Adobe Premire Elements 3.0 Problem

I've just finished a project on Adobe Premire Elements 3.0. Then I had to shut down my computer. Before I did I saved my project several (5) times. But when I started my computer and went to open the file Premire opened but in the display window in the middle of the screen it only showed gray. The media wouldn't play. When I tried to do almost anything the program would lock up and crash. I worked hard on this and would hate to have to do it over again, thanks.

A couple of observations:
1.) the CTI is on a short Clip, that also does not have a thumbnail in the Project Panel. Tough to read the Clip name ("Urban City Credits?"), but it appears to be just a grey screen in the thumbnail too. Can you change your Timeline Video Track View (#3 below), and also move the CTI to one of the Video Clips, like one of the Jeff Allen Clips, and do another screen-cap?
2.) the thumbnails for your other Clips look good in the Project Panel
3.) your Timeline Video Track View appears to be set to not show the thumbnails/frames. What happens when you toggle to Show First Frame, Show First & Last Frame, and Show All Frames?
4.) your Assets are MP4, which can cause problems. What is the source of these files?
5.) if you add a Title from the PE Title Templates, do these display correctly?

Adobe Premire Elements 7.0 Error

I haven't had many problems with Adobe Premire Elements 7.0, but now, after three days of work on a project that has actually turned out really well, it has turned against me. I can't export the video as a video file. I click File>Export>Movie and have enough memory for it. When I click save, it starts to export. It goes well for a while, saying it will only take ten minuites or so.But then it starts to slow down, and eventually reads that it will take an hour. >.<" So I wait patiently until eventually an error pops up after my hoes get higher when it starts to load faster. The error always pops up around when it's 10% complete. It says, "Error. Unknown error occured when compiling the video" or something. Ever since I got it, using the 'Share' tab has only resulted in the closing of the program, so I can't try that.Please help! I'm running it on a Windows XP.

Tell us all about your I/O sub-system, especially your hard drive (HDD) setup. Do list the free defragmented space on each HDD.
This sounds like a disk space problem. Trust me, you need far, far more free, defragmented HDD space, that it would seem to be required.

Adobe Premire Elements 10 corrupted.

I have Adobe Premire Elements 10 installed by HP. It now shows as corrupted and will not initiate. Is there a fix?

2) OK if you say so. Perhaps the price of it was built into the PC price. Some companies did load Adobe software but I haven't been so lucky so far.

Adobe Premiere Elements 11 Effects Problem - HELP

I use Adobe Premiere Elements 11, and when I use effects the footage ends up speeding up, repeating itself, and just not staying the same as it originally was. Does this have to do with what type of footage it is. I am using screen-captures that I got when using Bandicam. If anyone could help me with this problem, it would be greatly appriciated, thanks.

I use an older file conversion program, DigitalMedia Converter 2.7, but it is NOT freeware. Also, Deskshare, the publisher, has released newer versions.

I've a problem with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Editor.
I bought Elements 10 Editor from the app store (I've a Mac) some months ago and I chose the english language during the installation.
Today it happened that, when I opened it, I found it totally in German! How can I restore english language?

This has been happening a lot to people who upgrade to Yosemite. Here's what adobe suggested a couple of years ago when it was happening to a few people:

I have had problems with right clicking on documents and then choosing 'convert to PDF' or convert to 'PDF and Email' - the error message that I am getting are: For:

It works if I open the document and then print to the Adobe PDF Printer, but I love being able to use the right click function! It use to work, but all of a sudden I get this error!

Adobe Premire Elements 10 corrupted - HELP!!

When attempting to start my Adobe Premiere Elements 10, I get the following error: “C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 10.lnk is not a valid Win32 application”. I found the premiere elements folder in my Program Files and it shows 0 bytes, but has what seems to be all the folders, extensions, applications, etc but they all have 0 bytes. The Premiere Elements 10 application and Photoshop Elements 10 (it works fine) were on my computer when delivered from HP and I did not get a backup nor a serial number. Can this be corrected without having to perform a system restore?

Then time for a complete uninstall/ccleaner run through/reinstall. But, what is the history on all this...have you been using the program successfully until this time and suddenly this major issue? When did you get the HP computer with pre-installed programs? Can you associate any catastrophic computer happening with this present situation?
If you do not have a backup nor serial number, System Restore sounds like something to try. Whether it will work is another story.
Did you register your Premiere Elements 10 with Adobe? If so, go to the Adobe web site http://www.adobe.com, sign in with your Adobe ID and password, and look to the top right of the home page to where it says My Adobe. Click on that and go to My Products and see if you can find your Premiere Elements 10 there with a serial number.
If you can produce a purchased serial number for your Premiere Elements 10, free tryout Premiere Elements 10 installation files can be obtained and your purchased serial number inserted in that tryout.

