The Adobe Download Manager will deal with everything automatically. You can download both programs simultaneously if you have a fast connection, other wise I would recommend installing Photoshop Elements first. Then download Premiere Elements 64 bit. Finally update the content fpor |premier Elements and you are good to go.

At this time, what do you have on your desktop - two files appropriate for your computer operating system, those being, .exe (which will be the Adobe Application Manager) and the 7z which is the program itself. That is all you should need? Based on my experiences, it is the .exe that does the unpacking of the 7z.
If you are having problems with the Adobe direct route, then download and install the tryout from the following web site and insert your purchased serial number in those installation files at installation.

Run and carryout the web site's "Note: Very Important Instructions" in order to avoid an Access Denied message.
For Windows, there will be File 1 first (exe) and next File 2 (7z).

I can't say about PRE, but PSE should be fine, except of course that photoshop.com is gone and you won't have access to any of the graphics content with a banner on the corner, since that's also no longer available for download.

When I first purchased my laptop (Pavilion m6-1084ca), it came with both photoshop and premiere elements 10 pre installed. But after I had to wipe it, they wern't reinstalled on the harddrive. I don't want to pay for them again when they were supposed to be included with my computer.

Hello and thank you for posting on the HP support forums. When you reinstalled did you do a system recovery to the original factory configuration, or did you install from other disks?
The factory image should have contained the original image that your system was packaged with.

I just got a new computer with Windows 7 64bit and cannot run my Adobe Photoshop 5.0 on it. I keep getting an error message saying that it is not compatable with Windows 7. Any solutions please ?. I like this version of Adobe and am very familar with it and dont want to upgrade.

If your version of windows 7 doesn't support the Virtual XP mode, you can install your old operating system on windows 7 using something like Vmware Player.

For Windows 32 bit you only need disks 1 and 4. Simply insert disk 4 into your DVD drive to complete the content installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
