Adobe software license agreement keeps popping up after installing CC 2014 apps

After updating to the 2014 apps, I cannot get any to open. The license agreement pops up and I click accept and it pops up again.
Anyone know how to fix this?

This is a wide scale error I think. We have been in the same boat. There many who are facing this. We have two on a team here who have lost two days of work because of it. We have called twice and they log in our macs check every thing (that was right already) and no one know what it is. And we keep getting answers like some one has to fix it on the "back end". There is no fixing on your end. you will need to call and get inline and get a case number and start waiting. I have been searching through the forums and there are many who are having the same errors under different names. I tell that was one question I wish the new reporter should have asked. So what happens if Adobe clouds fails or clichés will people be unable to work. Answer yes and the customers will lose more then just their rights to the programs they will locked out of the programs and lose work time.
Our case number is 185638354

  • Solving Adobe CC 2014 "Software License Agreement" infinite Popping Up after choosing Accept

In my case it was happened in my Windows 8.1 update 1 machine
    Here how I solved it:
    + Go to:
    C:\Users\[YOU-RUSER-NAME]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    + Delete file:
    _LicenseAgreement.xml
Start any of your Adobe app which has pop up problem before, "Software License Agreement" will popping up again one time, but after you click "Accept" it will stop to reappear
Hope it will work for you guys, at least it worked for me.
    note:
    * File _LicenseAgreement.xml will automatically recreated after the first "Software License Agreement" popping up and accepted.
    * Unfortunately you will have to re accept this agreement pop up for all installed Adobe app.

    Thanks

  • Adobe Software License Agreement pops up over and over when I try to use Acrobat. Even after I "Acce

Adobe Software License Agreement pops up over and over when I try to use Acrobat. Even after I "Accept".

I have the same problem as Pam101. I am on OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 (actually on 2 iMacs). The one iMac is fine but the other with the same versions and settings Adobe Reader will not work. What happens is the Adobe Reader icon appears on the dock, bounces once and that's it. When trying to open a .pdf file from a website a new tab is opened on Safari, the background is black and there is a pop up message (black test on a white background) that reads: "Adobe PDF Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement." This is all very well but if Adobe Reader will not launch how on earth is it possible to accept the End User License Agreement terms? Very, very annoying, especially since it all works just fine if I launch a .pdf file from a website using Chrome. What is going on here and who do I talk to in order to fix this problem - Apple or Adobe?

  • Why do I keep getting the adobe software license agreement?

I just downloaded cs6 and when I try to open Acrobat Pro X I get the software license agreement, I'll hit agree, it will go away for a couple of seconds and then just pops up again and again. HELP please

Getting same problem here.  Just got CS6 suite.  Dreamweaver works fine, Photoshop works fine.  But when loading Acrobat Pro X, the "Adobe Software License Agreement" comes up, I click Agree, and it comes up again, I click Agree, and it comes up again, and on and on.  Am admin on machine.  Ran As admin, still no go.

  • CS5 Web Prem license agreement keeps popping up

    Need some help,
I just purchased a copy of CS5 Web Prem and installed it on my Dell running Windows 7. Install went smooth no problems at all. I entered my serial number and it loaded all the programs and finished. Now when ever I try and run a program the license agreement keeps popping up. No matter what program I load I get the same problem. I did a little digging and see that this is an issue with others as well. So I tried the remidies that were posted, nothing. I have done the following and not one of them worked.
Turned off all security including firewall and tried to run it: DID NOT WORK
Uninstalled the whole thing and reinstalled the whole thing: DID NOT WORK
Rebooted my machine: DID NOT WORK
Ran the programs as admin: DID NOT WORK
I'm at a loss on what the problem is. I see on the web that CS4 had the same issue and a patch was made. Is there one for CS5 that I did not see? If anyone can help then please let me know what I can do.
    Thanks

My suggestion:  Try disabling UAC, restarting the computer, running Photoshop (and entering whatever it asks for), then closing Photoshop.  Then try running Photoshop again.
Every intelligent, self-respecting software engineer runs Windows 7 with UAC off.  Thus software can be expected to work better with UAC off.
If you know exactly what UAC does, and why you would want it (or not want it), you can consider leaving it off.  Otherwise I'd put it back to defaults after the above exercise is complete.
    I hope this helps you.

