Adobe Premiere CS2 Export Problem.

I'm running Adobe premiere CS2 on a windows XP machine, and I'm having trouble exporting are Sunday services. I'm encoding them into Adobe with a Matrox RT. Here's my problem, I can export the message part of the service fine which is about 20 to 30 minutes long. But one are trying to export the entire thing worship and the message. It gets to about 3000 to 4000 frames and stops. If you click cancel the whole thing locks up and you have to restart the computer. If I try rendering the same thing again it stops but it doesn't stop in the same place. I have three gigs of RAM and 2 dual Xeon 1.8 gig processors in PC. And more than enough hard drive space. Does anybody have any idea on what's going on how I can fix it.

try that. it's all most like its something in the video. is there a max time you call export?

Thank you for the reply.
From what you have written so far, I am understanding you are having a problem opening the program. It is not clear whether you are saying opening the program or opening a project.
Let us proceed with the program not opening (launching).
a. You say that you have latest driver for the HD Graphics 4600. Please make sure that the drive update information is from the web site of the manufacturer of the card, not just from Device Manager/Display Adapters/your card and the Driver Tab. If the card is up to date, then try to delete the BadDrivers.txt file. If you are using Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit computer, then the BadDrivers.txt file is found
Local Disk C
Program Data
Adobe
Premiere Elements
and in the Premiere Elements Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. The Premiere Elements Folder contains folders as well as the BadDrivers.txt file. You want only the BadDrivers.txt file within the Premiere Elements Folder and not anything in the folders in that same Premiere Elements Folder. A new BadDrivers.txt file will be generated when you open a Premiere Elements project and the problem hopefully will be gone. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
b. Be sure to be working Run As Administrator and from a User Account with Administrative Privileges.
c. What antivirus program does your computer use? Please determine if the program exists with and without the antivirus program disabled.
d. Be sure to have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer.
e. If the above has not solved the problem, then let us delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file. The path in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit is
Local Disk C
Users
Owner
AppData
Roaming
Adobe
Premiere Elements
12.0
and, in the 12.0 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work then you delete the whole 12.0 Folder in which it exists.
f. Do the uninstall, ccleaner run through, reinstall with antivirus and firewalls turned off.
CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

• Adobe Flash CS4 export problems

I have created a soundboard in Adobe Flash CS4 which looks perfect and functions perfectly using the "enable simple buttons" command. But if I use "test movie" the soundboard opens in a test window, but the text is messed up on some of the buttons. Also, the little hand that shows up when hovering a button only shows up in areas around the edge of the buttons. Its as if the rectangular box I saw around the text during editing isn't acting transparent after export. So that's my dilemma after export. Missing text and problem with activating sounds.

Thank You for navigating me, please delete my topic, some administrator, or moderator. I already set it in the proprietary part...

• Premiere CS4 Export Problems

I have been having some problems with exporting a video with Premiere/Media Encoder CS4. Here is the file type - .mov SD widescreen and HV30 .m2t HD files. In a 720p sequence. The first problem was that it will not export any image file types. Next when I try to export certain file types it has issues - for quicktime and WMV I remember it would not work. The only one that would work was H.264 (I didn't try them all) Any ideas?

Hi,
The usb hard drive is probably too slow to edit with. Most people only use usb drives for storage.
I would suggest you make sure your project file isnt on that drive and would move your assets off that drive into your c drive if thats all you have. You could use and external firewire 800 drive, or esata would be even better. Maybe clear as much space as you can from your c drive and defragment it, make sure your pagefile is set to 1.5 times your memory and try it that way.  You really should have only program files on your c drive, projects files on a 2nd drive and assets on a 3rd drive...and drives should be only about 1/2 full...
There's threads here about how to set up your system for editing.. especially in the hardware forum.
I personally only have two internal drives with programs on c drive and projects and assets on 2nd drive.  The 2nd drive is 1Terabyte 7200rpm ( pagefile on 2nd drive also )...the drive is about 3 percent full....as I only have little SD projects on it now...and I dont even try to edit HD stuff...as my computer is not powerful enough.
using CS3...
I have an intel dual core 2.6 ghz, 4gig ram, windows xp, 2 hard drives sata, 7200rpm.  If I edit more than a couple minutes of HD with transitions my computer starts to slow up so much its retarded to even try to edit that....

