Have you just tried to run Photoshop (i.e., you have not had Photoshop CS5 work properly at all)? If so, chances are very good that you have an AMD processor and need a Photoshop update to accommodate it..
Update to 12.0.4 and your problem should be solved.

Is it possible to dowload an .exe / msi of Photoshop CC from another computer and using DVD / usbkey to transfert the file to his computer to make the installation ?

You can't install Safari 3 on your 10.3.9 OS.
You must use the DVD installer to re-install the older version of Safari found on it.
You can update your operating system buy purchasing Tiger (10.4) and get a more modern version of Safari.

Version of Reader? File type? Downloaded and saved to your desktop or are you clicking a link?
Opening in browser or using File>Open in Reader?
