TURN OFF THE "THUMBNAIL" CHECKBOX,
he says this is what seems to be causing Muse to freeze up. So hopefully this advice will help anyone out right now who is using Muse CC 2014 until Marc and his team can produce a fix for this in a future update to the Muse CC 2014 software.
ADOBE: Keep up the great work and please keep our Muse community informed about any known issues and work-arounds, i'll be looking for these on the "Adobe Muse CC / Top Issues" site page (ehem, might be good to post THIS work-around there).

Help with tweaking blog and webform built in Adobe Muse

Hi there.
A client of mine had a 3rd party do a re-design (in Adobe Muse) of their current site in BC. Managed to get most of the re-design all launched except for a couple of tweaks that have been giving me major headaches.
Firstly, is it possible to edit the site that was built in Muse directly from BC itself and not Muse? I don't have a Muse subscription.
If so, I need help with the following that I have tried to tweak myself, but just can't find out how. BTW I am not a developer but muddle my way around editing existing code etc etc.
1. On the contact us page, I need to add an additional field to the webform. A radio button question: "preferred contact method". Phone or email. I know how to add the field to the webform in BC. Apparently Muse forms don't support radio buttons? Anyway, I can't figure out how to edit the source on the contact page to include the fields that I add to the webform.
2. Some minor tweaks to the layout of the blog page. I need to make the horizontal and vertical lines meet up and not have a space. Also, the left column width needs to be decreased and the right column width increased. Basically I need the current live blog http://www.robertsonburns.com.au/blah-blog to look like the previously coded muse blog (which is not live) http://robertsonburns-test5.businesscatalyst.com/blah.html which it does, except for these two minor issues.
Would appreciate anyone's help and/or advice.

Yes you just go to the site either via... site.buisnesscatalyst.com/admin or livesite.com/admin
Once you do that you can login. It depends how it was built though. Properly a site will have content holders and templates and the pages just hold the content. A user can go to those pages, webapps, blogs (dependng on the plan and build of the site) can edit that content.
Muse is not the best in terms of handling that and making updates, I am aware the Team updated Muse to handle fetching updates etc though but there is a note of caution on that stil though.
1. What is the plan of the site? If it is just a CC site then there is no web form manager with that plan of BC. You will have to edit and update the form built in Muse.
If it is on a plan that supports web forms it also depends on how you built it. If in Muse you should be able to just update the form in Muse I think and it posts into the system to update. If not then you need to go into the admin and web form manager and edit the html to make changes. This depends though if the form was inserted as a module, if not you need to navigate to the template or page and update it there once you have added the new fields to the form under the web form itself.
2. Layouts are managed via SFTP under the folder Layouts or in the admin under Module Templates in the main menu and Blog layouts.

Im a high school student and really into graphic design. I was asked to create a website for a charity. Since Im more of a visual person, I used Adobe Muse and created the site. (www.growingcommunities.com.au) However in the past weeks I have been getting a lot of school work and not been able to update the sight with what they want on it. Before me creating the site with Adobe Muse they had a very basic and unaesthetic site in wordpress.
I was wondering if there is any way to convert the adobe muse site into a theme for a content management system?

Also, if you host your site on Business Catalyst, it is a CMS based hosting service. So you can easily make changes to the site.

Problème affichage texte et formulaire adobe Muse

J'ai publié un site chez Muse OVH sur lequel j'ai été amenée à faire des modificaitons de texte. J'ai remplacé ma page modifiée et dépuis, le texte n'apparait plus du tout dans Google Chrome, Safari et IE alors que cela fonctionne sous Firefox et Opera (même si ce dernier me fait des bugs de survol). Pour le coup, j'ai tout réexporté et tout remis à jour mais ça ne marche toujours pas. En revanche, si je sélectionne avec ma souris l'endroit où est sensé être mon bloc texte, je peux le voir en sélection.
J'aimerai aussi savoir comment utiliser les formulaires via Adobe Business Catalyst car ce n'est pas très clair. En attendant, j'ai juste utilisé la fonction mail. Je ne suis pas codeuse et j'aimerais bien comprendre si je peux faire un formulaire sans obligatoirement faire héberger un site sur Catalyst.

Il s'agit de la page peinture, galerie aquarelles. La galerie huiles fonctionne très bien et elles sont faite sur le même modèle.
Nous sommes donc bloqué pour les formulaire ; uriez-vous une petite astuce pour en récupérer facile à intégrer pour une non codeuse comme moi ?

Je suis embeté adobe muse à pas évoluer depuis ma dernière utilisation et notamment le téléchargement vers hote ftp :
Concernant le serveur FTP (nom du serveur) sa je sait que je doit taper ftp.mondomaine.com
Mais le nom d'utilisateur de l’hébergeur et mot de passe de l’hébergeur je ne sait pas du tout à quoi sa correspond, merci de me renseigner.
Concernant le nom de domaine, mon client là déjà acheter chez domaine.fr, site que je ne connais et du coup ai l'identifiant et le mot de passe pour entrer dans l'interface de mon client, mais j'ai beau chercher sur ce site, cela ne m'aide pas.
Donc HELP svp.

Je ne comprends pas bien : www.mondomaine.fr est un "registrar" qui ne fait pas les hébergements, le serveur ftp.mondomaine.fr ni ftp.mondomaine.com, à mon avis, n'existent pas.

Il vous faudra 2 images, une en couleur et une noir et blanc (via Photoshop/Elements, saturation, par exemple).
Puis on a 2 méthodes :
- une seule image PSD : importer comme bouton dans Muse, assigner les états aux bons calques (attentions, calques uniquement, ni groupes, ni styles de calques, ni calques de réglages -> pixelliser le style de calque)
- deux images (jpg/png) : au lieu d'importer votre image, créez un rectangle, et dans le panneau de Fond (ou dans l'onglet fond de la barre d'options), sélectionnez une image. Puis, dans les états, passez de Normal à Survol et répétez l'opération avec l'image correspondante.
