Adobe Prelude CC Search Function isn't working correctly? HELP!

Hey guys,
In need of some help, I am using the "tag" feature in prelude CC, tagging clips with multiple words IE "Day One, Interview, Ben"
When searching the footage the clips can be seen if I type the words "Day One" or "Ben" however if I type them back to back IE: "Day One Ben" Prelude can't find any footage.
I really need to be able to search for multiple tags/comments at once. Have tried this in Premiere CC and it works perfectly just Prelude isn't.
Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest a fix of how to search for multiple tags/comments.

Prelude currently searches for exact string matches - including punctuation.
We are looking into providing a more capable search engine in the future.

I recently downloaded 6.1.2 and am regretting it...for one reason...the search function no longer works correctly. !!

I personally and professionally rely on text messaging extensively. Since upgrade, the search function doesn't work correctly. It only returns partial results. This has never happened with previous upgrades. All the old texts are there but it does not search the entire history. If i compose new text and duplicate the recipients from an old text, it will bring up string...just cant search for it. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE.

That is not the same thing as the iPad Auto Lock setting which allows you to set an allotted time before the iPad goes to sleep.

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. This can be a little time consuming re-entering all of the device settings again.

ITunes 11.1.4.62 search function isn't working (Windows 8)

My search function is working, but I am unable to press the grey buttons. For example, I can still search for items in the search bar such as "beyonce" and when I press enter, all songs related to Beyonce show up. But I am unable to click the grey "+" button and the ">" arrow button when searching for a particular title. My problem is similar to this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5206626
However, when I follow the solution there, the problem still isn't solved. I'm using Windows 8.

I have exactly the same problem after the update yesterday. In addition, I was looking through iTunes preferences and noticed my older devices listed along with my current ones and decided to delete the older devices that were listed.
I wasn't sure if the new "Trust This Computer" that is now appearing on the iPhone 5S and iPad after I connect my lightning connector without any sync occuring was due to my deletion of the older devices listed that somehow contained a backup for my current devices, or due to the 11.1.4.62 update.
After reading the above listing I am guessing the new "Trust This Computer" that is appearing with failure to sync after selecting "Yes" on my iPhone 5S and iPad is due to the iTunes update.
Hopefully this is not just a Windows 8.1 64 bit problem, otherwise I'm afraind it may take a long time to be addressed. It's a little scary to see I am only the second listing making me think this could be a Windows problem.

Search Function isn't Working on Specific PDFs in iBooks?

Recently, I have been having problems with the search function in iBooks. I have opened 2 large PDFs in iBooks, the primary reason being to use the search function, and 1 of the 2 PDFs is not coming up with any results for searches. File 'A' ha no problems at all with searching, but file 'B' just comes up with the message "Search Completed No matches found" Note that both PDFs came from the same (clean) website.
Everything is up-to-date on my device (iPhone 5s) iOS Version: 8.2, iBooks Version: 4.1.1. I don't know why the search on this particular PDF Isn't working, as all other PDFs I have in iBooks perform just fine with the search function.

When I search for a photo with a title beginning with 0, I get a huge number of photos that are not related to the photo number I'm searching. I've tried dropping initial 0 from a photo search, but that doesn't help.

The search box at the bottom is strictly a text search. So if you start out your search with 064 any file with 064 associated with it in any way will be displayed, even if the 064 is in the middle or end of the file name. If you add another digit to the search term the photos selected will change.
The iPhoto search doesn't use the Name begins with "XXX" search function.

It may be that Spotlight hasn't completed indexing just yet - is there a dot (indicates busy) inside the magnifying icon top right?
Also, check System Preferences/Spotlight to see what if any exclusions are configured, etc.

Mail search function does not work after reinstalling

I recently had to re-install Leopard on my MacBook Pro.
I made a clean install so, I manually copied the Mail folder and preferences from my old home folder to the new one.
All mails are present, and everything works great, apart from the fact that the search function does not work.
I can search for new mails (that came after the reinstall) but the old ones "dont exist" as far as the mail.app goes.
What can I do about it ?

