Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 (Is this deal legit?)
Hi everyone, I've just stumbled across the following site where you can purchase a download version of Elements 6 for the mac os at a very good price:

Is this the real deal or should I (or anyone else) be cautious?
I've never heard of the site before but it looks pretty legit and you have to become a menber to purchase the software. It just seems so cheap compared to other sites i've seen selling the product.

Well, that was a lesson in itself. I now know about inverted crop and I can see if I had an easier graphic it would work faster. It took quite a while because I kept getting warnings about not selecting any pixels. Finally I pushed through it and got to a screen where with brushes, marked the selections that I wanted and those that I didn't. In the end I got my graphic without any white showing through. I accidently erased the main outline in a few places but decided I'd stop for the time being. In the end, I accomplished the look I want but my goodness, shouldn't there be a simpler and faster way. I didn't think I was asking for anything out of the ordinary. Thank you so much for your ideas, lesson and helpful response. I appreciate it ! Genie

I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 for along time now. When I first used the program I had a different printer than I have now. Although I changed printers I never removed the software from my old one. Now this was never a problem until today. When I choose a printer I still had option to use the old one but always chose my new HP Envy 5530 and Adobe never had a problem printing from that new printer. However today I decided to remove my old printer from my computer and now my Adobe cannot find my new printer. How can I make it find the HP printer?

I operate a windows 8, 62 bit computer. I have ordered and downloaded the following product for AU$129 Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (Windows,English) on the understanding that it would convert PD files to word. It is not doing so. Is this a wrong order?

adobe updater is crashing with adobe photoshop elements 6 and mac os version 10.9.4 (on a brand new install) . How to overcome this ?

I can not get my Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 organize to open. The edit option comes up with no problem, but will crash when I try to access organize. What should I do to fix this problem?

Which operating system are you running on?
Try starting the organizer while holding down the shift key. Hopefully, it should load the Catalog Manager.
Select your current catalog and click on the Repair button. Once it has finished, click on the Open button to see if the catalog opens.

I have Photoshop Elements 12 and want to try version 13 before I buy. However, when I tried to download the trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, I was informed that it isa not available on Windows XP. Does this mean that if I buy the full version, it will not work on Windows XP?

Could you please attach the crash report so that we can see what is causing PSE11 to crash.
Meanwhile please try resetting preferences by:
Press Cmd + K > It will open preferences dialog > In genearl tab, click on Reset Preferences on Next Launch

After re-installing Win 7 64 on my computer, and attempting to install my copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements, I now get the following message: "This version of Photoshop Elements requires MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to be installed". Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is? It has always worked in the past.
I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4).
