Adobe non responding

Whwn i open a pdf file I get a message adobe non responding. I have deleted and reinstalled the program with the same result. How can I correct so that I can view and print a pdf file

Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

Cant convert pdf to excel, adobe becomes non responding

So im having some issues with adobe acrobat. Everytime i go to convert a certain file from adobe to excel it stops. There will be a loading bar at the bottom which says preparing document for export and every time it stops and freezes at the exact same spot. so it starts loading, stops, then adobe crashes. It ends in adobe not responding, my computer freezing and a big headache. i have made sure the file was undamaged and checked to make sure all text was readable. i looked into the problem and this is what is said,

Try recreating the PDF by printing to Adobe PDF printer and then check the issue.

What do you mean by "Adobe is non responding"...? If you get an error message, please post the full and exact error (or a screenshot of it).

Unable to collect Non Respondants in campaign automation

Hi All
In campaign Automation we have a requirement to send and Email and Direct mail in Wave 1 and then send a reminder email2 and call1 to non respondants. We do not have a survey in our requirement. Could you please tell me what rules should be defined to collect Non Respondants.The campaign execution is started but not flowing to the next wave. I have used without condition rule for Non Respondants but still not triggering. Should I do any Badi Enhancement for defining rules in this scenario?

Hi,
1.) If you dont have a survey in campaign, you cannot collect response from the BP. So, there is no way you can find out
whether a BP has resposnded or not.
2.) One scrap solution could be send a reminder mail to all the BPs again. You can schedule a new campaign element with start
date as a future date.
There is a tricky way of doing it. It might need lot of Workflow knowledge.
Create a new workflow, which reads the infromation from the table CRMD_IM_ML_ITEM, with the information from CGPL_PROJECT and CRMD_IM_ML_HEAD tables. If sum_access or sum_replied is incremented, the BP has read the mail. You have to then refer the "CREATE TARGET GROUP" workflow to create a new target group for those BP. Those are the BPs who have responded. The remaining are the TG who did not responded. You can send a mail to these BPs.
To achieve this, your mail should atleast have a tracking URL. Refer Personalized Mail Forms documentation in Marketing to know how to add a tracking URL in a mail form.
To remind you, the above mentioned work flow creation will be a tedious job. If you can accomplish it, you will be able to achive what you wanted.

A FIX FOR: Slowest and Non-Responding Safari 5.0

A-lot you reporting slowest and non responding Safari 5.0. I had same problem for the last month since the upgrade. After doing a little research yesterday and doing this fix I have found that this has solve my problem. Safari work now better than 4.0 now!
(Close all internet connections and software before starting this fix)
1) Go to your System Preferences / Network settings
2 )Now for both your Ethernet and AirPort Connection or any other type of connection for each go to Advanced Button and open DNS settings.
3)Write down your present DNS Server Number
4) Add the following Public DNS Numbers
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
5) add back to the end of the list your original DNS Server Number
6) Hit "OK" and Apply.
7) Enjoy the new speed of Safari 5.0

splendid! i've been so frustrated with safari 5's slowness and failure to completely load pages w/o a refresh each time. i had read about using opendns' and google's dnses (the ones listed in the tip) but never thought to apply them directly in network settings till now, as i had already entered them in my gateway/router (or whatever you call that device that hooks me up to the web). it really does make a world of difference! great tip!

It sounds like the iPod's storage has data corruption. You may be able to treat it like an external drive and use data recovery software on it, but it probably won't work because the system is telling you that the drive needs to be formatted before it is recognized.
If the problem is data corruption and there is no hardware-related problem on the iPod's hard drive, a Restore should fix the problem. But this will obviously erase the iPod's hard drive.

Aperture 3 goes non-responding every time opened

Hi, every time I open Aperture 3, it will freeze up, I get the spinning rainbow ball and it goes non-responding. What I suspect to be the problem is that it goes to a project with a bunch of videos and hangs because it can't load them all. I'm not sure how to make it so that it doesn't open to my last project. Help?

Abbiamo Provveduto a scaricare il software dal sito Adobe con il nostro accesso, e abbiamo installato il prodotto in circa 20 Pc e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Adesso invece, nonostante i supporti (2 hd esterni) e il codice siano gli stessi, nelle altre installazione che abbiamo provato ad effettuare, dopo aver fatto partire l’eseguibile e convalidato l’accesso ed il seriale, l’installazione si interrompe rilasciando una finestra con Scritto: •

Quick Time Player always seems slow to respond, and I get the hour glass up for ever!
Then when I try to shut down the laptop I get the non responding programme box..."padtouch_fingerwnd"
when I "shut the non" responding programme down, I lose the "X" on the box and end up with "Close" sat in a blue box on my desktop.... Cannot get rid of the "close" and then end up with this not responding?

all apps down today — no idea why. not really that keen to reload everything... any suggestions? i've even lost my cute little cloud logo in the top right bar.

Elements 7 freezing/non-responding issues

I have been trying to work with Elements 7 and am frustrated with it freezing up when getting into the organizer and only doing one or two "layers" of viewing and editing. I am running Vista and everything is up to date. Memory is 6GB or RAM, and defrag is on schedule. CCleaner helps also. Norton Internet Security is my Antivirus. Other aspects of my computer seem to running fine...only Elements 7 gives the freeze up.
I have tried clicking on Adobe Active File Monitor to manual (made no difference.)
I have tried going into Elements preference, performance and upped the memory usage amount to high level. (still freezes)
I have eliminated other "working" programs from running while I use Elements 7 (doesn't seem to make a difference)
Thanks for any other help or suggestions...
I would love to be able to view and edit my recent bike trip pictures!

When you create a new catalog, it would be empty, no matter how you launch Organizer. So, I don't know why you see your photos when launching Organizer this way.
Hangs and Freezes are often due to some third party software. Bu before that, can you try a re-install?
If yes, then after uninstalling the program, restart your system and then install it. That might resolve the issue.
