Adobe Premiere & Photoshop Elements 11 fails to initialize as well as...

..reporting that Adobe Support Advisor be downloaded to seek out the problem. After doing this though, no problem is found by Adobe Support Advisor, FAQ's don't have any help, Google search doesn't yield any results. Included are two screen captures of the Premiere/Photoshop installation intialization error message as well as Adobe Support Advisor's window of results.

"Installer Failed to initialize" is a generic error and we need to figure out what is causing the trouble. Most of the time, its an issue with the download that it was not successful or downloaded properly. So, in such cases, download the software again and make sure to compare the file size of the downloaded file with the file on the server. Lets check that in this case as well and make sure the download is complete.

Im having a problem with activating or ''validating'' my serial.
I bought adobe premiere elements & adobe photoshop elements 13 yesterday
and everytime i start either of the programs it says i have 29 days left of my test period,
and then i choose ''license this produkt'' write the serial key.
And then when it tries to validate the serial i got via mail from adobe. it says that my computer is offline,
that i dont have any internet connection.
Ive tried everything.ive checked that i can access all sites,ive checked my host file and globalsign root certificate.
on top of that i bought a pci network card for my computer too se if it was my operators firewall that was in somehow the problem.
so ive tried accessing and doing everything on diffrent internet connections and operators without any luck.
Ive tried forcing my antivirus and own firewall off and starting with no better effect.
logging in and out of both element programs...
im honestly out of ideas and this is getting me exhausted..
ive come to understand that there maybe a way of validating serial offline.. but ive looked into that aswell without finding where to get a ''request code''...
so please, can someone tell me what to do?

Download Adobe Premiere / Photoshop Elements 11

Hi, I bought last year a pack with Premiere Elements 11 and Photoshop Elements 11. Both were on dvd, but I registered them on the Adobe Website.
As I changed my computer and don't have a dvd player now, I'm looking for a way to have them again, without going warez as I bought them at the beginning... But the Adobe website only links to Premiere Elements 12 and Photoshop Elements 12.
As I use them about 2 to 3 weeks per year, there's really no point for me to go 12, I'm fine with the 11 version.
Is there a way for me to have my programs back. Even a trial version will do, I'll register afterwards.
Just so you know, I'm using the french version of the Adobe website and of course would like to download the french version of both programs.

if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

... .... So far I have downloaded twice, to two different folders (Desktop and my default download folder). Neither option has worked. Please help! I'd like to download Premiere Elements 11, but with this kind of installation problem on PSE11, it seems a second program may be as much of a problem to try to install.

I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 Master Collection but this always comes up:
Adobe Support Advisor no longer exists so I can't download it???
Anyone know what I can do?

first, rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old.
to find OOBE:
64 bit win OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
32 bit win OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
mac os: HD>library>application support>adobe>caps
mac os: USER>library>application support>adobe>OOB
if that fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
if you're using a dvd to install:
copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
if you're using a mac:
1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
5. Start the installation again.

Bonjour,
J'ai pu télécharger sans problème les fichiers de Premiere & Photoshop Elements 13 en version Windows 32 bits.
Ensuite pour procéder à l'installation sur mon PC, je clique sur le fichier "Set-up.exe" et l'initialisation du programme d'installation démarre correctement.
Puis, un écran "Bienvenue" s'affiche, je clique sur "Installer - J'ai acheté le logiciel"
Puis, j'ai un écran "Se connecter" où je renseigne mon ID Adobe et mon mot de passe et je clique sur "Se connecter".
Mais, après cela, je reste indéfiniment sur cet écran de connexion, il mouline pendant des heures mais plus rien ne se passe.
Avez-vous une solution à me proposer ?

I have serial codes for the first installation to iMac.
Where is the link to re-download / install to notebook?
- There is no download button option in 'My Adobe' page.
- There are only older versions (11, 10, 9) on the 'Download and Installation Help' page.
- There are only Trial version downloads or Buy Full version downloads

Could not initialize photoshop elements could not initialize ACE implementation

Hi,
Hoping somebody can help.I have Adobe photoshop elements 2.0 (i know its pretty old).Its always worked well until lately its bringing this message up and not letting me open it : could not inialize photoshop elements could not initialize ACE implementation.
I have been trying to clean up the computer and am not 100% confident at using the computer so im afraid i have deleted or locked something that this program needs to run.
Can any body help?

Repair does not work on any Windows version of PSE. Try resetting the preferences: Press and hold CTRL, ALT, and SHIFT when launching Elements until you see a box asking if you want to delete the settings. Yes, you do.

i bought Premiere + Photoshop Elements 10 in 2012 for 68,90 €! It is a really good program, but in 2013 with new official display driver for nvidia, there is a mistake in the preview window. I hear the sound of my video but the video is not shown in the window.
I read in the adobe forum about this problem, but there is no solution. So i have to use an older driver.
Now i looked for Adobe Premier + Photoshop Elements 12. Why the Upgrade Price is 121,77€ ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am the owner of a legal version, that has no solution for the bug and an upgrade costs much more as a full version? It is amazing.
This price I cannot understand, sorry..... it is amazing...

