Adobe Muse redemption code

Hallo! First time in a forum... I subscribed to Adobe Muse, but they didn't send me the redemption code to activate application. I already checked my Adobe account, my email, my purchase invoice... Could sombody help me?

As confirmed by you Muse is asking for serial numer on launch. Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the machine.
Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your machine and you should be all set. here are the steps for both MAC and Windows.
Windows:
1. Go to following location. C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
3 Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
MAC:
1. Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder
2. Type /etc and hit Return
3. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
4. Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.

adobe elements redemption code inactive. I bought it recently and haven't activated or installed it yet. Please Help.

The first thing to do would be to contact wherever you bought it and see if they can activate the code for you.

My adobe presenter redemption code (creative cloud) membership does not work.

my adobe presenter redemption code (creative cloud) membership does not work. Each time I input my presenter code at creativecloud/redeem it returns a message 'ooops, this code has been redeemed.'

I got both installed but on installing Presenter keeps giving errors that a previous version is installed on the computer and cannot proceed. I verified that there is no previous version and keep redoing the install and get stuck AGAIN and AGAIN at this point.
I also verified that I have the latest version of Flash on Chrome and I have the latest version. Why is Adobe so all over on downloading/installing their products. I (and other paying customers) cannot waste more time on this very simple procedure just because the software packages are not packaged properly or. the teams in charge of ensuring the products DID NOT correctly package the products securely (with the updates included) and more importantly, ensured that the products were linked to user accounts who purchased them.

Sign In or Sign Up
Enter Your Information
Enter Your Redemption Code
In the Keep Your Membership Current section enter billing info or click "remind me" to avoid enter billing info.
Start using Creative Cloud.
You should now see a screen that says "Thank you. Your redemption code has been applied."

Photo shop CC 2014 does not need serial number,You have purchased Creative Cloud pour la Photo (un an) which is active & has no billing issues.

I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
   In windows 7 navigate to following location:
     /windows/system32/drivers/etc
   1. look out for "Hosts" file
   2. Open it with notepad
   3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
   4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
Mac:
   1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
   2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
   3. Remove the entries and save the file
   4. try again launching any product from CC

Adobe Muse html code and Constant Contact

Muse noobie question re: Adobe Muse html code and Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact for our email marketing. We prefer to generate our own html code and insert into Constant Contact. It has worked great for us in the past and bypasses and somewhat cumbserome Constant Contact interface.
We tried inserting html code from Muse and the results were surprising:
Any rectangles created were simply gone. Not showing. No colors, no outlines just gone.
Text formating was way off in size and fonts. Spacing issues too.
Page not centered. It looks centered in various browsers
Any suggestions please?

It's not going to work.
The HTML/CSS/JavaScript abilities and requirements for browsers are vastly different that those of e-mail clients. The output of Adobe Muse relies on external CSS files and JavaScript, both of which are not available in most e-mail clients.

WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING ME?? ADOBE MUSE ERROR CODE 3128

I have posted several times and no one answers me. I have lost my entire site. I had it stored on an external hard drive. I hear now that those files can get corrupted. Now it won't let me move the muse file to my desk top. Right now my entire site is LOST which I had been working on for 3 months. I thought I was safe storing everything on an external drive. Attached are all the error codes I get. Can someone please get back to me? I am a member for over a year and have never even used support. Now that I need it no one answers me back.

Could you please share your .muse file with us to investigate? Please email it to [email protected] If your file is greater than 30MB you can use something like Adobe SendNow or SendThisFile. Please do not forget to mention the link to this forum thread in your e-mail (along with the OS/Muse/Air version you're using) so that we can identify the file.

Altering Adobe Muse Form Code

Hello
I am using a CRM software called Infusionsoft and it runs my online marketing campaigns. I need to add some code to my forms that will ensure the form that is filled in in on my site that was created in Muse, points to my Infusionsoft campaign.
If I alter the code in BC, will my next upload of the site from muse overwrite the form code?
Please let me know if anyone has done this successfully?

Yes, if you will alter the code in BC, then next upload from Muse will over write the existing code. As a work around, create a form in BC. There is "More option" button on the form. Click it and click "Customize form". Add your code to the form, get the HTML code of the form and add it to your muse page. This should help you achieve what you are looking for.

I purchased and downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Amazon and when I try to open it, it's asking for a "Redemption Code". Where do I get the that code?

When I try to open the Adobe software, it asks from the Redemption Code when on an Adobe web site. The instructions that came in the download say that this is a 24 digit code of numbers and letters. The only thing I got from Amazon was an Order Key, which is also 24 digits, but only numbers and the software didn't like that code… I walked through the steps on the Adobe web site to get my redemption code, but the final step before giving me my redemption code is to enter my redemption code… I have to enter the code for them to give me the code…??? Am I missing something??? Do I get this "Redemption Code" from Amazon, or from Adobe?

You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
A redemption code is something that is usually on the inner disc packaging if you purchase the media in a box, and there is a barcode on the outside of the packaging that must be scanned at the checkout register to activate the hidden inner code so you can redeem it at home on that website. This is what happens if you buy PSE from a brick-and-mortar store like Best Buy. I don’t’ know what happens if you purchase the downloaded version as I have never done that.
A redemption code is 24-digits of letters and numbers that you enter into a website to get a serial number, once and only once. The serial number of only 24-digits, no letters, is what you enter into the software during the install or when you run it and it asks if you want to register or run in a trial mode—whatever the exact phrasing is.
In any case it sounds like you don’t have either a redemption code or serial number—although perhaps something is listed on the purchase confirmation or your account online at Amazon or even in an e-mail from Amazon.

I used the number one and the small l and a zero and a capital O in my redeption number and still get the same message. Your redemption code was used to acquire an activation code. The activation code is what you need to use when you want to reinstall/enable the software again. Check your Adobe account online to see if the number(s) can be found there.

How to apply outbound link tracking code in Adobe Muse?

Using Adobe Muse v6 to build my website and want to set up outbound URL tracking on a number of links.

However Adobe Muse adds the a href code to the basic links in the back end, all I usually add is the http://www.example.com part.
Does anyone know a way to add the onClick="trackOutboundLink(this, 'Outbound Links', 'example.com'); return false; string to my URL to make it work?

As per the instructions on link below you need to insert the code in <Head> section of the page.
Conversion Tracking and Optimization | Facebook Help Center | Facebook
Once you receive the code from Facebook you can insert it in Muse site.
Open the page in Design mode and go to Page > Page Properties > Metadata > Html for <head>
Paste the code in the space mentioned in the screenshot and you should be all set

But in my application, it shows trial version only.
