Adobe Premier Elements 9 stopped working randomly, Please help!
Just recently when I try to open my Adobe Premier Elements 9 and an error message keeps popping up that says "We have detected an incompatible display driver, please update. HD Graphics 4400 3.0.0 - Build 10.18.10.3977." I went and updated the driver but every time I try to open Premier the pop up keeps popping up and when Premier does open, the video tracks on my timeline will not show on the play back screen so it makes editing impossible.
I have had this same Adobe Premier Elements 9 since 2011 and had no problems until about a few days ago.
If you are on Windows, it is VERY likely that a Windows update has changed something

If you are on Windows, do you have dual graphics?
Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

or just that one? Are you getting a message that is different than "you need to update your Flash Player?"
Many times it is the websites or if you are getting this from a game, then that can be causing the problem. I haven't been
able to determine if the websites that have NOT updated to support the latest Flash Player are just putting out a generic
message or not. You might want to check with the site to see if they support FP vs 10.0.45.2.
You may have an add on that is conflicting also, it is hard to tell. Some anti-virus programs have add ons that may conflict.
Since several users are having problems with Facebook, Farmville, Zynga, etc. my opinion is that it is not your computer.

Adobe Premier CS5 stops working when playback
I'm using a Matrox to edit in HD, but when I hit the space bar for play back, Adobe Premier CS5 stops working, any idea?
Thanks!The best idea I have is to lose the Matrox. Remove all Matrox hardware, then wipe the system clean (to get rid of any Matrox software) by reinstalling the Operating System, drivers and programs from scratch.
Once you've got things working again, please join the call for proper monitoring without buggy/limiting third-party hardware/drivers.

Try updating your QuickTime to the most recent version. Does that clear up the DEP errors in iTunes? -
Elements 11 has stopped working. Please help?
Yesterday my computer shut down while I was working in Photoshop Elements 11. Now when I try to get back in, it reads error message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 has stopped working. Windows is trying to find a solution". But it never does and then Editor just closes. I looked at the forum and tried a few things people posted but nothing is working. Please help.
The editor saved prefs often get corrupted. This is because PSE saves your settings each time you close the application. Problems can sometimes occur if you don’t let the program close properly or if you launch another application too quickly whilst closing down Elements. You may need to rebuild the editor preferences to resolve any conflicts. To begin, close Elements.
Hold down the Ctrl+Shift+Alt keys and simultaneously click on the Edit button on the welcome screen. After a few seconds release the three keys and look behind the welcome screen by closing it. Alternatively hold down the three keys whilst clicking on the desktop icon for the Editor or PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe in the Programs folder. Keep holding down all three keys for a few seconds; then release. You should get the settings option.
When you see a pop up box with the words: Delete Adobe Photoshop Elements Settings File?
Click on Yes
Then wait whilst Elements rebuilds the preferences. -
Just a minute ago my .fla file can be played. But after several minute when I added movie clips and animations. It just crashed down I guess, Adobe Flash CS3 stop working. I'm using Microsoft Vista operating system. I have an antivirus subscription which is McAfee with automatic update. I think it's a virus or what? I dunno what to do. I got a long way already with my animation on my file. When I will start from the very beginning it would be a mess and it will consumed a lot of time.
Four to five attempts of testing the movie:

After several minute, test the movie again:
error msg: Flash CS3 memory overload, I dont know the exact error message.
I inspect the microsoft dialog and views the problem, it says APPCRASH, Flash.exe and has several .dll and other components did not load.

Godspeed us all,first, open flash without opening a fla. if it opens ok, create a new fla and save it. close flash and reopen the new empty fla and test it.
if that all works ok, open your project fla. save it with a different name. close flash, reopen the renamed project fla and attempt to test it. any problem? -
Adobe photoshop elements stopped working on Mac Pro
in January 2014 adobe photoshop elements purchased at i-tunes store. Always worked properly. Now since about a week, I can not start the program. After startup, he asks to sign up with my Apple ID, when I do this it gives the error message: Your device or computer could not be verified. Please contact support for assistance. Have already had contact with i-tunes store, this let me know that this is something for Adobe.

2. uninstall photoshop elements (pse), reinstall using a link below and your pse serial number. before uninstalling make sure you can download the correct version/language and you have your serial number available.

My phone stopped working. Please Help.
My phone randomly stopped working today. It was fine and had just texted out and when I came back it was dead. I thought plugged it into a charger even though it was about half way charged and no matter how much I hold the power button and reset button it doesn't come on. I tried to get help through Apple support but I just kept getting emails saying, we tried calling you and are getting your voicemail. Of course you are- My phone isn't working! I tried to reply but it's a no-reply email.