  • License Agreement keeps popping up - CS5.5 (trial)

Dreamweaver CS5.5 stand-alone downloaded and installed just fine. No errors.
It asked me for a serial number and I said (install on trial basis).
Now when I go to run the program it pops up the "Adobe Software License Agreement".  I click "accept" and it just pops up again in about 10 second.  Over and over again.
    I can't get past it.
There are no error messages in the windows log files.
I tried deleleting the cache file
I don't want to run the cleaner tool because I also have "Production Premium" products that I don't want to have to reinstall.
    I'm running Windows 7 64bit.
    Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks

I have phoned Adobe on 4 occasions now re this problem, I too downloaded the CS5.5 trial & purchased an annual subscription. The first technical advisor told me to delete the wrong files, then told me to get them out of the trash & put them back etc. so everything was screwed. Luckily I purchased back up disks, uninstalled & re-installed and everything was fine but 2 weeks on it started doing it again. I have uninstalled again, used the cleaner tool, re-installed, created a new user basically everything apart from re formatting my Mac and starting again. I am self employed and this is my only workstation, I have lost 4 days production so what now? any advice, I am extremely stressed & so are my customers.

  • Please help - license agreement keeps popping up in cs5

I can't open my installed trial of photoshop as the license agreement keeps popping up. Every time I open photoshop the licence agreement pops up - then i click accept - then it pops up again......... and again, and again etc.. please help me!!! will be so grateful

I have ruined my entire weekend trying to figure this thing out myself.  Sure would be nice if an engineer from Adobe
would actually dare to answer the question.  Here's a good one, where is my $1800.00 going.  A trip to England or in Adobe's non-responsive megalith pocket.  Hmmm I vote England.  CS5 blows.

  • Why does Acrobat XI installed via CC ask me for Adobe Software License Agreement?

When I try to open a pdf with Acrobat XI Pro installed via Creative Cloud, after few second it starts Adobe Application Manager, it opens a completely blank window titled Adobe Software License Agreement asking to Accept. It's pointless to clic the Accept button: it doesn't do anything and Acrobat is unusable.

    Hello Michele,
    Please refer to following article:

  • I have a valid copy of Premiere Elements 11 that does not open past the Elements 11 Organizer Adobe Software License Agreement

My copy of Premiere Elements 11 will not open. I'm on a PC with System 7. When I double-click on the PE11 desktop icon, the window opens that says Elements 11 Organizer Adobe Software License Agreement. I select English (North America) and "Accept". The window disappears but then reappears again and again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the disk and from the download. I have also tried a clean boot and have restarted numerous times. It accepts my Serial Number OK, but I can't seem to get beyond this step. Any help would be appreciated.

Consider uninstall, free ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts), reinstall with antivirus and firewalls disabled.
CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download
Significantly different from what you did already?
Have you looked at the antivirus interference in this?
Even after the uninstall/reinstall, you might explore deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file, and, if that does not work, then
the whole 11 Folder in which it exists.
    Local Disc C
    Users
    Owner
    AppData
    Roaming
    Adobe
    Premiere Elements
    11.0
and, in the 11.0 Folder, is the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete. If that does not work, then you delete the whole 11.0
Folder in which it exists. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see
    the complete path cited.
I have not seen that Organizer Adobe Software Licensing Agreement issue before and it does not quite fit in with the usual troubleshooting
drill. But the above is worth the try to rule in or out.
We will be watching for your progress.
    Thank you.

  • Will agreeing to a CS6 Master Collection "Adobe Software License Agreement" initiate the trial?

I downloaded a CS6 Master Collection trial but I'd like to try the applications individually instead.
I am attempting to open a .pdf and Acrobat X is asking me to accept an Adobe Software License Agreement.  But the window for this agreement says "CS6 Master Collection" in the upper left corner.
Will accepting this Acrobat/Master Collection agreement initiate a CS6 Master Collection trial?

The simplest solution would be to Install the free Adobe Reader to view the PDFs.
Acrobat is included in the Master Collection, and is now the default PDF viewing application. Starting Acrobat, I believe, will start off the trial countdown.
But to be fully functional, if you don't need the entire trial right now, you can go ahead and uninstall it.
And to buy extra time, install individual trials of products as you need them. Just remember that you can try out a product only once on a machine.

  • Adobe software license agreement repeatedly appears

So far my update to CC has been relatively (and I use that word sparingly) bump free, but Im plagued with a minor, albeit annoying issue.
Randomly at program launch, I'm greeted with the "adobe software license agreement" dialogue box, and I've already agreed to it about 15 times. It happens very randomly, and multiple times across same software.
    Is this a known issue?

  • Adobe Software License Agreement issue

Every time I try to open Acrobat Pro (creatie cloud) I get this Adobe Software License Agreement with a blank screen.  It won't let me choose accept. Assuming there is a check box I need to check somewhere in the blank window. If i hit cancel it closes Acrobat.
