Adobe setup does not function ARK.... error

Question

When installing Adobe Creative Suite 6 the setup stops everytime at the same progress.
The only information is that windows could try to restart the programm. But this does not help. The setup is stopped uncompleted.
In the creative suite 6 design standard.... .log the following information are contained. The only hint is that the ARKEngine is involved and in the windows eventlog is an error related to the setup failure.