Please see Adobe Sales for pricing. But I do have the following observations to make.
If you are purchasing from Adobe direct and can prove ownership of an earlier version of Premiere Elements, you are eligible for what it call upgraded price rather than Full price. Upgrade and Full give the same product and reflect a price break if you have an earlier version. But, this Upgrade and Full Adobe pricing applies only to product purchased direct from Adobe. If you buy from an authorized reseller, then the price is set by the authorized reseller and that company.

Purchased Premiere & Photoshop Elements 13 but cannot install them. There appears error messages that make no sense, like there no space in forlder and lack of admin priviledge.

Retry of unsuccessful installation of Photoshop Elements fails because it cannot find files which it believes to be present in order to remove them first.

W7 CD of both Photoshop Element and Premiere Elements 12: Could get the Organizer of Photoshop installed and working but could not install the editor completely; Premiere Elements seemed to install OK but I was at the time only interested in using Photoshop so did not verify this. Read instructions in Troubleshoot Installation, and for convenience dragged the CD files to the C Drive. I then re-ran the installation process, which initially tries to uninstall the existing installation but this failed as it stated that some files were in use. I ended up uninstalling Premiere Elements because of the shared components but this made no difference. I used Windows Remove Programs tool but it stated that some files were in use so could not be removed. I used autoruns to search for and prevent from launching at Startup, all Adobe s/w, then searched for and tried to remove all Photoshop files but got the same message. I have subsequently discovered that I need to remove them in a specific order, next I ran CCleaner to clear the registry. Still the same problem, so tried the install from a Clean Boot. Same problem, the wording is currently Error 2343 Specified Path is empty. I re-installed Premiere Elements which appears again to be OK before try to re-install Photoshop Elements - the same error message appears. The Start search box finds 3 register entries for Photoshop but no files. The register entries date are from earlier installation attempts on different dates: cc_20141016_211910.reg ......_141008.reg .........._213127 Should these be manually deleted? Any other suggestions?

I did uninstall Adobe Air, Adobe Reader XI and another Adobe product, rebooted, and after this the installation was possible with no problems!

Problem updating mac version of Premiere/Photoshop Elements 12

Adobe Application Manager indicates that there are updates (version 12.1) available for Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements 12. Started the update process, the Application Manager indicates that ElementsOrganizerRevelAgent needs to be closed. When checking the Mac Activity Manager, the ElementsOrganizerRevelAgent quits no its own. Tried to update several times ofer different days.
Get a message stating
"Update failed
Updates could not be applied
The error log file may help you in identifying the problem. Then try updating again. If the problems persist, contact customer support for further assistance."
The error log reads as follows:

Could you explain what you mean by "..does not persist.." when you wrote
I noticed that the AutoAnalyzer does not persist for version 12.1 like it did for the 12.0 version, so there appears to be no reason to disable it at this time.
And, when you disabled the Elements Organizer 12 previously, did you put the space into the name as well as turn Off the AutoAnalzyer Options in Elements Organizer workspace/Edit Menu/Preferences/MediaAnalysis?

What a disgrace Adobe with Photoshop Elements 13

I brought Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 trusting the garbage Adobe went on about it only to find you go and install it and it won't get pass Payloads Adobe Elements 13 Organizer it just fails as a small business I ended up trying to install it on 4 different computer using Windows 8 and 8.1 64 bit and nope the same thing happens I even trying installing the 32 bit program same thing you can not get pass Payloads Adobe Elements 13 Organizer as far as customer support it appears there is none you can't contact anyone at Adobe to get you money back they just don't care. I have gone back to using my old version Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 it works and no issues. I recommend no one buys Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 until Adobe fixes the issues and most of all provide the customers proper support. I wont my money back for a software program that is useless and I can't use. They say you have 90 days from time of purchase to request a refund well what a pack of lies that is as you CAN NOT GET ONTO ANYONE AT ADOBE if you do get on to some one they will tell you your 90 days has expired this is that they think of there customers world wide.
I'd rate Adobe 0 = for the program and I'd rate their customer service 0 and never buy another product from them.

I agree with you about the lack of customer support. I was able to install it with no problems but when I wanted to print to one of my printers I had a lot of problems. I can only print to one of the printers and it won't print correctly. I contacted Support and chatted with one of the people. I was told that only the forums take care of Photoshop Elements. I also wish that I had stayed with Photoshop Elements 11. After installing 13 the printer issues are in my photoshop elements 11 program. I certainly would not recommend anyone purchasing an Adobe product because of the lack of support.