• Multiple Adobe Premiere CS6 workspace problems Win 7

Here's a screenshot of my workspace to help to describe the problems I'm facing.
1. Why can't I get the top right pane to match the top left's aspect by default?
After madly mouse clicking around the top right pane image crosshairs come up and I've managed to manually adjust the image onto a black background, see this screenshot
And after all this fuss I'm worried my output video quality will not be the crisp resolution of the left hand frame, but the much more blurry right hand pane.
2. I'm trying to insert keyframes with stuff like people's names.
Adobe help keeps on telling me to locate a 'wrench shaped' icon in the bottom timeline frame - I can't find one and continue following the keyframe instructions.
3. If I undock a panel, and say drag it across my extended desktop to my second screen - how do I re-dock it? Can see an undock command but not a re-dock?

Hi,
After looking at the screenshot of the issue you have, I can say that you have not selected the correct sequence settings.
After Import all the clips in Premiere Pro please right click on one of the clips and choose the option "New Sequence from Clip". It will create a new sequence for you with the correct settings and you will have full image on the program monitor as well.
Hope that helps.
Thank you,
Mohd Naseem

• Premiere Pro export problems

I have been having problems exporting from Premiere Pro with my MacBook Pro with OSX 10.9. My exports have dropped frames, sometimes black, sometimes green, sometimes striped or mosaic patterns... I tried updating, I tried de-installing and re-installing. I was trying to export HD 25p but I also tried to export using sequence settings and that didn't work either. I also tried using Media Encoder. My original footage was HDV. I was initially working from a WD external drive with FW800 to thunderbolt adapter, but I've also tried working from a USB3 external drive and also from my internal drive; it makes no difference. The only "solution" I found to the problem was when I exported using a friend's computer.
Previous to this problem I had been using Premiere Pro CS6 version because that was compatible with the edit suites I had been using at my University. But my project file developed some kind of bug whereby it was expanding virtually exponentially every time it saved. So it became so large (up to 5GB) that the computer crashed whenever it tried to autosave. When I converted the project to a CC project this problem seemed to be overcome, so I continued to work with CC from my lap-top. But then I had the problems when I came to export.

i've been told by a friend that it is a render problem, not true dropped frames. the frames come out green, or striped, or mosaic-effect...

• Adobe Photoshop CS2 posterization problem on vignette

I am having a problem with posterization in my image. When I try to vignette my photo (with black) it starts to block up in areas, mostly in the darkest part of the gradient. It ends up not making a smooth transitional gradient and leaves a line where it blocks up. It shows up on the screen as well as on the print. I have a calibrated LaCie CRT 19" monitor, G5 and I am working from digital raw files from a Fuji S2 that are AdobeRGB and also film scans that have done the same thing. What can I do to prevent this? Is it something to do with my G5 or is it the software in Photoshop? If there is any info that left out to help solve the problem please let me know!
G5   Mac OS X (10.4.5)

If it shows up on screen and in print, then issue is with the software.
Adobe has forums. Might try there.
best wishes
David

• Adobe Premiere Pro Import Problem

Let me get one idea out of the way.
NO. IT'S NOT THE DAMN CODEC, AND IT'S NOT A PROBLEM WITH EMPTY WRAPPERS.
Every time I try to import a fully functioning video (any format), Premiere Pro continues to import it as an audio file. Only when I import the clip as a sequence does it fully apply both video and audio.
No matter what version I revert to, it does the same thing. Even worse, sometimes it's the other way around! Sometimes, the picture imports but not the audio!
And this has been going for a month.
Even better: when I import the footage to After Effects or Media Encoder, it works perfectly. Full audio and solid visuals all around. I don't know what is happening.
I'm switching to Sony Vegas until further notice.
I use DVDVideoSoft to download and convert my footage (this affects nothing, however. I've tried importing a movie [The Woman] and it's done the same thing).

Hello TW,
This is a DirectX formatted movie? I don't believe that is on the list of supported formats for Premiere Pro. Interesting you were able to import it into other applications though. I wonder if the movie has a variable frame rate. I also wonder if you tried to import it via the Media Browser. Please try that instead of File > Import and retry.
Thanks,
Kevin

• Adobe Premiere cs2 won't open in Windows 8.1

When I click Premiere, which I downloaded for free 10/19/14, it shows the start-up screen then closes completely.
Why and what can I do to fix it?