Itunes wont open. itunes has stopped working message Please help!!
I had itune 10.1 working just normal, and suddenly it wont open.
even before that, 1st problem i had was with Quick time, i couldnt uninstall it, kept saying newer version of Quick time installed..or something like that. and i figured out to install itunes without unstalling quick time. (thanks to Google) and was working fine for a month, and suddenly, now iTune wont open. I tried unstalling it, and reinstalled... that's pretty much i can do now!! still no hope!! I can't search a song or an artist without getting an error R6025 - pure virtual function call. Then itunes stops working. How do I fix it? PLEASE HELP
I have had numerous issues with Itunes 64 bit 11.1.38 (and other previous versions) locking up and crashing upon start with "Itunes has stopped working" or "R6027 pure virtual function call". I have researched the answers around the forums as well as having tried some extensive and repetitious troubleshooting myself and thought I'd list them here... in order of troubleshooting...
1. Install all Windows updates and reboot. This seems to clear issues from time-to-time... I suspect Itunes expects the latest-and-greatest as far as Windows is concerned.. see if this clears your issue.
2. Uninstall all Itunes and Apple products & reboot, remove their directories, remove lingering Itunes registry entries, reboot again, reinstall using "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" to install the Itunes executable. See if this allows Itunes to stabilize. Pelase be sure to use the following guide from Apple as far as removing the apps and directories are concerned...

3. Remove the contents of the "iphone photo cache" (or other related product photo cache) directory.
4. Try editing the shortcut properties and configure the shortcut (for all users) to run as Administrator.
5. Try editing the shortcut and configure it to run in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7 (for all users).

Its not been wet or damaged. The buttons aren't responding and the screen looks off, it had battery life before it stopped working but it won't even take a charge? Please help!!!!

Windows Error: InDesign Has Stopped Working. Please Help!
InDesign just stopped working after a blue screen yesterday, and nothing will fix it. I've searched online, tried several solutions, and eventually did a full uninstall (using Adobe CC Cleaner) and reinstall; same message. All other CS programs are fine. I have got to get this fixed, can anyone help?
Windows 7, 64-bit. CS 5.5I tried the manual prefs replacement. There was no InDesign Defaults file in the path listed for the first part; I removed the Indesign SavedData file on the second part. I can't find any InDesign Recover folder. Now I get a message that the program can't start because MSVCP90.dll is missing and suggests I re-install the program. I tried a couple of things to fix that with no success, but I have not tried to re-install InDesign (yet again.).
My default printer is access via WiFi, I don't have a direct connection to it.
I've also tried running InDesign as Administrator and creating a new user file with no luck.
What's next?!?? -

My laptop is a Satellite C660 1F1, and it runs Windows 7, 64bit version.
This afternoon, my internal mic stopped working. It was just fine this morning. Yet I can still hear people on Skype perfectly.
I've checked all my settings, and according to them, everything is just fine. But it isn't. The little green bar that shows received sound doesn't move at all. It only moves a tiny bit when I tap the mic with my finger.
I've reinstalled drivers, I have my settings adjusted for maximum mic usage, but it's just not working.
I don't know what else to do, and this mic is the only way I can contact my family right now. Someone, please help me!Satellite C660-1F1

ITunes has stopped working. Please Help Me!!
I'm having a huge problem, and I have tried everything I know to fix it. My iTunes was working fine up until a few days ago. I upgraded to the newest version..and when i went to add some files to my ipod a few days later this happened:
iTunes will load up fine. I will go to add some files to my library, and it will not add them. I will try and transfer files to my ipod that are already in my library, and it will not transfer them. So i thought maybe there was a bug in the newest version..or that maybe it didnt install correctly. So, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again. Same problem. So I uninstalled it, and reinstalled an older version (6.0.1). Same problems. So I uninstalled that version. Tried doing a system restore, and then installing it again. Still the same problem. After that uninstall, I installed version 4.0.something. And it would let me add stuff to the library, etc. But when i went to transfer the stuff to my ipod, it said that my ipod update version was highewr than 6.0 and that it couldnt transfer the songs. So I figured that maybe since this version was working, that maybe all those other attempts were bad installs or something. So i checked for the updates,a nd updated it back up to 7.0.1, and here I sit with the same problem again.
I cannot figure out what to do.
Someone please help me!!!i forgot to add that itunes recognizes my ipod when it is connected..and also when itunes is first opened i can select a folder and add it to the library, and it will. but when i select another one to add. it will not add anything after that.
when i click on the x to close it out..or choose file/exit..it will not do anything. but it never says "not responding" or gives me any type of error message. i have to force it to close out. -
Safari 3.0 "has stopped working"! Please help!
Here's my problem: When I open Safari a window immediately pops up and reads: "Safari has stopped working... Windows will close the program notify you if a solution is available". I've tried and tried to reinstall Safari but it hasn't budged. I've tried restarting the computer multiple times but still nothing. I also uninstalled Apple Software Support. I recently installed Safari 3.0 (from FileHippo.com), it will bring Safari up and will show the "top part" (the gray part) but the page will be blank and in the task bar at the bottom of Vista it says: "Failed to open page". So I'm not sure where to go from here.

Not so's I've noticed, with Safari 4.0.4 through 5.0.2 by comparison with other web browsers (IE 8, Firefox, Chrome also currently running on this PC).
