Adobe reader won't let me read PDFs until I sign the end agreement which doesn't show up in black under the sign area.

Sorry, I don't understand that...
After you install or update Adobe Reader, you have to accept the end user license agreement by clicking on the Agree Accept button; is that what you mean?

The problem was NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager. That came loaded on the Sun Server we are using for ACS. I found references to it in the even logs and not being a Windows Server person I had to grab someone who was and to be honest even they didn't get it. I started uninstalling any virus and security S/W one at the request of the TAC and removing NVIDIA Forceware did it.

Adobe and my new Macbook Air won't let me read trusted website docs

I have bought a new Macbook Air. I migrated all the info from my old Mac but had to download Adobe again. It now won't let me read website docs that I trust. I guess I have to alter the filters but I'm not very good at this so need some help please?

You should be using 11.
10 was from the days of Snow Leopard.
Download AppZapper (it's a free trial)
Install it and open it.
Drag the Adobe reader app from your Applications folder to the AppZapper window.
"Zap" it and anything else in the window to the trash.
Close and quit AppZapper.
Go to: Mac HD/Library/ Internet Plugins
Trash the AdobePDFviewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin files.
Empty the trash.
Download the Reader XI FULL installer here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
Quit your browser and run the installer.

Thank you! This worked. But now I copied my files back, which was successful. But the last file did´t work. I even loaded this file from the bookstore. When I try to load this file, ADE crashes and gives me the following report:

IBooks won't let me read a book

I downloaded iBooks and bought a book on iTunes. It says that it would have gone straight to my iBooks and it has. However it won't let me read the book and says the format is incorrect or not a format that iBooks can open. Any ideas of help?

Try deleting it and redownloading. If that doesn't work, try using the Report a Problem link on your receipt.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I did not see your post 4 until after I had posted just now.
That is one of the drawbacks related to purchasing Premiere Elements as a download from Adobe...the download is specific to the Windows or Mac operating system to which it is downloaded. So all you have purchased that way are the installation files and a serial number for Premiere Elements 12 Windows. If you had purchased Premiere Elements 12 in the box packaging, that comes with a disc for Windows and a disc for Mac.
How long ago did you purchase Premiere Elements 12 Windows? If within 30 days of purchase, you can look into a 30 day money back from Adobe. But you cannot purchase the box packaging from Adobe. It only offers the download purchase from it. You would have to buy from an authorized reseller if you wanted the boxed purchase.
The way it is now, you will need to purchase new installation files and serial number for Premiere Elements 12 for your iMac.
That is the situation that I believe exists. More information if needed.

Those are two different products. Acrobat XI can merge pdf files, Reader cannot.
Since you're on a Mac, I believe Mac Preview (free) has this ability doesn't it?

Reader won't open when opening PDF file from third application

I need help. Adobe Reader (11.0.06, running on a fully updated 64bits Windows 8.1) only opens "raw", not when supposed to open itself to open a PDF file. In other words, when I click Adobe Reader's shortcut, it opens, but when I double-click a PDF file it does not, unless it was already open that way.
When that happens (i.e., when I open a PDF file and Adobe Reader doesn't start), I check on Process Explorer what is going on. What I see is a parent process ran from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" "C:\Documents\file.pdf" and a subordinate process ran from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe" --channel=172.1.761882444 --type=renderer "C:\Documents\file.pdf", eventhough no window exists, of course. When this is happening, even to open Reader through it's shortcut I have to kill both processes first.
I have already repaired the installation and nothing changed. Then I uninstalled it, rebooted and reinstalled fresh, and nothing changed either. I don't know what else to try. Can anyone help?
(Is there any info I can provide, some log or debug, etc.?)

Could someone download the pdf file and try it on Reader 9 and then on Reader X to see if they get the same results?

Macbook pro won't download adobe and won't let me watch youtube videos

i just got a macbook pro for christmas and it won't let me watch any youtube videos. it tells me to get the latest adobe flash player. I've tried downloading it multiple times, but it still won't work.. Help!.

