I understannd it's a graphics card error. I am currently using a R9 290X.
I changed to another R9 290X but am still having the same issue. I believe the graphic card is not compatible. Are there any patches I can download to solve this problem?
I need photoshop for work and I would really hate to have to go out and change my graphics card again..

That is a high end card and should work fine. It is crashing on the card/driver. Do you have the latest driver? Be sure to get it from ATI website not MS. Should be at least catalysist 13.2

For the problem that the issue is not happening on a different Account, Adobe does have a KB trying to save your orriginal account:

Folowing these steps should actually result in either that you are able to work on your original Account, or that you at least did everything possible (according to Adobe) to save your account.
You should not be required to use a Second Email for using Photoshop, This does not make much sense, Your AdobeID and OS Account are (or at least should) not (be) linked to eachother.

Adobe Photoshop CC stops working upon saving a file.
I don't know how many people this has effected, may be just me but whenever i try and save my work on photoshop cc it gets to about 60% and a notification pops up saying that Adobe Photoshop CC has stopped working and windows will try and find a solution to your problem but it never works and closes photoshop. What do i do????

Adobe Media Encoder stops responding
I have Adobe CS4 master collection installed here and I've run into a serious problem trying to get it Adobe Media Encoder to do what it's meant to do...encode.
I export the project and in the initial export options window I can set everything up. I proceeed to Adobe media Encoder to finish the job and it opens and shows my video in the que, however, when I click to change the preset, or even click to start rendering, Adobe Media Encoder will simply hang forever. It just stops responding. It never used to do this.
I'm running an intel core2quad q8400 @2.66gHz
on fully updated windows 7 professional, 32 bit.

It's not project-specific because i've tried it with another project and it does the same thing. Tried restarting, tried to reinstall Premiere pro and adobe media encoder, tried to reinstall the entire creative suite, tried the premiere-shortcut-in-the-dynamic-link-folder thing...I'm at wits end and I nearing deadline.
Anybody out there who might have conquered this problem under similiar circumstances? Please help...When I was having this problem, I ended up having to search the entire
sequence for the problem area, a video or image that was causing the encoder
to fail. After narrowing it down to a certain section of the timeline, I
worked through elimination to find the problem video, removing one video,
image or image sequence at a time and encoding the problem area again....on
the two occasions I've had to do this, I found one corrupt video and one
large sequence of images that, which for some reason the encoder didn't
like...re-encoding the problem video and putting it back into the project
solved it for me. -

Do you have the latest device drivers installed for your Display adapter? What does the Windows 8 crash reports show for the CS6 crashes. Were you able to get CS6 up long enough to install the CS6 updates. CS6 is the buggiest version of Photoshop Adobe ever released without the updates CS6 is not stable. Adobe photoshop elements stopped printing to my printer.
I was making prints using adobe photoshop elements 10. It made 3 prints and then it stopped working. Now it hangs everytime that I hit the print option. What is the problem? The printer is working. Lightroom 5 printed one print and then it also stopped.

I don't understand your question so let me try to dissect it step by step:
1) You have already got PSE8 on your machine but you don't have the serial number. Is this correct? If so, have you still got the DVDs for the product? The serial number should be on the sleeve or the case of the DVD so you can search for it.
2) You say you want to install PSE9 on a new laptop so I assume you have got the DVD and serial number for it. Is this correct? If so, what is the problem you are having when trying to install it?
3) You haven't said what is your operating system so please reply with this info so that further help can be given. As to getting the serial number from the old machine for PSE8, you can use Belarc Advisor tool for Windows and this can retrieve the serial number though I am not sure whether it will work for PSE8 because it is a very old program (about 4 years old) and Belarc may not be as sophisticated as it is today. These tools gets developed almost daily and earlier versions were not so good. -
Adobe Application Manager stops responding
I've just bought Premiere Pro. I've downloaded the Application Manager, but whenever I try to open it it stops responding and I have to force quit the program. I'm on a MacBook Pro. Has anyone else had problems with this?

Could you please try renaming OOBE Folder from this location and try launching AAM.
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
In case if it doesnt work then please try creating Another Admin User Account and see if AAM works there or not.

Photoshop CS3 stopped responding
for no explicable reason PS3 has stopped responding to a variety of commands and particularly to 'print'. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling
both photoshop and the Epson printer software - all to no avail. Could the problem lie with the Operating system which is Windows Vista Home Premium and if so how should I best proceed ?
MalcatglosWhat is the point of this? I need the Epson printer to print my photographic work. For the record I have previously deleted both installed printers and then reinstalled them. I would also mention that if I connect my laptop to the Epson printer the Photohop CS3 installed thereon has no problem responding to the print command. The problem only exists on my main desktop computer. The obvious conclusion is that the software has become corrupted but since I have uninstalled both Photoshop and the Epson software and then reinstalled them from their respective CDs. I am at a loss to understand where the problem lies. Could it be with the operating system ie Vista? If this has become corrupted in some way how do resolve it?

in January 2014 adobe photoshop elements purchased at i-tunes store. Always worked properly. Now since about a week, I can not start the program. After startup, he asks to sign up with my Apple ID, when I do this it gives the error message: Your device or computer could not be verified. Please contact support for assistance. Have already had contact with i-tunes store, this let me know that this is something for Adobe.
