Adobe required me to reset my password and since doing so firefox displays text only, no graphics or video; doesn't affect IE.
I received an email from Adobe requiring me to reset my Adobe password due to security breaches on 10/11/13. I determined it was a genuine request. I reset my password, then signed in on Adobe with the new password. From that point on, I have only text on Firefox, no graphics, no video. Most sites are unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and Adobe Flash several times with no results. The problem does not occur on Explorer.

It maybe to do with the registry cleaner. Most people seem to fix it by using restore points which I just realised I hadn't created any beforehand....don't lecture me on it I already know, stupid move.

I also know I have a lot of stuff like plug ins and such that I don't need nor use but I'm lazy :DIt does not immediately delete the files that are missing.. it merely tries to backup the new files it has discovered on the external drive. Since you moved the files there, the backup at least for a while will contain both copies.. and that is why it doesn't have enough space to backup.
Fixing the problem.. hmm pondini is the expert.. you should be able to delete the backup of the photos in existing backup.. there are instructions to do it.. but it is a very poor way to do things.
Much better. .archive off the existing backup.. this is long and slow but worth it. you need a usb drive of the same size as the TC drive. Then erase the TC and start a fresh set of backups.
The alternative is to use the USB drive as a new target.. but it is much slower than the TC internal drive.

Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to locate the opm.db file and delete it. (as instructed below) I go to applications>Adobe Creative Cloud and double click. It prompts me to login, it logs in and says there is an update, I click update and it prompts me to sign in with my password, I enter the same password and it doesn't take it. Also, the opm.db file is back in the OOBE folder. Im I launching Creative Cloud incorrectly?
Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: :\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud. Try signing in. -
apple id was originally disabled. I reset my password and can sign into my apple id account. But when i want to buy an app in the app store it says my apple id is disabled again.
It's real easy to create a new one and, in fact, it's too easy. I say that because multiple IDs are a PIA. The problem is that anything obtained from the iTunes Store is PERMANENTLY associated with the ID that was used to obtain the item(s). iTunes items can not be transferred from one ID to another and IDs can not be merged.
The problem arises when you want to update an app. If you're doing it from iTunes on your computer, you must log out and back in to get to the correct ID. Then you update and log out/in again to get back to where you started. It's slightly easier if you update from the iPad/iPod device as there is no need to log out/in BUT you still need the correct password for the appropriate ID. Of course, with a disabled ID, the problem is much worse!
A replacement Apple ID makes sense ONLY if you wish to start out absolutely brand new with zero iTunes Store purchases.
If you're really butting your head aginst a wall and you're reasonably close to an Apple Store, my suggestion is that you make an appointment with the resident "Genius" and get his/her help.
One last thought... If your brother actually got a human on the phone to dispute the charges, go there and explain the problem. Of course, if Apple did not accept his explanation of what occurred, that could be the whole issue. Apple believes that money is owed on the account! -

If you know the answers to your security question for the ID you can use that method to reset the password rather than email (by going to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid).
If you don't, you'll have to contact iTunes Store support for assistance: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. They frequently deal with Apple ID issues. -

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

Sorry to hear about this problem. What site are you trying to log in on? Is it a Mozilla site? Usually you don't need to register or sign in to a Mozilla site to use Firefox. Usually you can just go straight to where you want to go.

If iCloud Backup is set to Off in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, it means that your iPod will not automatically back up to iCloud, but will automatically back up to your computer when you sync. The only way you would risk losing data is if you have never synced with iTunes before.