Hey there, the exact same thing happened to me last night except for not being able to download adobe. Just make sure your connected to the internet(I know you probably are) and try downloading. I don't have an answer as to why you may not be able to download anything but for what it's worth, if you get to download adobe - install adobe then I close everything, restart, then it will all work

My reader will not let me read my book..

So my parents just bought me my new Sony e-reader (PRS-650) touch edition and I just bought my first book off of the sony library. When i first transferred it to my e-reader it let me read the book. However, when I turned off the system and came back later to read, on the screen it came up as "Protected by Digital Rights Management" with a circle with a line through it and will not let me read the book.
I then removed the book and re-transferred it to the e-reader and it worked until i turned it off and restarted it.

Latest version of Adobe Reader won't let me annotate

I have been using the Adobe Reader 11 app to open PDFs and annotate them. The revised pdf is then uploaded to Dropbox and the reps in the field can download and continue annotating the same file. The field reps use iPads and/or iPhones but since the update to iOS 8.1 we can no longer annotate (I had a programmer specifically design this pdf form for me so it could be virtually passed and added to from one person to another via their mobile devices). Thoughts anyone?

The Document Properties dialog shows that your PDF form is a static XFA form authored with Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 9.0.
Unfortunately, Adobe Reader mobile products (Reader for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support static or dynamic XFA forms. This has not changed since the introduction of Adobe Reader mobile products a few years ago. This has not changed for Adobe Reader for iOS version 10.4.
When you open the static XFA form in any of the Adobe Reader mobile products, the text fields in the form are not highlighted in light blue. That is the indication of the PDF form not being "fillable". In other words, you are not able to fill in the static XFA form in Adobe Reader mobile products. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please use the desktop version of Adobe Reader to fill in static and dynamic XFA forms.
To make PDF forms fillable in both the desktop and mobile versions of Adobe Reader, we'd recommend authoring PDF forms using Acrobat Pro.

Adobe reader won't let me draw signature

When I click place signature, it immediately asks me to draw a new signature rectangle to place a digital ID... it no longer gives me the option to draw my signature. How do I draw my signature?

Could you please let me know what version of Adobe Reader are you using.
Have you tried repairing Reader?
Also, try signing in any other PDF file and check if the same issue persists.

Adobe Reader won't DL - need a pdf reader [Lumia 7...

So I have a slight problem with Lumia 710. After I figured out how to get a .pdf file onto my device (did so via Skydrive) - it suggested that I DL a pdf reader and directed me to Adobe Reader.
However, once I get to that page, I get:
"App not available
This might be because your phone software needs to be updated,
the app is exclusive to a different mobile provider,
or the app is not available in your region."
Right off the bat we can rule out "the app is exclusive to a different mobile provider". I have a friend with the same provider, with the same phone, who downloaded it with no problem.
"The app is not available in your region" - my friend, the one with Adobe reader, has had his on either Icelandic or U.S., in the region settings. I tried both, no luck.
"The phone software needs to be updated" - I don't know about this, I think I recall it saying "no updates available" earlier today on Zune, but I might be mistaken.
Any advice?

Was thinking of removing my windows live account and re-adding it, to see if that is what needed to be done for the phone to look at my updated location (the US). However, I found out that in order to change my primary windows live account (even if it's to the same account) I would need to perform a hard reset, which is something I'm a little unhappy about - seeing as I don't even have a guarantee for that working.
I'm going to take a bit of a break from this, but do you think this would be worth a try?

Garbage Adobe Reader won't let me sign in.

WTF? I have an adobe account that the Reader prompts me to sign into when trying to change document formats but it is telling me I'm not recongnized. What a piece of crap.

Are you using https://createpdf.acrobat.com/ or https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/ via Adobe Reader? If so, you need to sign in with your Adobe account ID and password. Can you sign in online?
