Adobe premere elements 11 don't minamize I get cascading window

I have photoshop 11 and it works fine just in premire elements it seems to be a display issie I just doesn;t refresh very well I do have 4gb of ram and it is a current computer about 2 years or so. I program works fine but very hard to use when you can't move the window

The Windows Vista 32 bit could definitely be part of the problem. Premiere Elements 11 is a 64 bit application when it is run on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit and consequently can take advantage of the 64 bit system resources. With your Windows Vista 32 bit, Premiere Elements 11 is a 32 bit application in a 32 bit system with all the limitations of the 32 bit system, for example, maximum supported installed RAM = 4 GB of which typically 3 GB or less of that are available. How much available RAM and free hard drive space does that Windows Vista 32 bit have?
Another thought, do you have any High Contrast Windows Theme for your Windows Vista 32 bit?
How about us deleting the BadDrivers.txt file. I am not sure where is it going to be in Vista 32 bit, a Windows 7 type location or the 32 bit type location. Wherever it is, make sure that you are working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path.

I am new
at this, and am not good with computers. After asking for a user friendly video editing program, the guy in the store handed me this Adobe Premere Elements program. I don't understand much of the lingo in this forum, and the tutorials are mumbo jumbo to me. Let's say that I am very challanged here.
I am able to make a simple video and add music, this I'm happy with. Now I want to add a short scene to a new video,and make that scene be in slow motion . I found the time stretch button to click on (it looks like a clock), but can't seem to get it to do anything. I drag the scene that I want to stretch, but it does not stretch.

Adobe Premiere Elements 12 don't start and crashes

Adobe Premiere Elements 12 don't work as it should in Windows 8.
I run the Pc as an Admin Account but still adobe just gives me this message and then crashes.
I only have one account that is Admin on this pc aswell.
I also tried to run the program as "admin" with right mouse buttom, but it's the same error thier.
I have also installed the program on another Pc I dont use but has Win7 and thier it works just fine.
So what should I do so I can use the program that I actually bought serval weeks ago?
But still cant use.... Anyone that know of this problem?

How long ago did you purchase Premiere Elements 12? If it is within the last 30 days, you might be eligible for a free move to version 13. You need to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat to discuss that as soon as possible if that is something of interest to you. There may be some debate about the way to make contact, but, if you purchased from Adobe direct as an online download, I would contact Adobe Chat by clicking on the following and following through with Chat Panel.

Adobe photoshop elements 13 trial version will not work on windows XP. Does this mean that if I purchase the full version, this also will not work on XP?

Adobe premere element 13 (why won't my edits save when i rip them from my dvd writer?

I just purchased adobe element for the purpose of ripping dvd and making highlight films for my football players. i have been trying to rib a dvd and save it and comeback later and edit some more but every time i come back my footage says offline or media offline and I have no clue what to do. please help

A just in case mention when you are working with one DVD disc after another....
In the Video Importer, you designate a Save In location for the copies(ripped) DVD-VIDEO video files (vob). Each of your DVD disc will use
the same name for its files....so disc 1 will start with the specifically named VTS_01_1.VOB as will all subsequent DVD discs. When you get to the
second DVD disc and are in the Video Importer with the same Save In location, you are going to get a message that the files have already been imported
when they have not for this second disc.
What you were doing in that case was trying to save a file with the same name to the same place.
Solution is to plan vob save stragegy
a. Setting a new save location for each DVD
or
b. Moving the vob from Disc 1 to another save location
or
c. Other

On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running?
And what is the brand/model/settings of the camera that recorded the .mov file?
Please go to Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime and tell us if you see QuickTIme presets there.
I am suspecting that none of the above is at the core of your issue and I want to explore that.
Open a new project. Go to Edit Menu/Preferences/General and make sure that there is a check mark
next to the option "Show all do not show again messages".
Then, import your .mov file into the program. When it gets to the Timeline, do you get a pop up message - Videomerge or other?
Whatever the message, first place a check mark next to Do No Show Again and then click No.
Please let us know if that worked for you in this mini test run. If it did, I will tell you how to fix the issue in the original project.

I have taken a couple of tutorial courses (from Lynda.com) on Premiere Elements 10. They say that I can download extra content, such as menu templates? I have searched Adobe.com and cannot find it. Can you please tell me how to do that?

Trying to install adobe photopshop elements 13, installation keeps freezing. I have windows 8.1

I have tried on three occasions to load the disc. It has frozen on 2% and 8% and I had to restart. It has currently been frozen on 17% for over an hour. The disc drive is silent and nothing seems to move or respond.

I have had some success in the last couple of days – I just kept reinstalling the disc, each time it got a bit further before freezing.
On the last occasion it completed the installation but said there were some errors
i.e.

Despite the list of errors the programme seems to be running ok – I played about with some editing yesterday and the basics were working. The only issue was a slow start up- approx 1 minute after selecting the Photoshop icon.
I am not much of a “pc” person so at present I am happy that it is going at all !!

I think I installed a pirated copy of CS5.1 Extended and now my purchased Elements 10 don't work!

I didn't know that it wasn't a legitimate copy. So now my purchased copies for Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premier Elements 10 don't work! I tried restoring to a previous point, using a forced uninstall program that cleans the registry. I uninstalled my Elements copies, and when I reinstall them they don't show up in the start menu. I tried using the Adobe cleaner tool. I really do not want to use my restore DVD's for this laptop.
Help!
I can provide the Serial Numbers, and the codes on the DVD's put on the clear ring of the DVD, a copy of the purchase...etc.
