ADOBE Standard X PC Version to MAC

Just a general question?
A few months ago I purchased a copy of Adobe Standard X for PC, unfortunately a few weeks later the PC crashed. I have recently purchased a MAC instead, but realized I cannot install the file on the MAC. My questions is as follows: Can I purchase the Pro upgrade and install the upgrade onto the MAC or to i have to purchase a full version of Adobe X pro?

Do this in two distinct steps, making sure that each step is working properly before you move on to the next step.

They are the same product.
The "full" is a traditional perpetual license. Install - register - activate - use.
Does not "call home" to validated that is a paid for install (the one time activation takes care of that).
Internet? Connectivity is needed in order to download and install updates.
(& Yes, you do want those)
The "subscription" license will require periodic internet connectivity. If I recall correctly all "subscription" applications must call home once a month.
That is how the application "knows" it is being paid for and is legit.
While within the call home periodicity connectivity is not required for usage of the application.
As with a "full" license you'll need connectivity to download/install application updates

Adobe Flash CS3 trial version for Mac

At the end of Part 1: "Building a banner" tutorail from

Your best bet, if you really want to run the current trial
version on
your IntelMac, is to load BootCamp or Parallels and install
(!) Windows
on your Mac, which will then likely allow you to run
Authorware in it's
required Windows environment on your Mac.

Adobe Creative Suite 4 - version for mac

I couldn't open up my adobe programs since apparently i have version 10.9.4 version on my mac and these programs can only be used for versions 10.4.11 to 10.5.4.
Not sure what to do since it automatically downloads the new versions and i spent $500 on this software, assuming it would run on all macs like it says.

Adobe standard 9 crashes in Office 10 - is their an update?

When trying to use Adobe Standard 9.1 version with Office 10 it seems to hang and then crash causing Office 10 to turn off the plug in. is their an update available?

There has been no update announced yet. If you search the forum you will find topics that indicate there may be no update to AA9 to handle OFFICE 2010. You should still be able to print to the Adobe PDF printer, it is just the plugin (PDF Maker) that is not working as I understand it.

I am looking at buying Adobe photoshop and premiere elements software, but I'm confused by the term standard or upgrade version.
I have a mac so should I just buy the mac version?

Hi, Thanks for the answer. I understand that upgrade usually means changes to already purchased software, and is therfore less expensive.
However the Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements upgrade is more expensive than the other versions so I thought there may be more features/tools or whatever?
I'll go for the Mac version.

Adobe Standard on Mac

I own Adobe Standard 7.0 for Windows. I have since returned
to my true love; the Macintosh line of computers. My Adobe will run
in Windows on my Mac, but I would like to get rid of it and go pure
Apple. I am having a hard time finding the Mac product I want on
their website. Assuming I can find it, do I need a full version $$$
or can I get away with an upgrade $ since I already own one full
license? Where can I find it? And what is the product I am looking
for?

I am a little unsure about what you're asking.
After some more research, could you be more specific as to
what you're wanting?
I would suggest
giving
Customer Service a phone call to get your software license
switched over to a Macintosh version of the software, and then from
there you could make the decision to upgrade to the latest version.
Depending on what you want to do, you may need full versions,
or could just try downloading
Adobe Reader
9.0 for free!

Can not view all the thumbnails in version 9 adobe standard

I recently installed adobe standard 9 running parallel with adobe standard 5.
My end user is claiming of the view setting for patient data. She can not scroll all the way to the bottom
as she could in adobe 5. She can see all the thumbnails minus the last row. I have changed the prefereces to show the same
as adobe 5. However I can not get the correct settting to make it right for her.
Any adivse or trouble shoot steps would be appreciated. Adobe said to update the product, I have done that last night.

How do I do that?

Your MacBook Air is an Intel-based system. To download the current version (11.2.202.228), go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download it from there.
If there is still a Flash issue, you can try the Google Chrome browser, which has the current Flash built into it, to see if it works any differently with the videos. It's available from https://www.google.com/chrome

With that version of Photoshop, the most recent version of Camera Raw you can use is 6.7. If updating your Photoshop or subscribing to the creative cloud is not an option then you could use the free DNG converter provided by Adobe. The latest version of the DNG converter is 8.7.1. I am not familiar with Mac operating systems, so I'm not certain if your OS is compatible with the latest version. You can download it and try.

Bonjour! Oui: il faudrait essayer de réinitialiser les préférences, en maintenant CTRL+SHIFT+ALT dès que l'on démarre Photoshop, ce qui supprime le fichier des préférence et le remplace par un nouveau. On doit alors obtenir un message qui demande si on veut recréer les préférences.
La réinstallation ne remplace pas ce fichier, et c'est lui qui peut être corrompu lors d'un arret fatal de la machine.
On peut le remplacer manuellement, en suivant les instructions de ce document remplacer évidemment CS5 par CS6: http://helpx.adobe.com/fr/photoshop/kb/preference-file-functions-names-locations.html
Les pilotes des cartes graphiques datent de Janvier. Y-a-t-il des mises à jour disponibles?
De même, Photoshop n'est pas dans sa version 13.0.1.1 il convient de se rendre dans Aide>Mises à Jour
