Adobe reset my trial for Premiere pro but still isn't working?

I had an email saying that my Premiere Pro trial has been reset but when I try to use the software, it won't let me use it as it says my trial has expired. I tried unstalling everything, restarting and then downloading and installing everything again. Still not working.
Chat support hasn't been very helpful. Anyone ran into this problem?

Adobe have stated that they have reset my trial period of Premiere Pro so that I can try out the new features of the 2014 release. I've attached an image of the email.

    Make sure you set the speakers as discoverable, which usually involves holding down a button for a few seconds. Go to System Preferences / Bluetooth and you should be able to add it.

    Hi, If you are not seeing Premiere Pro app listed for download, it is most likely because of your machine being 32 bit.
    Apps will not be listed if your machine does not satisfy the requirements.  Check your machine's specs against the Premiere Pro system Requirements.

  • What is the problem with Adobe Customer/Tech support for Premiere Pro?!?!?!

    Today Adobe closed the NINTH support ticket - since mid-January - on my problem with Premiere Pro CC - it crashes on startup (just after the splash screen loads). From what I gather on here, I am not alone with this problem. It's apparently rather common!
    I've left message after message and, as I said, NINE tech support tickets (most recent #0185443350). All have been closed or withdrawn without ANY help, reply or solution. Yet my monthly Cloud charge is reliably withdrawn from my bank account!
    I need access to a working program! I use this in my studio business and my customers have been waiting since the end of January! This is now costing me money and customers!
    Adobe - Apparently you don't particularly care about your customers. I am NOT impressed and, at this point, I'm starting get a little pissed off. It's been almost six months and.....NOTHING!
    And YES, all of my drivers are up to date, etc. I've reinstalled. Updated drivers. Etc etc etc, ad nauseum!
    NOTHING WORKS!

    Hi! I paid for my Adobe Premiere Pro CC from the website and i have been charged but my order status says the payment is still pending. i contacted customer support and they told me to wait 24 hours but nothing has changed... i need this to work ASAP for a job PLEASE HELP!

    1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.

  • Hand tool ieee, tried everything but still isn't working...

    Please can someone help me out, I've tried everything!
    My hand tool / move tool suddenly stopped working. I unlocked, I restarted, I wiped my settings, I even installed photoshp again. But nothing seems to work. I am totally out of options now and still cannot move my photos in my document. when I start a new document, I still am unable to move my photos. WHAT should I do???? Please if anybody knows what to do, send a message. Thanks.

    To clarify a bit more.   The Photoshop Hand tool (H) helps you to move around inside a magnified image document quickly and works similarly to a scroll bar.  It doesn't actually move the image though.  It simply navigates you to different parts of your zoomed up image -- very much like the red box does in the Navigator window.  IMO, the Hand tool is more of a function rather than an actual tool.
    In contrast, the Move Tool is a tool.  It's used to actually move and transform selected elements.

    Hi, I quitted Safari and press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons silmutaneously unti the Ipad turn off and on with the logo Apple appears but it has hanged on and fixed to the point. I do it again hold the Home and Sleep buttons silmutaneously and the Ipad turn off and on again with the Apple logo but it still is hanged on the same point. I have do it a few more time, it still hanged to the same point for few hours with no change (like picture):
    I think my Ipad is fault now. I guess I must connect it to the computer with itune, or something. So my case is this: at the moment everytime I hold the Home and Sleep buttons the Ipad always off and reappear with the Apple logo and be hanged on (like the pic), and I need restoring my Ipad Safari bookmarks... so I guess I need using Itune or something to get back the Ipad then using Icloud or blah.   • My iMessage says it is activated but still isn't working

    I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 8.1.3 and I've been experiencing problems with my iMessage. It says it is activated, and for some people it will send iMessages. However, certain people (who I know that their iMessage is working) will not send as iMessage and I don't understand why. I have tried resetting my network settings. I have tried turning airplane mode on, wifi off, imessage off and on, and airplane mode off. I have turned my phone on and off a thousand times. I don't know why nothing is working. It's not a problem within my family's iCloud, because I can send iMessage to my mom but not my dad or sister. Some of my friends get my iMessages and some don't. There is really no pattern to it. It's extremely frustrating.

    Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.
    It sounds like you are not able to send or receive iMessages to some of your contacts. This does sound frustrating, and you've tried many good troubleshooting steps.
    You mentioned that you tried turning iMessage off and on. Make sure that you've also signed out of iMessage and FaceTime on your iPhone and any other devices you may be using:
    Sign out and back in to iMessage and FaceTime
    Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
    Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
    On your iPhone first, sign back in to iMessage and Facetime.
    Sign back in to iMessage and Facetime on your other devices.
    If you still have trouble after signing back into iMessage on your iPhone, back up your data and restore iOS to factory settings:
    Back up and restore your device
    Use iTunes or iCloud to back up your content, then restore your device.

  • Graphics card HELP for premiere pro CC

    So I've spent hours reading numerous forums in regards to what graphics card is best suitable for premiere pro cc that isn't overly priced (I.e. Quadro k4000 and 5000) I'm trying to stick in the 400-500 range for the PC I'm in the process of building. I need to know anyone's recommendations for a GOOD graphics card that isn't so expensive? I know they exist, I'm just not sure which fits best for premiere pro CC as well as the rest of adobe CC. I mean I hear people mentioning AMD vs quadro and GTX 680, etc. I know there's a list of approved cards from adobe, but that isn't what I'm looking for. I want one that will give excellent performance without emptying my wallet costing so much.  Please, any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

    Actually, I tend to agree with cc. That i7-4770 cannot be overclocked at all - not even in a limited manner (outside of the normal turbo boosting) - to start with (the maximum multiplier on the Haswell i7 CPUs is permanently locked to its nominal stock setting or its maximum stock turbo setting, depending on how the motherboard BIOS reads the settings). Second, that i7 has only four physical cores (albeit with hyperthreading). Third, no single non-RAID 7200 RPM hard disk has a sustainable maximum transfer speed above 190 MB/s even on the outer tracks (where the transfer speed is typically highest). As a matter of fact, I tested my auxiliary PC that's equipped with an i5-2400 and 16GB of RAM, and tested it with both older-generation GPUs (a GTX 560 non-Ti and a GTX 560 Ti 448-core), and while the GTX 560 Ti 448-core did perform about 50 percent faster than the plain GTX 560 (39 seconds versus 59 seconds - or put it in converse, the GTX 560 performed one-third slower than the GTX 560 Ti 448) in the MPEG-2 DVD test of the PPBM6 suite, the real-world improvement does not come anywhere close to the benchmarked difference (with either GPU, the i5 system took between an hour and an hour and a half to convert 40 minutes of HD material to MPEG-2 DVD using the VBR 2-pass method). This means that with such longer material, the CPU and memory performance comes more into play.
    Oh, did I forget to mention that Western Digital and its HGST subsidiary are the only brands that offer a consumer-level (desktop, as opposed to enterprise) 4TB hard drive that spins at 7200 RPM? (Seagate's 4TB hard drive spins at only 5900 RPM while Toshiba does not currently offer a consumer-level 4TB hard drive.) Outside of WD and HGST, you'll have to buy a much more expensive enterprise-level drive to even find a 4TB drive that spins at 7200 RPM.
    And unfortunately, at current street prices, the lower-end GT/GTX 6xx series GPUs are just too expensive for their performance. In fact, the GTX 650 Ti Boost and the GTX 660 are both priced too close to that of a GTX 760 for their own good right now (unless you go for a card that's equipped with the less desirable 1GB VRAM configuration based on either of those GPUs).

It is not clear to me what my options are for either upgrading to Pro, or selectively purchasing the "compare documents" plugin (if possible). I am using what is presumably an Enterprise version of acrobat (i.e. my employer owns it, not me) - so not sure what limitations that results in. I think this is a simple question, but would be grateful for advice.

    - You can't install Acrobat Pro alongside Acrobat Standard. You will need to remove Standard to be able to install Pro.
    - You (probably) can't upgrade your license if it's a part of an enterprise license. The entire license will need to be upgraded.
    - It's not possible to install just the "Compare Documents" function as a sort of add-on to Acrobat Standard.
