In translation your title indicates a password problem. Adobe software does not require a password. Your Mac might be requiring you to provide its security password to allow the installation.
If this does not resolve the problem, please provide details explaining the problem you are having, what happens when you try, what error messages you get. As written it doesn't explain much when translated.

Due to an issue I had to reset my PC and reinstall my software, but Adobe Photoshop elements 9 and Première elements 9 do not update and gives me the following responses:

I have try several times, and even by disabling the antivirus, the problem remains.
Can you give me a solution, or a link allowing me to download, the last version compatible with my license key day.

Bonjour, je désire installer une version 12 d'Adobe Photoshop Élément que j'ai acheté sur CD, sur MacBook Air. Malheureusement, j'ai essayé en copiant le CD sur une clé USB et en installant à partir de l'USB, mais cela me dit que la version est piratée, donc impossible d'utiliser la licence sur MacBook Air, à moins de l'acheter sur Apple Store.
Y a-t-il une autre solution ?

Alas, a download isn't going to help you any, I'm afraid. For PSE 6, there were different serial numbers for the download version and disc versions and you can't use the serial number for one for the other. In any case, adobe doesn't provide downloads except for those who bought a download originally, and then only for three years, so there's nothing available from adobe.

Je ne trouve pas de numéro de série nulle part... Ni dans la Boîte, Ni derrière la boîte, Ni sur la pochette des 2 DVD... Nulle part.
Cependant, sur ma facture il est indiqué " Activation Réussie " ... mais l'installation régulière ne fonctionne pas.
Ne pouvant l'installer avec un numéro de série, j'ai installé la version 'Essais' qui sera valable pour une trentaine de jours.
Qu'est-ce qu'on fait à partir d'ici ?

lors de l'installation à la fin du chargement du DVD 1/3 l'ejection du DVD est impossible je ne peut introduire le DVD 2/3
J' ai fait le désinstallation comme demandé à l'écran
et refait l'installation
toujour le même probleme pas possible ejecter le DVD 1/3
merci de m'indiquer comment pouvoir introduire le DVD 2/3 dans ce cas

It doesn't matter. You only need disc 2 if you want the Premiere Elements trial. Disc 3 is the Mac version.
You should be fine without disc 2.

Adobe's system is set up to make it VERY difficult to stop charging your credit card AFTER you cancel, CALLED and CANCELED, call and CANCELED AGAIN
Our annual accountant caught that the charges were still being charged. Our book keeper (my spouse) thought that Abobe was one of our systems charges and it did not raise a flag until October 2014. We canceled at the end of MAY 2013 when our off site designer at their own office said that illustrator was better for him for the work we need and we no longer needed to use PSD . Month to Month means you can cancel when you want. The agreement is very clear that we can cancel PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE. ADOBE PS is a great program, we love it, we DONT love being charged for 27 extra unauthorized months 29.99 = 809.73 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Adobe can see the service has NOT been accessed or has not 1 minuet of use time on any dat for 21 months. When they did not cancel I had a 1 hour 25 minuet RECORDED conversation to cancel the service in November of 2013. I was assured this time it was canceled and refunded. We trusted the manager we spoke and did not see the charges for Our accountant whom filed our personal taxes first week of October 2014 for Tax Year 2013 discovered the charges were still there.
We have called in October 2014, November 2014, December 2014, January 2014. Our company attorney said to dispute all charges from first date of cancelation.
A friend with the SAME issue of Adobe charging after canceling recommended this forum. ADOBE ARE YOU READING THIS ???

18) February 27th 2015 I was given this forum to try to bring attention to ADOBE and the horrible awful practices they have.
     Adobe will see that not one single minuet of time has been used of their online access from our account.

Installation adobe photoshop elements & première elements

Bonjour
Je regrette de n'avoir pas acheté Adobe photoshop elements & première élément 12 sur DVD car j'ai des problèmes d'installation.
Photoshop elements ne s'installe pas complètement de ce fait :
– je ne peux lancer l'organiseur ou l'éditeur à partir d'un menu d'accueil
– si j'appelle l'organiseur et que j'appelle l'organiser je vois à l'écran "chargement de l'espace de travail d'Eléments organiser" sans que cet espace apparaisse.
– Si je lance Eléments organiser j'ai un message d'erreur précisant que les "composants requis ne sont pas complètement installé.
– A chaque démarrage j'ai toujours un message d'erreur me précisant "l'impossibilté d'initialiser les services en ligne. Vous devez les réinstaller. Appuyer sur OK pour continuer sans les services en ligne." Que faut-il faire ?
– Je n'arrive pas à désintaller adobe photoshop élément 12 car il n'apparait pas dans la fenêtre de windows 7 configuration de désinstallation d'un programme. Donc je n'ai pas accès à cette fonction de windows.
– Un nouvelle installation avec les même programmes téléchargés aboutit à situation d'échec donc je reste bloqué avec cette installation partielle. Je n'arrive qu'à lancer séparément l'éditeur et l'organiseur à partir de raccourcis que je suis allé cherché dans program files (x86) \ adobe ce qui me donne qu'un vague aperçu des possibilités de ce logiciel avec un fonctionnement incomplet.
Je suis déçu d'arriver à cette situation d'échec car au club photo nous travaillons avec cette version d'adobe photoshopElements. J'avais donc désinstallé la version 10 de que je vous avais acheté avec DVD car je perdais trop de temps à rechercher les correspondances des différentes fonctions lorsque nous travaillons ensemble.
Par ailleurs j’utilise adobe première éléments pour faire les montages des clip vidéo fait avec mon appareil réflexe et je développe pricipalement mes photos RAW avec adobe photoshop lightroom que je vous ai également acheté quand je suis sur mon ordinateur fixe... je suis donc un fidèle client adobe.
En résumé comment puis-je refaire une installation correcte sous Windows 7 64 bits d'Adobe photohop elements 12 que je viens d'acheter et télécharger.

Without some system information nobody can really tell you anything. This could be as simple as some security tool on your end interfering with the install, could be something else. We simply don't know.

Profil ICC sur Adobe photoshop elements 9

Je travaille sur PC.
J'utilisais adobe photoshop élément 9.
J'ai imprimé une photo, le rendu à l'impression n'étant pas bon, j'ai modifié des paramètres couleur et des paramètres d'impression.
Lorsque j'ai voulu imprimer après modifications, le logiciel m'informe que le profil ICC n'est plus installé et que l'impression n'est pas possible.
J'ai surement fais une fausse manip, mais même après unredemarrage du PC, j'ai toujours le même problème.

I had this same problem and was searching for answers. I also prefer using a circle instead of crosshairs. I hope you've figured it out by now, but, if you haven't, here is the answer (I am using Elements 9, but, it should work for other versions I think):
1. Open up Elements Editor, Click on Edit, Click on Preferences, Click on Display & Cursors.
2. Under Painting Cursors, select Full Size Brush Tip
3. (optional) - if you want crosshairs within your circle, then also select Show Crosshair in Brush Tip.
4. Click ok.
Now use the brush, and it should have a circle to use.
P.S. Sometimes if you have your Caps Lock key on, that removes the circle as well.

Apres achat sur adobe de photoshop élément 13 (windows 7 64 bit) et téléchargement réussi impossible d'ouvrir le logiciel

Utilisant depuis 2012 photoshop élément 11 je vient d'acheter photoshop élément 13 et avec le code envoyer par adobe après achat j'ai télécharger et installer le logiciel ce qui en théorie à réussi ,Après exécution l'écran de bienvenue apparait mais au lancement du choix Windows me répond que le logiciel c'est fermer correctement et ferme le logiciel comment faire
