Adobe Send - I am already subscribed, but when I try to send I am asked to subscribe again.  What is going on?

I just took a peek at your account. You have two Adobe Send subscriptions: one is expired and the other has been canceled. It looks like the one expired because your billing information may have changed. If you log in to your account at http://www.adobe.com, you can update your billing information.