Uploading using Adobe Premiere Elements 12 Network problems

Hi,
Is there a place in Adobe Premiere Elements 12 that we can insert our company proxy details, the reason being. When I go to Publish and Share and click "Social Websites" and want to upload a video to youtube and push next it gives the following error "Online Services encountered an error. The services will be terminated or paused if possible."
If I use a 3G card it allows us to upload. Our network must be blocking this link or programme, yet we have made sure from our side adobe is not blocked on the network and I have access to all websites.
My question is can we insert proxy details somewhere or can I get the link of where that link is taking us to when pushing next trying to upload with youtube via adobe . I know it is going to youtube but I need the exact URL to make sure we allow this link to work.
Anyone have the answer for me?

Adobe Premier Elements 9 setup problem

Hello.
I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R special edition laptop, and was provided with a copy of Adobe Premier Elements 9. However, whenever I attempt to use PRE, it asks me to select my country/region.
Normally, this would not be an issue, but the country/region selector drop down menu is completely blank and does not change when I click on it.
Is there a way I could fix this problem?

Interesting - I had a similar issue with Elements 10. I was told by Adobe Support to:
Uninstall Elements 10.
Change the date on my Mac to 11/01/11.
Reinstall Elements 10.
It worked!

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Installation problem

Adobe Premiere elements 12 publishing problem.

After making a video in Adobe Premiere Elements 12, I decided to publish it to my computer. However, once it finished rendering it only came out as an audio. The visual video didn't show at all. It played as if it were a song. How can I fix this?

If your videos worked with Premiere Elements 10, then they should work with Premiere Elements 12.
From what I have read in this thread, your source seems to be files in amv video format (proprietary) which seem to have relations to MotionJPEG video compression and .avi file extension. Challenging, but. What is the actual file extension of your amv files?

If you can post a sample of one of these videos that are going into your Premiere Elements 12 project and losing sound in the export from Premiere Elements 12, I would be glad for the opportunity to check it out for you in various versions of Premiere Elements, including 10 and 12. You might send the sample in a Dropbox link posted in your thread reply.
My only requirement is the assurance that you have permission to work with these videos. YouTube license does not allow for downloads of its videos. A person can create a YouTube account, sign into YouTube, can upload a video, and later download his or her own, but not the video of others without permission.
I still do not see the support for the file in Premiere Elements (any version). But if you say that the file worked in Premiere Elements 10, as I said, it should work in Premiere Elements 12.

Adobe Premiere Elements 4 - Rendering Problem

If I create small slide shows in Photoshop Elements 6 (ranging from 59 - 125 JPEG Still Shots with captions and/or added text)I can then send each slide show separately into Premiere Elements 4, make further adjustments and add title pages, I can then render and save as a project.
If I take several of these slide shows as a block and send them to Premiere Elements 4, I get a Premiere Elements window stating "Adobe Premiere Elements is running very low on system memory, please save your project and proceed with caution". So I click OK and save. I then go to render, after 2-4% rendering I get a video Preview Error window with various warnings including, "Out of Memory - Unknown Error" or "Disc write error:- verify drive connections, available disc space and disc access privileges. Then save close and relaunch project".
If I open a slide show project in Premiere Elements 4 and try to add a second slide show to it via the get media button - in the Add Media window I get Look in 4.0 and five folders appear (no icons for projects) I can then look in files of type and there is no listing for .prel files so tried "all files" and the icons for the slide shows appear. I then select a second slide show to add to the first and click open. I now get an Add Media Failure window which gives file addresses and the error reads "File format not supported/ one of the necessary components may not have been installed".
I have run the installation disc again to repair any installation errors but to no avail.
My computer is an Intel core 2 duo 3.16 GHz on an Asus P5Q P45M M/board with Gigabyte GF9600GT Graphics card.750GB HDD & 4GB Ram.

Most likely your photos are too large. We recommend using no larger than photos no larger than 1000x750 pixels in size. (The actual file size of the JPEGs has nothing to do with this, since JPEGs can be highly compressed.