It would probably be easier to do the entire hard drive. The App Store also uses Spotlight, so updating it will help there also. It takes some time to re-index and your computer will/may run slower until it is done.
Direct answer to your question is go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Then go to System Preferences/Spotlight per the linked article and in your user folder, select Library/Mail/V2.

i will have to read these links closer but what i meant to say is that the hard drive space that was being taken up seemed like it suddenly jumped way up because i had just gotten through a process in the last month where i am storing all my My Documents data on my Mac Pro. i am doing this in order to decide whether i should just keep it ALL on my Mac Pro and use ChronoSync to sync /some/ of it to my MBP.
so if i look in the Documents folder on my Mac Pro i have a ton of folders that i have created with a ton of data. if i look in the Documents folder on my MBP there are NO folders that have data in them that i created. there are other folders such as folders that various software created but what i mean to point out is that there was a LOT of available space on my HD until recently.
i am wondering if there is some way that running the Mail re-index (it then ran some kind of "Importing" routine) or by syncing my Photostream to the MBP caused a huge jump in data on this drive. if it is the photostream sync i can just take this off or see if it will sync more selectively. if it is something to do with mac mail jumping in size i am not sure why this would happen or what to do about it.
does that question make sense?
i mean, before i did these two operations my recollection is that i would have had 130 GB on the hard drive (really just guessing here) and now there is like 218 GB on the hard drive and i don't know where all this came from...

Snapping function isn't working on clips in timeline.

I'm using fcp 7, which I just loaded onto my new iMac and it's behaving differently than it did on my MacBook Pro. The footage (codec apple pro res) looks stuttery, and a few other things are odd, but most bothersome is that the snap function isn't working. No mater how I select, deselect, reselect, it just ain't on. Help?

Hi and welcome to the discussions. This happens once in a while for no apparent reason. When it happens to me, a simple log out/log in usually gets things going again. I haven't researched to see what process died when this happens.
If that doesn't, then a restart, but first check Spotlight in System Preferences and make sure that the Privacy list is empty.

Mail search function doesn't work

Our Mail Search Function no longer works - does anyone have a fix? the mailboxes have been rebuilt, the envelope files in the library/mail directory have been deleted, and the emails have been re-indexed - still no luck in searching in the mail search feature. THANKS! Went thru about 90% of the things listed there. Am Currently going thru the suggestion of the spotlight rebuild thru the terminal.
When I looked at the settings as stated here: For server-based accounts (IMAP, Exchange, iCloud, and MobileMe), make sure Mail is set to download entire messages—if it doesn’t, Spotlight can’t index them. Go to Mail -> Preferences, click Accounts, select an account, and click Advanced. Make sure the Keep Copies Of Messages For Offline Viewing pop-up menu says All Messages And Their Attachments.
This option is not viewable or available in my Mail Preference Advance screen and the "Keep Copies of Messages for Offline Viewing...." was not listed in any of the windows - went thru each one. This option was was also mentioned under my "help" - but not finable in the preferences....

Mac Lion. Search function does not work in mails.

I already wasted several hours trying to find solution for a problem which appeared with Lion, search function does not work, in mail at least.
I was not using Leopard before and I am not a mac expert.
(search function was already bad in the normal it was already bad in the normal 10.7 set up but at least it was working in mac mails).
I tried reindexing via spotlight privacy settings (adding and removing HD) but does not work much better.
I don't want to go to terminal, as as mentioned I don't know enough about mac to try this.
What to do?

Wallaby animation isn't working correctly after app update

Hi DPS fellows,
This afternoon I've updated my Adobe Content Viewer and all my wallaby animations began to work in a different way.
It's just fades in instead of doing the animation.
Most of them are just animated letters for a headline. The animations consist in each letter appear at different time, sometimes coming form right, some form left or from the top of the page, but after the updated, they just appear in a fade in. Before tha worked pretty fine.
Does anybody here knows how to solve that?

My App Store isn't working correctly..

My App Store isn't working correctly, as the title states, and it continues to give me blank pages. For example, I go to the search bar, simply search up an app I'd like to use, and nothing happens. I'm not given suggestions or a single app when I press "search". It works fine for a brief moment when I open it, but it's as if it freezes but continues to let me press the tabs on the bottom.
