Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and Adobe Premiere Elements 12 Activation

After successfully uninstalling and re-installing my newly purchased adobe photoshop elements 12 and adobe premiere elements as an advise because of the problems that I encountered during my first installation a few weeks ago, now although both programs was successfully install, when I try to open first the adobe photoshop elements 12 instead of lunching it, a Window pop-up menu appears showing "Sign In Required", so I did enter my adobe ID and click the Sign In button but nothing happen. I also tried to open the adobe premiere elements 12 and it did lunch but only the Organizer part. And when I try to click on the Editor button, first that "Sign In Required" window pop-up menu appears to enter the adobe ID and then when I click Editor button nothing also happen (freeze).

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 activation issue on MAC running Parallels Desktop for Windows 7

I have a MacBook Pro laptop running both OSX and Windows 7 (using Parallels Desktop). I installed the MAC version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 when I booted in the MAC OSX mode. I also Installed Adobe Photoshop 10 in the Windows 7 mode (running as a virtual machine using Parallels Desktop). Both programs indicate that they are activated. If I boot the computer in the Windows 7 mode (not using Parallels Desktop) and start the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 program it indicates that it is NOT activated and that I "already have two copies activated".
Question: Since I only actually have two copies activated how do I get the program activated for the Windows 7 boot operating mode?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Activation (Deactivation impossible)

Hello,
I want to activate my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on my new computer. However, I cannot deactivate it on my old computer first, since that computer is broken (I know I can activate it on two computers, but that second activation is already taken by my other computer). What can I do to activate my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on my new computer?

Aside from this being the utterly wrong forum, the answer is simple: Call licensing and activation support to reset activations.

Removing only isn't good enough because Adobe Servers need to know that the product has been de-activated. The usual process is to deactivate the product before removing it. You can resolve it by going to your friend and re-installing the software again and then going to:
Help >> Deactivate

Photoshop elements 12 activation

I have bought Photoshop elements 12 form my adobe id. I have also registered the product at my adobe id. But I am not the user of the software. So when I install the product on a different PC, and then try to run it, it requests to sign-in. Either if I sign in with my adobe id or with colleagues's id, the system doesn't finish the process. On my comupute everything runs ok, after signing in the procedure continues with installation of plug-ins , ...., but on any othe PC this doesn't happen. We use W7 or XP.

Both of my products from Adobe do not show up under my Account ID:
Adobe Pro Win XI (downloaded)
Adobe Elements 12 (boxed)
I have the redemption code for Elements, but Adobe says I have already used it for obtaining serial. I de-activated program from the Mac so I do not have the serial no. Not sure what to do.
My Adobe Pro is working just fine, but I have not been able to locate the serial no. I do have the serial key from when I downloaded which I tried to use to register, but this was not valid. Not a problem now but may be in future. Paid $150 for the download.
Is there any phone support to get these problems resolved??? Thanks

Adobe Premiere CS3 not activating

Have a copy of Adobe Premiere CS3 which I bought years ago. Had it running on an old laptop but want to install it on a more recent one and for some reason it refuses to activate. My internet connection is fine so no idea why it is not activating.

I enter my serial number in the section reading 'I have entered my serial number and want to activate now.' Then I click next and choose to activate now using the internet. I get a green loading bar that runs for a few minutes and then just get a message saying: Activation - no connection.
Simple as that; just several options for other types of activation (internet is only suitable one for me) as well as a note about HTTPS not working behind some firewalls and looking into proxy settings. I don't believe this to be the problem however.
My internet is working fine but the product won't activate for some reason...

Photoshop Elements - stolen activation?

