Can't download Adobe Pro, after 10 min only 1%, firewall is off.

restart your download and note the download folder. you need not actually start the download, just watch for the folder used.
then check that folder for the previously downloaded acrobat pro.

Adobe pro didn't download properly when i added CS6 to a new laptop

how can I get adobe pro on my system it tried to download with my CS6 but it told me there was an error and I have a trial version now.

You'll need to provide more information.
There is no application from Adobe called "Adobe Pro".
How are you installing the CS6 application? (Do you have your original installer files? Are you downloading from the Adobe website? Are you copying the files from another computer?)
Focus on one on version at a time, you're only confusing yourself and us by also trying to install a Creative Cloud version at the same time.

Adobe Muse - can't download

In Creative Cloud I can't download Adobe Muse. I'm on a Dell XPS One 27 Windows 8. I've tried downloading abobe air and uninstalling/reinstalling but it keeps coming up with an exit 7 error?

My macbook pro can't download anything from the internet

Hi, I tried to download some software from the internet (like MAMP, tomtom, or samsung kies). When I clicked the download button, instead of downloading, my page reloaded and nothing happend. At first I tought something was wrong with Safari, so I tried using Chrome, but nothing changes. Also tried with Firefox and opera, also still can't download. Does anyone know what to do? I need to download some of the software for my classes.

Adobe Software Can't download to a Palm TX

Hi,
I have a Palm TX running v.4.5.2P. I cannot figure out how to download any of the Adobe software. I often get a message that I need the software when going online via WiFi.
I have an another Palm TX that will be going for repairs that may be running a different version of the software and I still get the same problem.
Could you please give me a link that would direct me to the correct software for a Palm PDA.

Need some clarification to help you. What "Adobe software" are you referring to? A PDF file? Did you install the ancient Adobe reader software on the device?
What exactly are you doing with the device when you get the error?
"4.5.2p" is not something I'm familiar with. That sounds like the version of the Launcher, not Palm OS.

BCA - New macbook pro - can't download windows support software

I've bought one of the new macbook pro retina 13" (with the force touchpad) and I'm trying to get windows 8.1 up and running via bootcamp.
However, i can't get the windows support software. Trying to download it via Boot Camp Assistant results in the message 'can't install the software because it is not currently available from the software update server'.
As a workaround to at least get windows installed (as directed from Apple support via chat) i downloaded the latest manually available software - Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640
this allowed me to install windows. However when windows finally booted i get the message 'this version of bootcamp is not intended for this computer model'. This also happens when i try and run the bootcamp software manaully within windows. i've also tried the support software 5.1.5621 which produces the same result.
Any ideas anyone? I get the impression the Apple server is either down, or they haven't yet put out the support software for the new macbooks.

I also am getting this message. I bought my 15" mac book pro mid 2010 and at the same time purchased iWork. It is not showing in my purchases on Apple ID, I have never changed my Apple ID since purchase. Why would my Apps not show. There are some there but mostly free ones. I checked it under the Store menu after signing in.
After upgrading from Mountain Lion to Yosemite my iPhoto, iMovie, Keynote,Pages and Numbers need to update. But I get this message.

I have not changed ownership or Apple ID on my mid 2010 Mac Book Pro since purchase. What would cause this?