Two things to do
1 - right click the program icon and select WinXP mode from the option window
2 - Doing Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 [says Encore and also for "All" versions of Premiere] will sometimes fix "odd" errors

CS4 fertig bearbeiter Film von 2.15 Std. mit AVCHD 1920 x 1080 + JPG + WAV + MP3 + Vasco da Gama in HD
( Ohne Matroxaktivierung – nur benutzte Effekte davon)
endet nach Export ob in 264 oder 264 Blu-Ray mit 1920-1080 oder 1440 kurz VOR DEM ENDE nach ca. 8 Stunden mit dem Hinweis:
„ You can´t presently use this aplication because your Matrox Video hardware is being used by another appliaction or the hardware is not available.“

• Adobe premiere pro cs3: Probleme of load DX10

Hello!!!!

When I start adobe first pro, the purple frame(executive) of load opens and after some seconds of load, it jams on the load of " DX10 VSTI.dll "!! Thus I downloaded the patch last one of DirectX 10 and that continues to block(surround) on that!! That to make??
Thank you has all those who can help me!!!!

>project will be opened in Desktop mode
I have never used any non-standard files, but from reading here, desktop mode is used when the video files are not standard... in one way or another, but usually pixel dimensions
What is the codec and properties of the files in that project?
Are you sure they are 100% standard?

• Audio-Problem with Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 by using long Clips in AVC-Intra Codec (4Gb Border)

Hello
We own a Panasonic camera (AJ-PX5000G) and we film in 1080p50 with the AVC-Intra100 Codec. When importing longer clips in Premiere Pro, the video is fully loaded, but the waveform of the sound ends at the Time Code 00:02:28:35.
Sometimes the sound could be played after this Timecode but otherwise there is no audio. Even if we use the same clip several times we see that it works sometimes and sometimes not. It looks random.
We also tried to import the Clips with Adobe Prelude directly from the P2-Card but there are the same problems.
The Clips in 1080p50 AVC-Intra100 have a bitrate of 227Mbps. After 2 Minutes and 28 Seconds 4Gb are written on the P2-Card and the Camera starts a new picture file and 4 sound files..
It looks like Adobe Premiere Pro has problems with the correct relation of the files that all get together to one clip.
Is there anybody who can confirm this problem? Can anybody help me with this Premiere Problem?

• Adobe Premiere Pro audio distortion

Hi,
I have Adobe Premiere CS2 and some audio distortion problems. I captured a footage from my Sony DV Digital-8 camcorder. It's a standard DV footage with 16-bit PCM audio. When audio is nearly-peaking (not peaking), it gets distorted in Premiere, but doesn't in other applications (VirtualDub, Media Player Classic, Windows Media Player, mplayer). I'm sure this is because an internal conversion (called conforming) from 16-bit PCM to 32-bit floating point PCM. Project Setting of the Audio Track is 48000Hz 32bit floating point - Stereo for a DV project, despites DV standard supports 16 or 12 bit Audio tracks. In user manual they write the following:
"For maximum editing performance and audio quality, Adobe Premiere Pro processes each audio channel, including audio channels in video clips, as 32-bit floating-point data at the project’s sample rate. To do this it must conform certain types of audio to match the 32-bit format and the project sample rate."
Well, if I'm a professional video editor, I can (and have the right to) decide whether which sample rate and bit-depth are the best for me, but they don't let me set audio other than the default, there is no option like bit-depth available not even when creating a NEW project. No problem if Adobe's genius developers thought 32-bit mixing provides much more quality, but if they forget to implement 16-bit to 32-bit internal conversion correctly, please let me decide to use at least a fallback method.
Thanks for your help
stringZ

Just looking at the waveform confirmed my initial reaction: Way, way
oversteered. Everything is clipped and your best approach is to
reshoot. That some players can handle this seriously mistreated audio
may be caused by audio limiters. They should, otherwise you would blow
up your speakers.
Well, you can say that and if this sample was a music maximized with compressors, it would distort too. Sony Digital-8 camcorder has an internal limiter, so only soft-peaking can occur, but no serious distortion. Media Players (eg. mplayer) don't have limiters unless you specify an external limiter filter. I've already told this isn't the clip you want me to re-shoot. This is a sample I created to show you the problem. I sent this to one of my friends who has Ulead MediaStudio Pro 7.0. It doesn't distort there either. Have you tried loading it to an audio editor like Audacity or Adobe Audition? You can see no hard-peaking or distortion if you zoom in the waveform.
Waveform at 00:00:00:21. No distortion, only high levels can be seen on this waveform.
Waveform after 00:00:00:21. Soft peaking in right (bottom) channel.
I'd appreciate if someone took this seriously instead of repeating "reshoot it" and "high levels".