My old machine failed and I was unable to de-activate it.
I have been using Photoshop Elements 8 on this PC now for about a year.
Today, I cannot get into the software as it claims there are two other activations of my version and they are not mine.
No-one has touched my version so no-one has been able to legally activate my version apart form myself.
How can I get my software working again?

i tried contacting Adobe support no luck I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. the activation code is correct and acknowledged as genuine by Adobe

Photoshop Elements 9 - Activation limit reached, but other computer burnt up

My last laptop burst into flames, and therefore I cannot "deactivate" that license. I installed Adobe on my new computer, but it just gives me the message that I have to deactivate another license. The computer that burnt up was the only license I ever activated. I still have the original disks, but I cannot use the program that I bought and paid for. Certainly there must be some way to notify Adobe that the other computer can never run the program again, and get access to my program. I cannot be the only person who ever had a computer stop working without first being able to deactivate a license.

You need to select your product and choose to open a chat line with Adobe Staff. We can't help you with activation and de-activation on a dead machine.

Photoshop CC subscribed and lightroom 5 cannot be activated.

Can anyone out there help me. I have subscribed the photoshop CC in Dec 2013 and the deal is that I can use lightroom 5 as well. However, after the 30 days of trial period of the lightroom 5, it wont activate anymore and asking me to purchase it. I don't know what to do and there is no help desk at Adobe that I can email to ask for assistance.

When you say you can see it in the list - which list? The Adobe CC app (under the "Apps" tab) shows two lists: at the top: "your apps", i.e. those it thinks are installed, and below that "Find new apps", i.e. those you haven't installed. Any apps you've installed via CC (e.g. Photoshop) will show in the top list.
If you haven't installed it via CC, but prior to CC, then it should show LR in the lower list, with an "Install" button next to it. Go ahead and click "Install", and it will install LR5.3 replacing your exiting one, but preserving any settings, and more importanly: setting the licence to the CC licence. You won't have to enter any licence number, the CC app does it when it installs LR.
If, for some reason, it shows in the top list as Installed, but when you run LR it's still the trial licence, then I suggest you uninstall LR (via Control panel if you using a PC - not sure for a Mac). Then you may have to reboot and restart the Adobe CC app, and it should show LR now in the lower list with an "Install" button next to it.
If this isn't what you see, then something else is confused with your account, so I reckon a phone call or chat session with Adobe might be called for.

On macbook pro photoshop is slow and not working. In activity monitor I get switchboard nor responding

photoshop bridge on my 3 year old mac pro has become inoperable. In activity monitor is is using 180+ percent of CPU. I also get switchboard not operating. I deleted all of photoshop and bridge and reloaded them. Same problem. Does anyone know a solution. Setting up a new user account has been suggested.

Thanks for your response. "Camera Uploads" is a folder in which Dropbox deposits all my photos and movie clips from my cameras. It is a rather enormous folder likely exceeding several gigs of media.
The file path is
/Users/bpg/Dropbox/Camera Uploads/
I really don't know the difference between "media" and "events". I consider media a group or bunch of photos and movie clips. I consider "events" a specific bucket or container of photos and movie clips. If I should know more, a reference to documentation or an explanation of the difference would receive "This helped me." If you could explain how to get FCPX working again (it just won't do anything beyond the splash screen), I will provide "This solved my question."

Can't find my serial number for Photoshop Elements 9 which I purchased in a bindl with Premiere Elements two years ago. Now, after reinstalling Windows on my desktop I need to register my Adobe products again. They were bought by Internet. No disks or boxes. In My Adobe account there is the serial number for Premiere Elements and nothing about Photoshop Elements. How can I get my purchase again?

Computer Crashed. How can I get Photoshop Elements 11 back?

Hi. I had Photoshop Elements 11 activated and was using it quite a bit. But my computer crashed and I ended up losing everything on my hard drive. I still have both serial numbers from my purchase. Sometimes the Adobe servers used for the updates can get busy and it’s necessary to try a couple of times. Also make sure you don’t have a firewall which may be blocking the connection. It sometimes helps to temporarily disable internet security/anti-virus software. Because the Organizer is shared by both programs it often helps to do the PSE update first, followed by the PRE update in that order.
Select the 12.1 update for PSE from the updater dialog and ensure everything else is unchecked. Quit PSE and PRE if you have it running and then start the update.
If PSE updates properly to 12.1 repeat the process for PRE.
