Adobe PS CC will have to be registered every month

I talked to two people at Adobe Support today after spending 2 hours on hold and about an hour on the CHAT thing with no response. There was a real problem understanding these guys, especially the "supervisor", but here is the story.
I got my notice of payment this morning and went into Photoshop CC and it would not boot. Instead, I got the trial version and a request to register and then to the page with a serial number. To make a long story short, I FINALLY got a human at Support who told me I had to register and the payment was somehow late and it was all my fault. I was really having a hard time understanding these guys and I was refused a transfer to someone in the US whom I could understand. If I have to re-register this monthly, then Adobe can have CC. I'll go back to CS6. I can buy Lightroom, but I've made it fine with out it. Man, Adobe's Support was really subpar today. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 the lowest, it was a -15. Gee. I wonder if I'll hear back from some Tech who will tell me I should keep this and jump through hoops every month. What a crock.

Thanks for the info, I am unable repair the problem with this info. It may be that I am just not advanced enough to do so. However, in trying to locate program prefrences in Win 7 X64 I do not have a folder titled "After effects". I have used CCleaner to clean temp files etc. I have booted into Safe Mode and shut down all except Windows startups and launched PS-CC in Safe Mode and it stll shuts down by itself after 4 -5 seconds. I have PS-CS6 and it loads with no problems. According to the CC manager both apps are up to date.
Do you advocate I uninstall PS-CC and reinstall? I yes, are there special instructions to accomplish the uninstall and reinstall.

Photoshop is a program, Adobe is the company that sells it.
Somebody taking your money does not proof you have purchased a legitimate license …
While this may well have nothing to do with your issues you should post on the proper Forum and provide other relevant information (OS, hardware, …).

Why does Apple have to make updates every month, outdating any games or any software that you had?

I am frustrated because I just bought a new game and it would be really fun if Apple didn't make Lion, outdating the game, just so I could use "the App Store." They advertise it as being everything, but my computer is old so I CAN'T use the magnificent trackpad stuff and all that. All I get is the App store, some new desktop pics, and no compatibility with anything, which, I feel, doesn't make sense? Can anyone answer why they have to do this to a loyal customer?

Partition your hard drive, or use a bootable external hard drive (or both). Have different OS versions on different volumes, and boot into them as needed.
Example -
Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) will run PPC apps, such as AppleWorks and Diablo II. When I want to use those, I boot using the partition on which I have 10.6.8.
When I want to use iCloud features, etc., I boot using a partition on which I have Lion.

Could you please let me know what error prompts on your screen when you are trying to enter the serial number.
Have you bought subscription for Acrobat, if yes then you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials to activate subscription.

I keep getthing message when my file loads in the program "This document contains 3 links to assets being unsampled. You should resize smaller or right-mouse click on the assets in the Assets panel to see additional options."
and then I click okay.
I get to the plan mode and then I try to go to the design mode (so i can fix the assets) and at about 90% loading it gives me this message "Adobe Muse encountered an unexpected error and will have to be terminated.
BD/getColorBoundsRect-ArgumentError: Error #2015: Invalid BitmapData." and i have to terminate the program...
How can i fix my assets so i can open my program? I use muse beta prerelease.

Well, after 20 hours of work and rebuilding most of my Muse website I finally was able to upload by site again.
Here was my problems per above and the last 20 hours. When publishing the site it does the following: Optimize assets, exportin desktip page 1 thru 19, Fining export HTML files then uploading images which I have 2208 on this site plus other stuff uploaded.
I can not answer why it now works as "normally"it would het error #2015 uring optimizing assets wich is an invalid bitmap data error and failed at only 9% publish process then got a 1125 index 0 is out of range0 at publish 20% complete.
I did rewrite most of the pages and made minor changes to all of them thinking that would force all pages to be uploaded as I also took option to upload all pages instead of just those that changes. All 2008 images were reloaded onto the pages by another hint I read on how to delete all thumbnails and thus the files is to select all and press delete and it will leave one as required. Then the one left could be deleted by itself. Thanks for whoever asked the question and who answered it. This saved me a lot of time.
Thanks to all that have taken the time to help me out. Muse is a great program but sometimes you don't have any idea if it is working at something so I found myself looking at the computer busy light to see if Muse was taking a lot of cycles. It would help to have a wider use of the cursor busy indicator as sometimes the system seemed like it was hung up but it was not.

I recently (today) did the software udate for her phone, and ever since-she receives every message i send to my girlfriend, and every response that my girlfriend sends to me. I read up on Imessage, and checked the settings on both phones. On each phone "imessage"was turned on, so i turned Imessage off. Will this solve the problem of my mom receiving every message that i send and receive? Also, if i turn Imessage back on, on my phone-will i still have privacy to text?

Why not create a second Apple ID? Wouldn't that solve the problem much more straightforwardly?

you should deactivate (help>deactivate) that installation on the old workstation. then download and install on your new work station using your serial number. (ie, make sure you can find your serial number - if you need help with this, let us know.)

I have Premiere Elements 10 on Windows 8.1 64 bit, and it runs well there.
But, I must disagree with SG when he writes
It will likely run. But it will not be able to take advantage of Windows 8's advanced architecture (including the 64-bit operating system and ability to access more than 4 gigs of RAM).
You can prove to yourself that Premiere Elements 10 is a 64 bit application running on Windows 8 64 bit. To do this use the Process Explorer Sysinternals and add a Image Type Column readout. When you do this for Premiere Elements 10, 11, or 12 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit, the readout tells you that you are working with a 64 bit version.

And, as a 64 bit application, Premiere Elements 10, 11, or 12 Windows should be able to take full advantage of the 64 bit system when Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
I suspect SG is thinking Mac not Windows in his comment. It is my recollection that Premiere Elements 10 Mac is still a 32 bit application on 64 bit system. And, you are using Windows, not Mac.
We will watch for his clarification on this point or for support for what he posted as is.

And to directly answer your question, you don’t inform Adobe, you merely deactivate PS, reimage, then reinstall and reactivate PS with the serial number(s), and relicense LR with the serial number(s).
If this computer isn’t yours and you don’t have the serial numbers, yourself, then that could be a problem, although there may be software that can find the serial numbers. On a PC platform, download and run the Belarc Security Advisor and see if it finds the serial numbers you need. It’ll only find the current product serial numbers, not the prior versions that an upgrade might be based on, so then you’ll be stuck.

Being a Adobe full member will I have to pay again?

I do not mess with Acrobat much but I had to email a bunch of protected files. I had some trouble but figured it out. I did notice that it seemed as if in April there will be a change and from what I saw it seemed to me that I will have to pay a monthly fee to use this even though I have a Full CC membership. Am I correct about this?
