Adobe Reader saved tax forms are unreadable by Adobe Reader. Has this been fixed?

When I file my tax deposits it gives an option to "view and save as pdf". In February this would only work if I installed Adobe Reader on my mac so I did. None of the saved deposit records from January thru May is readable. I discovered the problem in June and just sent the pdf to the printer software which then saved it as a pdf.
I didn't find out about it until I tried to read one of the saved deposit pdf's and got Adobe's arrogant little error message that blames everybody else for the problem.
Has this defect been fixed?

When you you finish filing a tax deposit the IRS software provides a list of options for keeping a record of your work. One of them is 'View and Save as PDF' which has the Adobe logo and invokes Adobe Reader. When you click on it, it displays a nicely formatted page showing the transaction you just filed.
When you go to the Safari file menu and click on 'save as…' it asks for a file name and all that and seems to work just fine. But the file it stores has nothing in it.
It used to work just fine. I have been using the view and save as pdf feature since 2008. The same logo the same messages, the same process.
In February of this year when I clicked on the logo it told me I had to load Adobe Reader in my Applications folder. So I did. Everything looked and felt exactly the same as before and I assumed it was working. The only difference is that it now stores empty files. I didn't discover it until I tried to read one of the files and got the message from Adobe Reader.
I am using the same version of the mac os as before; the only change was the one to add Adobe Reader to the applications folder.

Reader Extended forms are broken in Adobe Reader XI

We use Livecycle Server 11.0 to enable saving of forms data in our forms. We are receiveing complaints from people using Reader XI that if they reopen a form they are working on, they get the following message. "This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no loner available".
Is this a known bug with Redaer XI. We have a lot of Licecycle licences and cannot guarantee that users will not use Reader XI.

is the problem specific to Reader 11 ? not experienced on reader 10 ?
you could compare the settings of a working Reader 10.x with Reader 11.x where it throws the exception.
Also ensure that while creating form in designer > File > Form properties> Default PDF render format is set as: Dynamic XML Form.

You will not be able to accomplish this because Acrobat 7 does not provide the functionality to allow users with Reader to be able to sign the documents.

Since installilng Adobe Reader 9 Firefox is very slow & "not responding" How can this be fixed?

Yesterday I installed Adobe Reader 9. Also Firefox became incredibly slow and I keep seeing strange site names in the lower left of the screen. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

Hope that it is the only problem that you will have with your MBP. Liquids have a habit of quickly migrating and you may or may not have gotten it all. I would take it to an Apple genius bar and have them check it out. That does not mean that your MBP will not suffer a premature death.
As far as the keyboard is concerned, pose that question to the genius bar technician.. I suspect you will be told that the only way to rectify the problem is to install a new one.

The problem ISN'T with Flash Player. It's with IE11. Yahoo, Facebook, BBC, CBC, ESPN, NFL and NBA websites have all reported problems with IE11 specifically. The sites don't recognize the browser and therefore can't recognize the plugins in the browser. It's all in the code of IE11.
I have machines with XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 and they ALL run 11.9.900.170 with IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera. IE11 is the only one that causes problems, on Win 7, 8 and 8.1. The other browser work fine in ALL OS builds.
I designs websites as a freelancer, and I use IE for testing only. For everyday use, it's a "train wreck" to say the least. It doesn't parse CSS properly, and everything I build has to be "tweaked" to make it work. Javascripts can be problematic with IE too, but the recognition thing is just the latest sign that Microsoft did no "real world" testing of it before they unleashed it on the Windows world. So far, their only response to the millions of complaints, which started as soon as it was released October 18... is this: "Use Compatibility View for affected sites". To date, there is no indication that they intend to actually fix their code, so million of pages won't see IE11 as an "unknown browser".

Strange font issue. Fonts other than my default fonts set in preferences are being used. How can this be fixed?

Fonts that should be showing up as Helvetica are showing up as Wubble. In my preferences/content I have my Proportional: Serif; Serif: Times; Sans-Serif: Helvetica; and Monospace: Courier. Everything was fine until I upgraded to 6.

I have a Contact Form for a client website (which has since been removed) that appears to be hijacked. The posts didn't seem like spam mail where strange products/services were being offered but appeared as if individuals were using it as a message or discussion system. I saw it in the NNW sky around 10:20 PM told eoenyvre I knew they thought I was nuts, of course. I looked out the window saw what I thought was a planet. It was a large glowing Red orange orb that became brighter and brighter. After abut 3-5 mins it looked like fire and then it just kinda burned out.

These are only a few of the recent submissions. I didn't think that there would be an issue posting the actual submission as the form is obviously being misused.
I removed the email addresses in case they belonged to innocent victims of the misuse.
The contact form was created using the forms widget in Muse and the files were uploaded to the hosting server via FileZilla. Does anyone know what this is, how it happend and possibly how I can fix or prevent it from happening again?

The issue is not really with Muse although the fact that Adobe doesn’t support Captcha on none Business Catalyst sites is frustrating.
The form generated with Muse will be using your ISP’s standard PHP mail script so the issues are with your ISP. If your ISP cannot help then consider using a third party service such as jotform (http://www.jotform.com/).
Don’t forget to complain to Adobe, the only way we are likely to get good working forms on non-BC sites is to complain, also ask for other items which are sadly lacking such as drop down boxes and radio buttons.
Alternatively host it on BC and use the Captcha feature, you can do this by pointing the other site to BC site. This is very simple within BC.
