Adobe Muse Update Not Working

Hello,  I've read several of the responses here and implement the suggestions. I unistalled several times and reinstalled by using the link provided in one of the discussions and also uninstalled and reinstalled through my app manager. Currently I'm I have the option of tablet and phone however there is no plus sign next to each. When I try to click on either it gives blank formats of my desktop version. Please help.

Hello,
You have mentioned that when you click on Phone or Tablet, you get the blank formats of you deskop version? This is how it is supposed to work.
When you create a Tablet or  a Phone Layout, it does not copy over the page content. It only copies the Site Plan, Page Attributes and Browser Fill.
When you click on Tablet or Phone, you should get a pop up (refer to the screenshot below) :
You need to add content separately as it requires resizing and rearrnagement of the content according to the screen size.
You can use Copy and paste feature to copy your content over to these pages however you need to resize them accordingly.
