Adobe Reader ExportPDF free trial

My Adobe Reader offered me the opportunity to use a free trial for ExportPDF. After signing up and going through the steps, nothing happened. However my free trial was removed from the program. What's the deal?

HI Mspan1,
Initially we were providing the trial for ExportPDF however this service was stopped. Still few users would get the message of free trial and Adobe is aware about it. we apologize for the miscommunication.
There is no trial of the ExportPDF service.  If you subscribe to the service and it doesn't meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by following the steps outlined here: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/return-cancel-or-cha nge-order.html
Let me know if you have any other question.
Regards,
~Pranav

  • I downloaded adobe reader XI Free trial for 30 days and want to try Convert to DOC function but fail, please help!

When I click the button Subscribe now, it return: "Sorry, this Adobe product is currently not available for sale in your country."
That means I cannot Convert to DOC function??

Adobe Reader is free; there is no trial.
Regarding the ExportPDF service; see https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2596
If ExportPDF is not available in your country, you will need to use Acrobat to convert; there is a 30-day trial available for Acrobat.
If you do have the Acrobat trial install, make sure you open the PDF to convert in Acrobat, not Adobe Reader.

  • How do I get Adobe Premiere CS6 free trial to run?

I downloaded Adobe Premiere CS6 free trial. It is a file folder on my desk top. When I click the set up Icon in the folder it runs through and saya program is installed and ready to use the the only option is to close. How do I open the program and get it to run?

What system? Programs appear in your start menu (Windows) or the Applications folder (Mac). If they're not there, then soemthing went wrong, but without more info nobody can help you figure things out.

  • Adobe Reader 9 free goes grey screen after  "I accept" 1st use

I am using Adobe Reader 9 free, and with previous installations never had a problem.
I am using XP Home SP2 on a dell D600
I installed Adobe Reader 9 today, and after I tried to use it the first time, I click on "I Accept" but then goes to a plain gray screen.
    Please can you help me

    I'm having the same issue.
I installed 9.2 because I wanted to be able to fill in a pdf form to print. Once I installed 9.2 I had the same problem as above and also I cannot even open a pdf from a web site.
    Any ideas?

  • Trying to "click" on accept user agreement on Adobe Acrobat Pro, free trial.  Nothing happens.

I have a Mac Book Air, latest update of OSX system 10.7.5.  I successfully downloaded a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I've successfully installed it.  But when a pop up window asks to me to accept the license agreement, nothing happens even though I've pressed the button numerous times.  I've called Apple and they said this is an Adobe problem.  Adobe will only help me M-F.  As this is Saturday I was hoping someone might have an idea.

This is a known issue with Acrobat XI
Problem: Mac OS only. On launch, a blank EULA screen appears, which cannot be accepted, and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any products installed from CCM or from Creative Suite, and you tried installing Acrobat XI from a different source.
Workaround: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, deactivate it by choosing Help > Deactivate. Quit the application. Then, launch Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for the CCM subscription product, launch it and select License This Software to enable the CCM product again. If a CS application, launch it and reactivate it.
    Please refer : http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/known-issues-acrobat-xi-reader.html
Or you can try this :
Go to Applications->Utilities->Adobe Installers -> Adobe Acrobat X -> remove Acrobat X using the Uninstaller app.
Relaunch Acrobat XI and try to accept EULA.

  • Adobe Reader help for trial version

Can anyone help me please, granted I am only using the trial version of Adobe Reader but I can never type onto a form recieved in pdf format, also when I scan a document whether it be forms or my pictures it alway's goes to Adobe Reader, I am just a home user, windows 7 64 bit computer and using IE8, if anyone can help I would appreciate it , thanks in advance.

    Emma002,
I feel your frustration. I have been down this road before with the Adobe Reader X (10.1.1) and my issue was that I cept getting the following when I tried to open a .pdf file: "Invalid plugin detected. Adobe Reader will quit." It is fixable but I had to have a Adobe Support agent help me (and it cost me $29.95). But the same problem is back and I can't seem to find any of the email streams that I had from the support agent.
Adobe : If you are going to offer a product (Adobe Reader X) for free, so should at least stand behind it.
I would gladly paid a reasonable fee for Adobe Reader X (10.1.1) if it would continue to operate as advertised.
And George Johnson and -graffiti stop giving lip service - we are just looking for "The fix".

  • Access to Adobe Acrobat After Free Trial

I had a free trial for Adobe Acrobat. I am still deciding if I want to purchase it. In the meantime, I need to open a PDF that was emailed to me and I cannot open it because I am getting a message that my trial has expired. Is there anyway to just open the PDF without purchasing the software? I have the Adobe Reader installed.

Open Adobe Reader | Edit | Preferences | General: use the 'Select Default PDF Handler' button to specify Adobe Reader instead of Acrobat.

  • Adobe Reader X (free) -- "Do you want to save changes" prompt

Why is this prompt always coming up when I close a PDF document?
"Do you want to Save Changes to  X   Before closing?"
I am using the free Adobe Reader X 10.1.1.  I can't make any changes to the file since it's the free version, so why is it asking me to save changes?  Even if I just open the file and just close it right away without doing anything else the prompt comes up.

I think pretty much any PDF created by CutePDFWriter did that (as well as others not created that way, but CutePDF seemed to do it reliably).
To verify that I'd have to un-install 9.5.0 and re-install Reader X, which I'd rather not do (9.5.0 is better in other ways too - the integration with Chrome is nicer because the "print" and "save as" buttons always appear; they hardly ever appeared in Reader X when opening a PDF from Chrome).
You can get CutePDFWriter here: http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp
Let me know if you can't reproduce the problem (just post here) and I'll un-install/re-install, verify a file with the problem, and post it.
For now I'm very happy with Reader 9.5.0; it's perfect.

  • Adobe Reader 2.5 trial version problem

Hi, I downloaded the 7 day trial version of the Adobe Reader LE 2.5 version, to test if it has the REFLOW/WRAP feature. When I install it in my device (n8), it first says "Application not compatible with phone. Contiune Anyway?" and when I do continue, it says "UPDATE ERROR" .
Anyone experienced this problem? Anyone knows any way out of this ?
    Thanks

But it doesn't have that feature I mentioned. Although the website and the OVI store do mention that the feature is included in the purchasable version... does your device have the "word wrapping/ reflow feature"?
